I moved from a different state where I received a high level of service for two years. I hoped to receive the same service with Audi Raleigh. I was greatly surprised at the level of care, even during the pandemic, that Audi Raleigh provided. They were very generous on the loaner model I received. I was greeted at my car by a service member who escorted me to my advisor. My advisor found a discrepancy in my charges and immediately corrected them, which saved me money. The completion of service was delayed due to supply chain issues. However, I was updated by text consistently, and informed in a timely manner of the completion timeline.

2 bad can’t give this dealership a negative rating ..bought 2021 Q7 premium from them … with only 3Thousand miles the vehicles battery sign kept on comming on with battery malfunction illuminated and take to your dealership immediately sign popping up…!!They can’t get an appointment cause they are booked until 2 weeks from todayNo loaner cars available ..so I don’t have a ride until 2 weeks … spoke to the manager and he gave me a run around …Shady practice and definitely recommend never to buy from them at all !!!I am getting it fixed will sell it ASAP !! And buy something else …what a waste of money

I contacted Audi Raleigh via their website regarding a 2020 used car. Jerry Povolotsky reached out to me via email with helpful information right away. He was up front and honest. Did not pressure about seeing the car but let me know he was available if I wanted to come check it out. Meeting in person was perfect. Car was near the entrance ready to be inspected. After some verification of identity and license I was able to test the car with no pressure at all. I left that day and told Jerry I would consider my options. After I decided to buy the car the purchasing process was very solid. Again, pure professionalism and attention to detail. I was able to work out a deal with them regarding a lease trade/sale to them. I did not have to do much more than sign a few papers, hassle-free.
Audi Raleigh was absolutely fantastic. The sales associate, Jerry Povolotsky, was wonderful to work with. Auto-buying can be rather stressful when you are on-site for several hours. For me, I was there for about an hour during this whole process. The team at Audi was absolutely wonderful, kind, and willing to assist with any questions we had. My young daughter was more excited about the hot chocolate that was offered during our visit opposed to “Mommy’s new car.” I highly recommend Audi Raleigh!

I recently bought a 2021 Audi Q5 at Raleigh Audi and I had the best service! My friend referred me to Jay Furca and I am so glad he did. Jay was on vacation when I contacted him about seriously buying the car. He quickly answered my text and put me in touch with John- another nice salesman at Raleigh Audi. When Jay returned he contacted me and the same day he was able find the car I wanted. He is trust worthy and that was very important to me especially as a female and new car buyer. After I purchased my car, he answered all of my questions. He called me a week later to check in on me and the car. 3 weeks later I had a question about the car and he gladly called me and helped me out. I trust Jay fully and I have had only great service at Raleigh Audi! I will refer all of my friends and family there.

I was definitely driving back to purchase a vehicle after seeing it the previous day( even though I didnt receive any help until after 30 min of being there) but Due to the rudeness of Jerry the next day( within 1 min of walking in), I went across the street to another dealership and got a better vehicle, and amazing customer service from all the staff. I ended up spending more than I would have here.. (they listened to what I actual was saying) I got an all around better deal in return, Thanks Jerry it would not have happened without you, and in the near future I will purchase another Audi but it will NOT be at the Audi Raleigh location, Id rather travel to another state, if needed. Very disappointed in the response from this luxury dealership. No one greeted me upon approaching the business. Two salespeople looked at me without a response. I went to the customer service desk to inquire about the A8. She asked for a salesperson over the intercom. After several minutes she pointed me to the location of the A8. There were two other customers in the dealership. About 8 minutes later a salesman came out. Obviously, just finished eating( wiping food from his mouth). Shirt badly wrinkled also. Overall bad experience. Hopefully this is not their normal customer service practices. Maybe they didnt think I was serious about purchasing one of their high end product. Well...they helped me decide where not to purchase it or have it serviced.

Jabir was the sales rep, who made me wait upwards of an hour, and at first I thought it would be a promising experience despite his lateness, but after his blatant attitude to me and forced “wisdom” I was discouraged as I got threatened and uncomfortable. He also told me that he would only make $150.00 off his commission and that the sale was not important to him. This made me ponder that perhaps there should be a cut off age for sales reps as he continuously preached to me how old he was. This was not a sales rep who talked to me but talked at me with aggression. He refused to work with me in ANY capacity and treated me as though I was a child. When I asked to talk to his manager he treated me as though I was gunning for his job as he assured me this would put his own employment on the line. I truly wish I could rate this negative stars—but instead I will tell each and every person who is in the market for an Audi to go to Cary instead as this is an absolute travesty. I was there to buy an Audi and honestly Jabir did the opposite of his job and talked me out of wanting to give this location business. Never again will they see my business, the only positive of this experience is that I will never have to do business with Jabir EVER again.
Jay F at Audi Raleigh made buying a car such an easy, non-stressful experience! I arrived at the dealership an hour before closing time and he gladly assisted me without feeling rushed. I knew what car I was looking for so he let me take two for a quick test drive and gave me his honest opinion on which was the better deal. We got started on the paperwork and I was driving away in my new car within 90 minutes. Car shopping can be so dreadful and exhausting but I really enjoyed my experience with Jay. He followed up after a few days to make sure all was well and I love my new Audi so much!!! Highly recommend this dealership as well as Jay!

Very dissatisfied with the service received and the experience from the Audi of Raleigh service department. Not only did I pay for an overpriced service. The service advisor wants to argue with me about having exhaust venting into my vehicle. Then to top it off he says“Nobody lied to you. You called us and set an appointment for your car. You never specified that you wanted your service done at Audi Cary. Im sure they would be happy to take a look at your car to make sure there are no exhaust leaks so you dont have to drive to Raleigh.”I had never taken my car there due to issues stemming from a previous customer complaint. I have been told by several customers that the service sucks and to find out this is correct is disappointing to say the least. I see why they are considered the worst in the area.

Services are performed accordingly. Im just disappointed with the car wash as my rims had a few brake dust residue that was quite visible after the wash. It might not be a big issue for the dealership, however, when I hand wash my car, I pay particular attention to making sure the rims are cleaned properly as that will make a properly cleaned car stand out with brakes dust residue. Our sales person was nice enough. He wasnt necessarily knowledgable on the cars, but I appreciated his attitude and he wasnt too aggressive. Unfortunately the rest of the staff was not. I asked if they had a specific seat available and was told they did not carry them. Turns out they did and I found it after walking through the lot myself.We were ready to sign and make a deal, but they wouldnt budge on the warranty. They wanted us to sign with a 50,000 mile warranty, which is way lower than any car Ive ever purchased before. When they wouldnt budge on the price, we tried to up the warranty at least, in which case they wanted to charge us an extra $6,000 on top of the already inflated price.Some other business manager came out who I found to be extremely condescending (more so to me specifically, which might have been because Im a woman) and would not stop talking for 15 minutes on how a warranty works. Thanks, we know. Then another guy came over to try to convince us we were getting a deal, so we had 3 men standing/circling around us at one point. The whole experience was weird. We left and found the car for the price and warranty we wanted with a different Audi dealership in the same day.

I have had to take my Audi in three times now for service since I purchased it in July of last year. Twice for routine maintenance and this last time for warranty work. The first two times were flawless. This third time, I am pretty impressed. My check engine light came on Friday evening on my way home from work. I called first thing Saturday morning (worried because I am scheduled to leave town Wednesday early afternoon and I need my car). I spoke with Johnathan and he was nothing but professional. He indicated their systems were down, that he knew Saturday was booked and the coming week was going to be busy as well. He would have to call me back Monday morning. As nice as he was, I thought, yeah ok, surely I will fall through the cracks. BUT.. Johnathan called me back by 10am Monday morning and was able to make me an appointment for that day at 1pm. I was provided a loaner vehicle of equal size and quality as well with no issues. My car was fixed that day and available for pick up by 5pm. I am very thankful for Johnathan and for the Audi team. It is refreshing to see a service department run this effectively! Thank you so much!

I went in to Audi of a Raleigh to purchase a used vehicle they took on trade. I dealt with Ryan and he was courteous, friendly, and helpful during the entire process. He communicated with me and gave me advice on how to make the whole process a smooth transaction, he even allowed my 11year old to sit in a VERY expensive car which totally made his day. I do not plan on needing/purchasing another vehicle for many years but if and when i do I hope it is as pleasant as it was with this group.

Short version: They only care about you spending money with them. And I would expect any quality service either.I have been to this location only a couple of times, at one point I bought a brand new Audi Q5. The first time I went to this location I had one dealer show me around and would stop at every single car as if I had no idea what I was doing. After I told him my price range he was irritated and took me to their used car section and half way showed me everything.A couple months later I came and my price range had increased and I spoke to a different salesman, when I told him I didnt want wood trim, his response was Wow, is that seriously going to stop you from buying this car? and had said something similar on every vehicle we looked at.The car tended to have a lot of problems and every time I took it in they never had a loaner vehicle and/or the parts would take a minimum of 3 months to arrive.
DO NOT HAVE YOU VEHICLE SERVICED THERE OR SIGN THERE WAVER. I went to Leith Audi for an oil change which happened to cost $162.00. I had to wait three and a half hours for them to complete. They ask you to sign a statement about checking your vehicle before you leave the lot. I end up paying way more than the cost of the oil change when I realized that my daughters tires had been swapped when she returned home. It was a horrible experience being asked to sign this and that while trying to watch a busy three year old, but like they said when you do wrong it will most certainty come back on you. The one day I have my grandson while taking care of business... I get jacked.... Shame on you but again it will come back on you... The Better Business Bureau has been notified of your tactics as well.
I came to Leith Audi Raleigh because my mother purchased her car from here which from the outside looking in seemed to be a smooth process. I was completely wrong. I dealt with Everett who’s communication and customer service was beyond horrible. I ended up taking my business elsewhere but prior to I cut Everett out as a middle man and spoke to his manager Tommy myself. He was definitely a breath of fresh air and answered all of the questions that were left hanging and apparently his communication with his own employee was off but he answered all of my questions and was more than helpful.
My salesperson, Everett was one of the easiest people Ive had the pleasure of working with. I came in without an appointment and was paired up with him on a new vehicle. One of the best car buying experiences Ive had.Tommy in Finance was the absolute best person Ive ever worked with from a financing perspective. Hes super transparent, personable and a genuinely nice person.Both gentleman made this deal easy for me.

I purchased my Audi from a non-Audi dealership, but I needed a part replaced. I was instructed to contact an Audi dealership. Jason was the first person I spoke to and saw at the dealership. He was very professional and genuine. We received fantastic customer service overall. We most likely will purchase future cars from this particular Audi.
Service department was willing to work me in on short notice with no appointment. I had hit a pothole while traveling for the holidays and wanted to get alignment and balancing checked before putting too many more miles on the car. Steve was very helpful and kept me well informed throughout the process. He even found me a quiet place to work while the service department was doing their work. The balancing and alignment issues were well-diagnosed and resolved perfectly. Looking forward to returning to this dealership for future service and working with Steve again.
I would recommend caution to those who are searching for a used vehicle in relation to this dealership. After communications with the salesperson (Jared) several times, and having detailed pictures sent forward of any potential damage or flaws on the 09 Pilot, I drove 50 Min to see the SUV in person. Upon arrival I was quickly able to see severe clearcoat damage on the roof and the hood. Both would need several thousands of dollars in repair cost due to the entire two panels needing to be repainted. While Jared was up front and stated there was two interior pieces of trim damaged . ripped as well as hazing headlights and a few minor scratches that would be routine for the 2009 year / age of the SUV, he never once let me know on the much larger issues on the hood and roof in our advance communications. It certainly would be nice if Audit of Raleigh would be more honest up front and not waste potential customers time. Think twice before considering this dealership. If this is how Audit Raleigh is on the front end of the sales process, I would hate to see how they stand behind the sale on the back end.

Ive had to visit this dealership a couple times and they have treated me far better than the dealership I purchased my car from. I will purchase my next Audi from them. I received the most horrible customer service from this dealership in my past experience. After charging me almost three thousand dollars and keeping my vehicle for over a week, I still ended up having the same mechanical issues one week later, plus more issues. And after complaining to management I was told I would have to pay another diagnostic fee and schedule a service appointment. Not so much as a loaner vehicle or complimentary detailing was offered to me (a customer paying 3 grand cash) I was directed to the cashier window and then broke down on the side of the road not even 5 days later. Horrible

Everette was great, had a great experience with him as a Sales Representative, communicated well, wasnt pushy. This is my second time buying from Audi Raleigh, both times were the best experience I have had buying a vehicle, hands down.
I bought an Audi A6 in 2015 and have had it serviced here on 6 occasions. Their service advisors are polite and all business. They charge a hefty diagnostic fee just to look at your car. They ask everyone to sign a statement saying they are not responsible for their work once you drive off the lot. I find this remarkable since most people like to drive their Audi beyond the confines of the dealer’s parking lot. Not a customer centric culture. I am giving them 3 stars since I have not had to return the car for neglected service.

I contacted Audi directly and they were going to send a tow truck. I love Audi, the brand. I think the cars are beautiful inside and out and love the drive quality. I, however, hate Leith the company. The customer service is so bad that they threw away the sale of 2 S5s because they would not budge on trade-in values of an A4 (they had sold to me) and an Infinit Q50. Each trade in left around $7,000 to be added to the price of each S5. The sales associate was stuck on a 0% loan offer, which was great, but not the cause we wanted to tackle. In the end we left and went to Crossroads Infiniti and spent more on 2 new Q50s than what the S5s were because they gave us over the trade-in value and treated us like we had just drove in Ferraris dressed all in Gucci. Leith should send people to train at higher quality places like Crossroads.

I had an Audi R8 sent over from a Chevy dealer down the road to be PPId before purchasing it.Im coming from NY to buy the car and needed it done by Saturday and he moved heaven and earth to squeeze the car into their already busy schedule. He also had no hesitation to get me the build sheet and scan and email me that along with the PPI inspection results. I got my car serviced under warranty and Audi was great. They had my car for a few days so I got a loaner which was awesome. Maggie was so nice and very informative however when I returned for my car I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT AUDI DID NOT WASH OR VACUUM MY AUDI. My husband has a Benz and at every service Mercedes washed and clean his inside. My XM radio still has a small issue but it is better than before the service. I wanted to give 3 1/2stars BUT I LOVE AUDI AND BESIDES MY HEART WILL NOT LET ME...22 Jan 2020
