Ive been looking for a new barber in Raleigh. Someone suggested this place so I gave it a shot. I walked into the shop and it was empty. Somebody was out back and peeked in when I walked in. He never said anything to me and went back to doing what he was doing out back. I sat there for 5 minutes and he never came inside to say anything to me. I walked out. Wont be going back there. How hard is it to acknowledge a customer?

Terrible place.. I sat there for 20 min and not one person said anything to me.. I guess white isn’t the right color to be acknowledged there…

Update 10/12/17: Okay, my husband had his hair cut this week and came home with a bloody cut on his face from the razor blade and was charged full price. I was disappointed being as my husband is diabetic and wounds do not heal as fast. Please be careful.10/1/17 - My husband comes here a lot for a hair cut. The guys do an amazing job and he comes home looking like a new man. Great place, very professional.

Keith was very pleasant with my sons and he did a great job on their haircuts. He was very kid friendly.

Walked in for a 4:00 appointment was left waiting for 35 minutes and the barber who was suppose to cut my hair kept dissapearing terrible first impression will not be coming back.
