Everything was fine until I was extensively waiting (1 hr plus) for the truck to come back from the detail shop. When I finally drove home I notice paint had been dumped in the bed of the truck. When I called the dealership the story changed. Originally they said the truck came in that way. I had online pictures without any paint. Then they said it happened at sister dealership. So end result the truck has a paint spill in the bed.
Had an unexpected warning light. Stopped in to see if they would be able to assist. And they did. Our emergency was as important to them as to us and Our experience was pleasurable. Great staff great atmosphere and most importantly we were able to get back on the road in a minimal amount of time. Wish I lived here they would be my first choice..
They truly dont care and are very proud and vocal about being shady mechanics, the service manager literally brags at how busy they are and how long the wait is, for me its over a week before they touched it and thats after telling me they brought it in as an emergency. Make sure you take your car to another mechanic after to see what these guys messed with. Edit: based on research we believe there are enough people with complaints about this being a scam operation, based on that we are filing a complaint to the NC attorney General. If you feel you have been scammed we advise you to do the same. The service manager is blatent about what he is doing this place needs to be shut down.
They do everything possible to get you to buy things that arent covered under warranty, from the way they tell it nothing is covered under warranty. Its sad that this place is still in business, their service manager even bragged that he makes more than 100k per year so why should I care what you think. Jaguar is a nice car but everyone knows they arent reliable, its a nightmare to have to deal with them

I took my Jaguar XF in for services. I live about an hour away from this location so I was not able to wait for service to be complete so they provided me with a loaner vehicle ( E-Pace)until the next day. Cameron keep me updated every step of the way throughout the day. He let me know in great detail what services that were recommended and let me decide with no pressure what I would like done. The repairs and service was completed in a timely manner. There were no hidden fees or suprises once I went to pick up my car. I would definitely recommend this service location for any and all of your Jaguar needs. I will without a doubt continue to bring my vehicle here for any repairs or services.
I ordered some parts from them days ago, and explained I was shipping them to my daughter in San Diego where my daughter is getting her car fixed, SLOW RESPONSE, took a week to do a simple overnight order, due to their website issues however I did get the parts and the prices for sure are way less than at other dealership for parts. If you have the patience, their prices are highly competitive. Once I called them up, the parts guy was nice even though I was annoyed over the delay. Its a good place to order Jaguar parts at a competitive discount actually.
Do not do business here, this dealership is not trustworthy! After spending all day negotiating a deal over the phone, I sent in my signed purchase agreement and $1,000 deposit. I was suppose to drive in from out of state the next morning to pick up the car and complete everything.Instead I received a call the next morning saying that another customer was purchasing the vehicle and just waiting on finance approval. My wife and I arranged to take time off work in Order to drive in from out of state only to be told “sorry, we sold it to another customer after receiving your deposit”. They don’t care about you or honor their contracts...STAY AWAY.
I want to thank Claudius John, who is absolutely one of the greatest vehicle customer care representatives I’ve encountered. I don’t refer to him as a salesman, because he offered me much more than a sales experience, he is a consummate professional. My credit union required some detailed protocols to close my deal, and Claudius and the Leith team adhered to it to the letter and made me feel comfortable with my purchase long distance. I did not see the vehicle in-person until I took delivery, however Claudius did two FaceTime tours with me, answering every question I could think to ask.I also want to thank Jeff Lima for his assistance in getting the vehicle hotspot to work before my road trip. AT&T as well as the local Jaguar dealership in my hometown, neither could assist me, I called Leith and was connected to Jeff, as Claudius was not onsite at the time. Jeff not only resolved my problem with ease, but he helped me to understand the technology of my XJL Portfolio. Claudius stated as I took delivery, I’d just taken luxury to the next level, and I agree, but Leith has taken customer care, before, during and after the sale to the next level also, and I’m a new customer for life!

I live 125 miles away from Jaguar Raleigh. My Jaguar F Pace had a broken hose coming off of the water pump. I called them at 10:30 on Wednesday morning. They picked my car up on a roll back and returned my car at 5 pm the very next day on Thursday. Problem was fixed and I only paid for a service that I requested at noon on Thursday. Cameron and everyone in the service department is just Awesome!!! The entire operation is first class!
Great technicians and friendly advisors. Changed my lower control arm bushings here. Prompt responses, professional attitude and quick turnaround. Would recommend their service department for certain.

So far the customer service is great when I took my XKR in for service this past friday thats still there as I speak in this very moment, even though my friend tried to give them a sort of hard time until he knows for sure they actually good people thats gone fix my car and not try to rip me off.im only given 4 stars for now because I think they have good people in their service automotive department.Soon as they dont try to charge me nothing insane to fix my car back like i dealt with once before, im only coming back to give 1 star or 5 stars depending on how horrible or reasonable the prices they charge to fix my car.Update: its July 8th, 2020 and its been over a month now since I brought my car to them for service and the stars are going down all because its taking way too long to resolve the issue.The Jaguar dealership say they fixed everything wrong with my car except its having some sort of electrical issue or so they say,but I am not losing faith just yet.I told them I need my car back before July 17th, 2020 because I have to report to the Army reserves that day and I dont have anything else to drive,and they say theyll try to have it fixed by then.

No integrityWe Had a bad feeling about their business practices even before stepping on the lot. The initial contact salesman lied about an out of state buyer with cash in hand to try and pressure us to lock in the vehicle.We requested a new salesman apon arrival who was legit at first. After purchasing the vehicle we left our tag at the dealership, our salesman assured us he would handle it right away. After two weeks and multiple phone calls, I drove an hour and a half to get the plate. The payoff on our turned in vehicle took two weeks to go through as well. This caused us another payment on a vehicle sitting in their lot. They assured us the check was in the mail when in fact tracking showed it was not sent until a week after the told us they had already sent it.This dealership lacks integrity.We have had far better service from way less prestigious dealerships.100% do not recommend for purchasing a used vehicle

Jaguar Raleigh Service Department still going through some growing pain, but the service manager addressed my problem immediately and efficiently once I escalated to his attention. The situation; my XJ Jaguar was shaking when I pressed the brakes and Jonathan, the service intake rep, said the issue had been resolved. When I left the Raleigh Jaguar dealerships service dept., the vibration had not been fixed. I reported the concern to Jonathan who said, well maybe its something else, bring it back. At this point I went to another Jaguar dealership because I was not comfortable with Jonathans attitude about the problem not being fixed. I escalated the matter to Raleigh Jaguars service manager, Todd, who listened, assessed the situation and provided a sincere apology with a follow up to contribute to getting the repair done correctly.In summary, the Raleigh Jaguar dealership is new and has some growing pain to overcome as the service intake rep(a) transition in working with Jaguar / Land Rover vehicle owners.
