I was leaving Myrtle Beach returning home to New York when my eng light came on my 2018 Land Rover so we stopped at Jaguar Land Rover of Raleigh. After a simple adjustment that fixed the problem my vehicle was given a complete inspection at no charge to make sure we would get home safe. The service department was great with friendly fast staff not trying to sell or push any unnecessary things. Thank you Jonathan

The best decision we made after purchase of our Land Rover LR4 in 2016 was moving our business to Land Rover Raleigh. Versus other Rover dealerships in the area, LR Raleigh was a refreshing change. The service department is great and Cameron was amazing to work with.Casey and the GM are honest, open and make doing business a pleasure and not a hassle. Would highly recommend!

I bought my Buick 8/3/2020 My experience was okay my husband and I went to this dealership twice. The first time we drove a 2014 Buick Enclave, it had everything that we wanted and more that we didnt know we wanted. They werent willing to negotiate not even for a couple $100 bucks. So we left and a few days later we were out test driving other vehicles and I just didnt feel anything like i did with the Buick, so my husband put his pride to the side so i would be happy. So we bought the Buick at Sale price. We couldnt afford the extra $1500 for the warranty and we also didnt think that anything would pop either. Little did i know the next day the service air bag light came on. We have had a bad experience in the past with used car dealerships and figured since we were going through an honest to God dealership we wouldnt have any issues with the 150 point inspection. So when I called the dealership and said the service air bag light is on and i havent even had it for a week. They said we cant help you, you need to take it to a Buick dealership and have them look at it. so i called the Buick dealership they said just to look at it would cost me $140 and that doesnt go towards fixing the problem, brought up that the service air bag light was on to the dealership, they told me they couldnt help me because we didnt spend the &1500 on the warranty.

Took my RRS there as it kept knocking off after only one month from purchase at the Cary Land Rover dealer. The cary location was reluctant to even call me back no less help me stuck on the side of the Road!Jonathan and the service crew are wonderful, great customer service no upselling and kept my cost less than the diagnosis fee! Highly recommend and I have switched my business to this Land Rover / Jaguar dealership... the new facility is amazing as well!

Terrible experience and a waste of time. Neal, my car salesman, had been in frequent contact with me the week of my appointment (calls, texts, and emails). When I arrived to test drive the car, he told me that it was sold earlier in the week. I specifically asked him over the phone the day before to confirm that the car was in inventory. He could have called me the day of/before I arrived to let me know, instead of informing me when I arrived. Extremely unprofessional.He was also no help at all as I prepared to do a test drive on a similar vehicle. He did not know anything about the car or the cars features, and jokingly noted that he typically doesnt sell Benzs. Again, extremely unprofessional because at the end of the day - he is the salesman!!! Do not buy from here or their other Leith Honda of Raleigh location - both have terrible customer service.

I have to give a major shout out to Cameron Cunningham over at Land Rover Raleigh. Cameron knows the DEFINITION of CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ive had experiences at other Land Rovers, and Ive never had someone take care of me and feel as if they genuinely cared like Cameron did. His attitude was second to none. His communication was second to none. His work ethic was second too none. He truly got his job done with perfection. So much so that I will continue to take my car to the Land Rover Raleigh, even though I live right next to another dealership. Youve mote definitely earned my business and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that everyone go here and see for themselves how incredible Cameron and his team are at their jobs!

Service dept customer here. Switched to this location after years of mediocre service at the LR Cary (they were the only game in town for the first few years I had my RR) initially I was disappointed with this location as there was a hiccup (an expensive hiccup!) with the repairs following my first visit. I did return however and ended up connecting with service advisor Cameron Cunningham who was simply outstanding! Not only did he quickly address and resolve the problems for which I had brought the truck in, but he also went back and reviewed the previous charges/repairs which resulted in a warranty reimbursement for me. As if that werent enough, he also took care of a nagging (albeit inconsistent) issue that Cary had failed to address for more than 3 years! (In short, they claimed they could never duplicate the problem, yet somehow this location knew it to be a common problem and said they didnt need to duplicate it to fix it.) Great credit to both Cameron and his manager who assisted. Highly recommend!

I’m sure this is a wonderful place to BUY a car but Servicing your car here will be another experience entirely! I was with the Cary Dealership for about a year and left, not because they were terrible, but because I simply wanted a new experience with a newly built dealership. The Service Team in Raleigh started out great, but quickly began to show their true colors. Conversations were short and the service “advisor” didn’t come across as an advisor at all!! No definitive answers on anything and no advice. In fact, he acted like dealing with my third party warranty company was an inconvenience. Going back to Cary because at least they tried!!

I had an issue with my car, had to get it towed and John Wagner and his team handled everything for me. My tow arrived within 30 minutes, had me at the dealership quick and I was out with a loaner right away. I was a bit stressed with my situation, and I was greeted at the door with a hug and I truly felt like the team cared about me personally, and getting me on my way ASAP. I purchased a vehicle from Land Rover Raleigh out of state (TX) during the pandemic since local inventory didnt have exactly what I wanted. Based on other reviews, I called and requested Idah and she was very helpful. She sent pictures, videos and did a FaceTime walk around. I would highly suggest requesting her if your in market for a new vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle virtually and Idah and Jake made it a very easy process. Jakes help with paperwork, delivery and registration was all seamless and required very little effort. The dealership even sent me a reimbursement for a slight over estimate on registration costs, which I had no idea was coming. Top notch work. Great job Idah and Jake.

Corey was great. Excellent sales person. He followed up with me through every step of buying process and answered all my questions. The Finance manager Jake Britt, I can not say the same about. He made my wife and I feel racially profiled against since we wanted to use a Total Control Account check. He lied and said it was the policy they run my credit, but did not have that policy anywhere in writing. I only continued with the process because of how professional Corey was and he made sure to keep me happy after the situation took place. I would recommend Corey Allen, but not his business manager Jake Britt.

We experienced horrible customer service while visiting this business on yesterday 8/10/2019. While on the lot we were never acknowledged by any of the staff. Three of their employees walked by my family and I and never even looked our way.After walking the lot, we went inside to ask for help and were told someone would meet us on the lot in a few moments. Well that moment never came because we stood there and waited in 90 degree weather and not a soul showed up. We decided after being treated so poorly to take our business elsewhere.

Tyler was amazing!!! My sister and I were buying a car and she hates feeling pressure but Tyler ensures that he gave us all the info and left the decision up to us! We drove 6 hours to see the car and they offered to fill up or tank for us weather we decided to buy or not! We were in such a hurry that we forgot some stuff in the old car, they are shipping it for us on Monday!!! We had been to several dealerships and had left due to cars being shoved down our throat or the person not getting back to us with info requested, NOT HERE! Definitely worth the drive and we are enjoying our new ride!!! I wish they were our local dealership!!

Made arrangements to drive 2 hrs to look at a 2008 Jeep Unlimited. Spoke with Tara, who was really nice and quick to respond to all my questions. The day I was to drive up I called and spoke with Greg (not sure if I spelled his name correct), to make sure the jeep was still available. Everything seemed good to go. I got a check from the bank and a fist full of cash, ready to buy and then I get there. Jeep was out front with the hood open, running and a charger hooked up to it. I was told the battery died and unfortunately when the charger was removed the jeep died. He said he was gonna get with the service department to get a new battery. I looked the jeep over and noticed it was damaged in the front, as if it hit something, but other than that it looked great. Greg comes back and says the service department is closed and best he could do is take a battery out of another jeep and hook it up. (Should have just did that instead of asking). I said thank you for your time and its a shame you all werent ready before I got here. He didnt even bother to get me to stay. Just said ok have a nice night. Its really a shame, that I had to drive 2 hrs for that kind of service. It wasnt the damage to the jeep or the fact the battery needed replaced, it really has everything to do with the customer service or lack of, and the horrible attitude.

Exceptional! We went in to browse around late on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted by Ernest Morris. Ernest was exceptional! He was knowledgable, kind, friendly, and not the least bit pushy! He just seemed to enjoy his job! We test drove an F-PACE and fell in love! We decided to buy it that same afternoon and Ernest and his team finished all of the paperwork in what had to be record speed! EVERYONE in the dealership was warm, courteous and the place just had a nice vibe in general! Everyone seemed happy to be there...low key, low pressure and oh....FABULOUS CARS! Im hooked! I had not really thought about or considered Jaguar since my mother drove the XJs in the 70s! So long Audi and Acura!

Well, after two dozen plus car purchases, excluding motorcycles & trucks, I have had a first.Casey Braswell, my sales guide, and the entire team over at Jaguar Raleigh truly outdid themselves and made the car shopping, buying and pickup process outstanding. From my initial contact with Casey I was made to feel comfortable with not only an absence of pressure but an obvious desire to make the best possible deal for all concerned. When I threw some curves into the deal with an unusual trade, some VIN swapping(?) and transportation issues Casey was right up to the challenge with Majdi Manawi, JLRRaleigh Sales Manager, being very accomodating.But the process was not complete until all of the is, well you know the drill so the entire team of Casey, Majdi, Bobby, Cray, Clarisa, Cameron & Jonathan really contributed to making the entire process of buying my P300 an outstanding cutomer experience.
