Earnest is the best! He makes us feel like family! Would have been 5 stars if not for Ash the finance guy, he is rude and condescending, not a great impression on the brand. We expressed our concerns with the details of what happened but stay away from him if you can. He definitely made what was supposed to be the happiest day of owing my dream car down a level.Fortunately there are some other great people there including Brian in parts, he is wonderful!

My salesman was so polite and informative. We are very pleased with the facility and the staff members that we will be back again. In the past, we have encountered a slew of dealer employees that were just there to sell a vehicle. Not your employees. They all took the time to educate us on the process and the vehicle.

Dropped my vehicle off at 8 AM, asked them to call me when it was complete give him my cell phone number. at lunch no call from them so called only voicemail left a message. called at three no one called me back called at five got a hold of somebody they said my car is done and they close at six so I had to scramble to get over there the car is not done after they said it was. Have to go back. Nice red stamp on my paperwork patting them selves on the back about my car being washed when it wasn’t.

The best experience, we had a unique situation Alex and his team did an amazing job, they exceeded our expectations. We brought in a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit, only owned it for day and we went through a few hoops to get it the vehicle very limited availability, we knew we had to get it repaired and wanted the best with a quick turn around, 😁 these expectations were met. We’re beyond happy and excited to enjoy our truck in pristine condition. Thank you Alex we will make sure to send our family and friends to this shop (hopefully we don’t need repairs too soon 😅) but if we do, we will know where to come to. Un millón de gracias.

We took our Jeep to the service department to have our brakes done. The appointment was early. We were greeted by Barry Wheeler. He took our car and they started the work and about an hour and a half later our brakes were done. It was fast and friendly. No one harassed up to buy our Jeep like the other places. We waited there while they completed the work. It was clean, nice, quiet, and I was very relaxed. And after our work was done we even got a free car wash from across the street. I love this place. We purchased our certified Jeep Grand Cherokee there and we drive 50 minutes from and pass other Jeep places just to come to Westgate. Thanks guys great service.

This review pertains to the service department. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the management and other potential customers should know how this place is operating.I have a new Jeep, just needed the first 5k mileage service. I scheduled a 7:45 am service appointment, dropped the vehicle off the night before. I work 8:30-5:30 (hour for lunch), so I thought an appointment at this time would give me the best opportunity to retrieve my vehicle on my lunch hour. The service department closes at 6 pm, so my chances of arranging a ride after work and getting there before closing were slim to none.I called the service department at 11:45 am to inquire as to the status of my vehicle. After getting passed around to several voicemail boxes and repeated attempts to speak with a live person, I was told that they were still running diagnostics on my vehicle. I found this odd, given it’s a new vehicle that needed routine maintenance.At 1 pm, my co-worker left for lunch, and I was able to get a ride with her in hopes of retrieving my vehicle. When I got to the service department, I was told that they had not even started to work on my vehicle. I told the service agent that I did not think it was unreasonable to expect my vehicle to be done, given that I had a 7:45 am appointment. I was told that my scheduled appointment time was not the time at which service would begin, but rather the time I was scheduled to speak to an advisor about maintenance required on my vehicle. I was told that the mechanics did not even get to work until 8:30 am. The agent then advised that I could reschedule my appointment for a later date if I could not wait. I told the agent that I had already committed enough time to my current appointment and that I was effectively stranded at the service center until my vehicle was finished. After further discussion, another agent got involved that offered to expedite my vehicle. I sat in the lobby for 20-30 minutes and my vehicle was finished.I felt like the service department was dishonest with me. I was told at 11:45 am that my vehicle was undergoing diagnostics when it was not. I also felt that the agent I spoke with in-person was feeding me a line of bull. Why would anyone schedule an appointment to speak to someone about the service needed on their vehicle as opposed to the the actual maintenance? Why would the service department schedule a 7:45 am appointment if the the mechanics don’t get to work until 8:30 am? And if I had actually stayed instead of dropping off the vehicle, would it be a reasonable expectation for a customer to wait 5+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation?I don’t see myself returning to Westgate Jeep for further vehicle maintenance.

Second time my tires were low after oil change and tire rotation . I had to drive to tire place to have tires checked and inflated. West gate was too busy to get me back in. I understand weather changes .. my tires stayed inflated after being at discount tire . No nails or punctures. How did my car pass at west gate??They were 25 and 27??

We’ve been coming here for years. Customer service was lackluster this time. I walked in for my appointment and there was no one around. Then an employee walked right by me without saying a word. The ladies that helped me were nice, but the customer service I’ve come to know was missing. They didn’t even call me to tell me my car was ready - I had to call and check!

I went to WestGate Jeep to browse for my dream vehicle. I was greeted by a friendly salesman named DJ. DJ was so friendly and listened to my concerns about my previous cars details and what I was looking for. What I appreciate about DJ is that he didnt once dismiss my questions or concerns to get the sale. He openly listened and answered all my questions and made sure I left with the best choice possible. I couldnt be more happy with the service provided. Transaction with Ash finance went smoothly as well. Overall wonderful customer service. No pain or hassle to get what I wanted. The sales team was awesome. Not pushy, easy to work with and reasonable. I would recommend that part highly.The financing part was less fun because of the hard sell on unnecessary upgrades to cover tires or gap insurance that just would not stop no matter how many times we said no thanks.And after 6 weeks, we still dont have tags for our new Jeep and in-spite of calling twice, we cannot seem to get any information on when we will get them.

Bought my 2020 Wrangler here last July. Drove 8 hours for the cheapest Rubicon in the country. Everything was ready when I arrived. Jeff was the best!! Start to finish was about an hour. Wish they were closer to my home in Georgia.

I had a horrible experience with the service department; definitely not the first time by the way. The lack of communication is almost frightening - recall parts have been ordered twice without me being notified that they had either arrived (or in this instance that my service appointment to have them installed was not necessary because they had not arrived on site). I was never called or informed, instead I had to repeatedly ask questions and dig around to get answers. Though inconvenient, I’m absolutely taking my Jeep somewhere else from now on. Believe me, skip taking your car here!

I have looking for a Jeep Wrangler for a couple of months. I have been to several of the local dealerships and only saw a few used jeeps. I was looking for a Wrangler Unlimited, not the Black/White/Gray colors. Some dealerships did not have any inventory. I remember seeing some Jeeps at Westgate Jeep out by RDU airport. I rode out there to check them out. When I turned into the dealership, I realized that I had gone to Jeep Heaven. They had more inventory and all colors. After walking and looking around, I ran into one of the salesmen, Mark King. I told him what I was looking for. He took the time to go over the Jeeps, in detail, at his desk ( in the A/C, it was 94 degrees in the hot sun). Once I narrowed my choice, we went to check out the Jeep. He has his own Jeep and explained everything to me about the Jeep I selected. I made an appointment to bring back my wife for a test drive. We got the Jeep of my dreams, 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport, in Mojito Green!!!

Staff was incredibly friendly, especially given that I arrived 30 minutes to close. They made the process easy and worked with me to compare cash down versus trading in my vehicle at the time. Zaher was the sales associate I worked with. He was knowledgeable, considerate, and made sure I was happy with the vehicle before discussing purchasing it. If I could rate this Dealership with 0 stars I would! I purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited from this lot in July. My in store experience was as expected but after I drove off the lot, the customer service went downhill quick. 1) my sales person dipped out the day I was there purchasing and I didn’t even get her full name. I was passed off between sales reps until I left the lot. 2) A day after I purchased my Jeep, I noticed my Sahara was missing running boards (the side step board) I called and called the dealership trying to speak with someone but since I didn’t even know my “sales rep” name because she dipped out, I was transferred around the dealership on the phone and no one helped me. I eventually had to drive all the way back and confront management about the missing running boards. They did agree to put running boards on my Jeep since it was supposed to come with them anyways. Makes me wonder what else was/is missing from my Jeep. 3) a few weeks after having my Jeep, I received the plates and registration in the mail. I received a property tax bill in the mail along with my plates for $525. I was a bit shocked and thought the tax price should have been worked into my loan. I’m new to NC so I’m not 100% sure on the DMV/registration process here. So once again, I tried to call the dealership ship to save me a trip and also because we’re in the middle of the pandemic.....phone calls are best..... I called on Friday multiple times only to be told everyone is busy, they would take a message and someone would call me back. I never received a call back. So I called again on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning only to be passed around from one voicemail to another and never actually speaking to anyone. I decided to make yet another trip to the Jeep dealership to ask my simple question. I got the answer that I had to pay my own property tax and it was not worked into the loan..... cool, that could have easily been told to me over the phone. This Jeep dealership DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! They only want your money and your butt in a vehicle. After that, they wash their hands of you. I would NOT recommend using this dealership to purchase a vehicle! There are plenty of other local Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealers in the Raleigh area. Adding photos of my first night with my Jeep missing running boards....

Made an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival my husband shared there is a nail in the back passenger side tire and we would like that looked at, and wondering if we need the tires rotated due to a shaking at higher speeds. After my vehicle was taken back we were told we would have to make a diagnostic appointment for the shaking and they are not able to rotate the tires because the lug nuts are swollen. After giving the OK to change the lug nuts in order to rotate the tires, the service member came back to tell me the service department is out of lug nuts and would rotate the tires at the next visit. When asked about the nail in the tire the service member shared she forgot to tell the technician and it has been a very busy morning. Completely disappointed in this experience, and while we have bought four vehicles from Westgate, if this continues to be a pattern for the service department we will not continue being a customer do Westgate!

I took my keep in for service Friday 9/17 and Saturday evening while driving, I noticed the headlight switch knob was pushed it. I’ve been since calling and I only get sent to service voicemail. I just need the knob repaired because when I’m driving in the evening, the headlight will turn off because the knob is loose. I hope someone calls me back sooner than later.Thank you.

Horrible experience! Bought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon here with a 150K engine warranty backed by Westgate. It recently started the dreaded ticking noise which is probably lifter/rocker/camshaft replacement. They nit picked that I didn’t do useless services like engine coolant flushes and refuse to cover under the warranty. I will never do any business with Westgate again!!

My wife and I test drove multiple Jeep Cherokees off the lot. We had Kelly Blue Book estimate of what our vehicle was worth and pre-approved amount from our credit union.This guy, Ramesh (love ya man), helped us out from the time we stepped on the lot until we left. Very helpful with a sense of humor (I appreciated that a lot). Anyways, he was able to get a worn tire replaced, filled the gas tank, and washed before we brought it home.They matched our CU’s finance rate, gave us the full KBB trade in value for our vehicle, and instructed us what to do with the old license plate. Hopefully oil changes and tune ups go as well as this visit.Thanks to all. Satisfied so far.

One of the best places on the east coast to purchase a Jeep or have your Jeep serviced. They book about one to two weeks in advance, but when you get services on your Jeep, you know it will be done right. Two weeks out is not because they are slow. Its because a lot of people get their Jeeps serviced their. Shoutout to all the shade tree mechanics, but I need certified Jeep mechanics fixing my ride. Oh... also, they have a nice indoor showroom in case it is raining. WestGate Jeep is on the ball.

My experience was horrible today, had an appointment for 1:30 pm didnt leave the dealership until 4:30 thats 3 hours. The manager said it usually takes 1hr 30mins and that was at 3pm, the service specialist told me that my Jeep was just been taken back to service at 3pm. Neither the manager or the the service specialist were remorseful at all, neither attempted to offer a discount or anything they just didnt care.

My business with Westgate Jeep didn’t start off in the best way but it ended up being the best and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had. It all started with Westgate’s website listing a vehicle I had been looking for. I called and was told the vehicle was still on the lot so late in the evening of a week day I drove a hour up to the dealership. When I arrived I was informed the vehicle I was looking for had sold that day; their system unable to delist cars fast enough. I was frustrated, I had just driven an hour on a week work night to try to get something my wife and I had been looking for for months. Peter Porkony, the sales manager sensed my frustration and came to speak with me personally to see what could be done. He was one of the most genuine people I have met in life and he got a vehicle matching what I wanted ordered that night before closing. He was upfront and even showed me the ordering screen so I could be absolutely certain I was getting what I wanted. However the story doesn’t end there, not only did Peter keep us well informed while we waited, when another customer refused their order of a vehicle matching exactly what we wanted, Peter actually contacted us and reserved the vehicle for us. In this market he didn’t need to jump through the hoops of holding the vehicle for us, it would have sold within a day either way. Because of this we were able to get the vehicle we had ordered essentially months earlier and not have to be scared by any more news of chip shortages. From there Silvana Granizo took over the sale and she made everything super easy. By the time we had finished test driving Silvana had all of the paperwork ready. Finance didn’t pressure us out of our pre-approved loan and gave us protection options for the vehicle again with no pressure, just information. Everyone here at Westgate Jeep are top of the line and even if it’s an hour away if I want another Jeep I’m going here again.

Awful. Scheduled an appt for 2:00 to have radio serviced…. Dropped car off early at 10am but They still never got to it all day and said that I needed to leave it overnight or resschedule. Needed car in the morning so total waste of time.sadly this is the 2nd time for that to happen. Just awful service!

My wife and I were kindly greeted at the door. We already had a plan in mind on what we were looking to buy but we were also given other options that were well within our budget. The sales associate also catered to us due to the rainy weather. He pulled the vehicle into the port they have at WestGate. I bought my 1st Jeep from WestGate in December 2016 and my 2nd one in April 2020. I love the staff and service that I receive from this dealership, which is why I keep coming back. I moved an hour and a half away in June 2019 and have another Jeep dealership within 10 minutes of my house, yet I chose to buy another Jeep from WestGate and drive 3 hours round trip to get my Cherokee serviced here. Fernando, Dan and the other service advisors and team members are great!

My fiance and I worked with Jarvis Wilson to acquire my fiances new Jeep Grand Cherokee approximately 1 week ago. Ever since I walked in, I knew we were in good hands. Jarvis was extremely polite, patient, warm and knowledgeable. He didnt push us into deciding which car to get. We were in between two totally different cars. He encouraged us to go across the street and take a look at our second option. But of course, because he was so friendly and made the process seem comfortable, we ended up going back across the street to finish the deal. He made sure we were getting the best bang for our buck, doing calculations, reprinting tags, going through paperwork line by line. He stayed 2 HOURS LATE to help us on a Friday night. We had so many questions but we didnt feel rushed at all. By the end of the night, it was too late to get the basic services completed, so we had to come back the next day. Upon our arrival, Jarvis continued to take excellent care of us, making sure all paperwork was filled out and the car was nicely detailed for us. He was able to handle multiple customers at one time. This was my first experience at Jeep and will not be my last! So thankful for Jarvis and his team members as we were not looking forward to buying a new car but turned out to be an excellent experience! Thank you Jarvis so much!

We had went in for some maintenance on our Jeep and while we were waiting, Westgate was interested in possibly buying our Jeep back from us. We definitely had no intentions of doing a trade but was willing to listen just to see. While our current Jeep was being serviced we met with Ms. Silvana Granizo so she could give us a little more information and go over the details. Buying/trading is probably one the least favorite things on everyones list and it has everything to do with the amount of time spent and also the sales people. COMPLETELY OPPOSITE experience with Ms. Silvana. She was AMAZING, and that word doesnt even do her justice. We have never had such a great/pleasant experience with purchasing a vehicle. She was attentive, extremely knowledgeable about Jeeps and took the time to get out and show us all the details in the Jeep. Not just the typical things either, she broke down the Jeep for us. She took the time to literally take just about everything off the newer Jeep and then put it all back together. She also not only listened to us but HEARD US!! Extremely important quality that a lot of people do not possess. If we didnt like something or wasnt interested in it, that was the end of discussion. She asked questions and applied the answer that we gave her to help make our experience even more enjoyable. She wasnt pushy and made sure to not only reiterate that we have to do whats best for us but our family, and OUR BUDGET. Not once did she make it about her and was completely fine with whether or not we decided to trade. Her conversation was pleasant and comforting and she was genuinely interested in what we had to see whether it was about the Jeeps or just general conversation, and when there was silence she didnt feel the need to talk just to fill the silence, which was nice. She gave us privacy when needed and again WAS NOT PUSHY!! She worked her magic and we drove off extremely happy. We left there in better shape than when we came and it was a short time spent, unlike other experiences that you have when you are there FOR HOURS! THANK YOU, Ms. Silvana for being such an amazing person, we greatly appreciate our experience with you! Westgate, we hope you know that you have a RARE gem on your hands. I would also like to say thank you to Ash, he too is another amazing employee that works at Westgate. He makes you feel like you are out with an old friend catching up instead of signing your life away lol. Their service team is also amazing, shout out to Barry, that man works hard, moves fast and is also attentive and has great customer service. I had the best experience buying my new Wrangler. Mark, my sales pro, did all the heavy lifting. I wanted a very specific Jeep ordered from the factory. All I had to do was tell him what I wanted and he hooked it up. Very knowledgeable, fair pricing, answered all my questions and made a customer for life. They dont seem to understand the concept of Express Lane! They advertise No appointment necessary... we understand the value of your time..., etc. etc. But when you show up for just an oil change, youre told since you dont have an appointment, it will be a 2 hour wait to get you in. Who makes appointments for Express Lane service?? Kind of defeats the purpose. SMH

The visit to west gate was pretty good. Mr. Faraz (I might be killing his name😅) and Mr. Peter were really attentive and patient with me. Faraz helped me find a car I’d like that it will work with my budget, so I could take it home the same day. He also made me and my mom feel comfortable with the car we chose, and listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle. Both of them followed up with me after to check if everything was working good, which I’m grateful for. 🙂 thank you both!
