Bought a pre-owned car here a few weeks ago. Overall it was a good experience. The set pricing makes negotiation stress a non-factor. I found the car to be as described, took 2 test drives and took our time making the decision. The staff was accommodating, process was straightforward and didnt take too long. Leith is a big company, Leith Lincoln is smaller so I didnt feel like I was just an insignificant number. The car shortage is hitting them on the new car side but they had a nice selection of used vehicles there! I will say that as someone who details cars as a hobby, they could have done a better job prepping the car. I spent hours cleaning her up for my daughter after the sale.

Awesome service! The salesperson I originally made an appointment with was unable to be there that day so instead of asking me to reschedule or come back another time Vinny Vassallo stepped in and helped me through the whole process! While I went to handle things with the bank he made sure to clean the car and fill the gas tank up, and he was very patient through all the holding I had to do on the phone haha. He streamlined everything to make it as fast and easy as possible, and I was able to leave the lot in my new car that day. He never got too pushy with anything which was great because I do not like feeling pressured to buy something. Overall a smooth process and it’s clear you guys take great care of your vehicles. I will certainly be coming back to trade-in when the time comes!

*Used Vehicle Purchase*I was eyeballing a used vehicle on Leith Lincolns website for right at 2 weeks. I eventually called and asked if the vehicle was still available and tried to verify a couple of options on the vehicle. I came to find that this vehicle was listed around $6k above what it was worth after I did some pricing research on the NADA and KBB websites and then setup a date and time with the salesperson to finally go and look at it. That day came and I made my way to the dealership. When I arrived the vehicle was cleaned up and sitting out front. I was met with the salesperson I had previously spoken to on the phone. I began looking over the vehicle and started finding discrepancies.1) Engine block was corroding from operating in salted highway conditions2) Drilled hole in dash from previous owner from, I assume, a aftermarket on/off switch for some accessory.3) Weather stripping around doors was torn and hanging from the doors in some spots/paint scratched in area of torn stripping...which means the vehicle had been broken into with a coat-hangar at some point.4) Water intrusion on inside roof area (water damaged spots could be seen in the headliner)At this point I started asking about the price to start negotiating. The price is firm, Its set by Leith as what Leith says is a good/fair price for the vehicle so you dont have to do any price haggling. I thought...well I still think...that was/is ridiculous, especially after the things I was finding. THEY WOULD NOT BUDGE ON THE PRICE...just kept mentioning Well where are you going to find another one of these with such low miles?I told the salesperson I was going to think about this over a quick lunch and I would be back soon. At this point, he starts the truck and goes to move the truck around back and when he accelerates I can hear the exhaust manifolds have a very audible exhaust leak. I went and ate and came back to the dealership. My salesperson was nowhere to be found. Eventually, a manager sees me walking around the building and says that the salesperson went (I cant remember exactly) either on a parts run or to pickup/drop-off a vehicle. WHAT SALESPERSON IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF A SALE??? He wasnt back for quite a while...So the manager starts trying to pickup the salespersons slack and again says the price cant be negotiated and again with the But this has such low miles! Like that takes precedence over all the BS I keep finding... I mention the exhaust leak and, I know from experience, that the motor thats in the vehicle has a tendency to warp the exhaust manifold and break mounting bolts. Were not going to fix that. Eventually, they said they were going to order new weather stripping for the doors and roof brake light (to fix the roof water leak.)FAST FORWARD Im going through with the sale and saying what Im using the vehicle for which is a work truck and towing a heavy trailer, so Ill need the Weighted License Plate. (When I get the plate, its not weighted and I have to jump through hoops to the get the right plates at my local DMV. I message the Salesperson and ask what happened? Dont know where the miscommunication was, youll have to get the tag yourself.SO, I finally get the truck to my house(dealership had some guys drive it down) and begin doing my regular checking fluids and going over the truck and making sure all the lights and everything work.1) Rt Taillight turn signal doesnt work2) Horn Doesnt work (I found none of the fuses were installed)3) Engine Coolant is over a Gallon low4) Engine oil is at the bottom of the Hash MarksI message the salesperson again asking who did the Safety inspection for the Registration, because they obviously didnt. They just signed it without looking at it.I NEVER got a reply and they havent said anything to me since getting the truck to my house.TERRIBLE SERVICE

My New Black Label Continental is the best car ever. I drive with a smile on my face every day. When i get i the car it is an instant attitude changer. Alright! alright! alright! I get my car serviced there at every interval. They kept my Old Town car in tip top shape and im sure my Grey Goose will get the same top notch attention. 2004 towncar 340k miles still rides on Angel winged air suspension.

Bo was extremely helpful overall. We bought a car that ended up being less than satisfactory. He offered us the full pay off of the vehicle and got us into a nice Jeep. He also gave me top dollar on my trade in and got me into a nice car with a warranty for less than what I used to be paying. A couple of issues came up, but I was able to connect with Bo very easily and fix it. He was able to help me with these issues in a very quick and efficient manner.

This was without a doubt one of the best dealership service experiences I have ever had. One of your competitors (where I bought the vehicle) down the road wouldn’t get me in for 3 weeks, for a major warranty issue with my vehicle that wasn’t safe to drive. I called Blaine Smith and he immediately had me come to Leith Lincoln and put me in a loaner. Within 24 hours they had diagnosed the issue and ordered parts. Within 48 hours he had me back on the road. I am very particular about my vehicle and have high expectations. I bought my Lincoln in 2013 and I love it. I wanted an American model car and I love the feel of this car on the road. I was concerned about the mileage and was pleasantly surprised to discover that there was a hybrid.I have returned it to the dealership in Raleigh each time to have my car serviced. The customer service is beyond reproach. The employees are welcoming, the prices are reasonable and the service is fast. If I cannot wait for my car, I have the option to reserve a loaner. Not once have I felt that I was overcharged and when I drive away, I am comfortable that whatever service was done was done correctly.I usually bring my computer with me and work in their new showroom and quiet area until my car is ready. The facility is state of the art and equal to (even better than) many high end import dealerships. Recently, we were away from home (Georgia) and our drivers window stopped working (stuck in the down position). Late on a Friday, Norisa stayed after hours to help get our car in the shop right away. I have an appt this week for the tires to be replaced.Unfortunately I am dropping my five star rating to one star. When I first visited Leith Lincoln to test drive a MKC, the salesman(shout out to Henry!) was perfect. He was attentive, accomodating, and most importantly- not pushy! I was very comfortable with him. The car was difficult to handle/ steer. I told Henry about it and he showed me another but as soon as I sat in it, I knew it wasnt for me. I left the lot with plans to continue searching for the perfect auto and perfect deal. I am not sure when or who called, I believe it was a manager and I believe it was the next day. He asked me if they could repair the auto would I still be interested. Absolutely! Turned out, it was a simple repair. The front tires had a flat spot. They replaced the tires and I bought the MKC. I was so happy with the auto and the amazing staff. Within the first week a friend mentioned a noise. Two weeks later, he mentioned it again. Last weekend he was riding in the back seat and said the noise is much worse. I called the service department ( shout out to Sean- very polite and accommodating beyond expectation) and made an appointment. Again, amazing service. I had a very short wait. The problem was minor- it was the back tires. I had assumed all 4 tires had been replaced but apparently only the front two were replaced. They may have told me only the front tires were replaced, I dont know. Sean kindly offered to talk to a salesperson since I have had the auto a little over a month and less than 500 miles have I driven to see if Leith would flip the bill. No. Wow. So, for a little less than $500, I can pay to replace tires that should have been replaced prior to the purchase. I am very disappointed in Leith Lincoln. I was so impressed with the staff and the service that I actually trusted I was being taken care of very well. The future with Leith is not looking as bright as I once believed.

By far the best automotive service center in Raleigh! I drive a 2009 Lincoln MKX and every time I go to Leith they treat me like I’m leasing a brand new 2020 Navigator. They are so knowledgeable and professional and some how down-to-earth at the same time. I’ll never go anywhere else.Do yourself a favor and go meet the wonderful people at Leith Lincoln!

I am shocked and disappointed by the level of service provided by the sales manager (Brian). He has been rude and disrespectful on multiple accounts. I bought my car out of state and the amount of miscommunications that have taken place on LLs part has left a very sour taste in my mouth. I would never recommend this delarship to a family member or friend.

Carl Banks Jr is such a kind man. I really enjoyed the care he took of me and my mom through the process. Camden Makay was so wonderful during the financing process. Everyone I met in the sales area of the dealership was so super nice and accommodating. The cars are beautiful too.

I went here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The service staff was super friendly and did a great job of keeping me informed of progress of the work being completed.Only negative I can think of is the physical dealership building is small and difficult to enter and exit. The facilities are not up to a premium brand standard.

Generally, the sales process was fine, but picking up the vehicle took 3 1/2 hours! I used Leith Lincoln for my past vehicle -service is fine and easy, but finalizing this new lease was exhausting! My old lease was running out, so we purchased a new Lincoln. They had all the info the day before, so going in, checking out the vehicle (which they found at another dealer which matched our requirements!) was straight forward.Sadly, we were forced to watch a video for a vehicle protectant promotion (I wandered around, my wife looked at her phone - apparently management requires the sales people to show it). When we were done with the sales person, we then were seated to wait to finalize the lease with their finance person for well over an hour! After 3 1/2 hours, we were finally free to go! Their whole process needs to be looked at, because Lincoln has an incredible product, so the buying experience should match!I realize that they had more customers than expected (month end), but only one person who can complete the deal???

This is my go to place for all my Ford related work. The mechanic Dan is phenomenal.The man will get your work done quick and done right the first time. The service manager, Sean is always friendly and prompt with communication. Sometimes the dealership prices are absolutely worth which is the case with Leith Lincoln. Visit them and you wont be disappointed.

Car was not as advertised. The photos of the car look amazing. Once we got there we found they had hidden things in the photos. Very disappointed. Drove 2.5 hours to see this car.They took photos of the car while wet. A black car with wet paint always looking amazing. Once we got there we quickly found out it was not as we expected.
