Ive brought my Honda Civic here twice for repairs, and both times have been great. They were ready for me when I arrived, the work got done on time or even ahead of schedule, and the bills were very reasonable. Car repair can be really stressful at other places, but here everyone was professional and courteous, and there was no run-around.

I am a new customer at People’s and David the Manager was personable and knowledgeable in explaining the details of my car as was Matt the mechanic who is awesome and I truly trust him with my car. If you are looking for a great repair shop, look no more because People’s is the place to go.

I met these folks when I worked for Centura/RBC Bank….they were our customers….one of my coworkers recommended them when I had an issue with my car. This was in 1998 and I’ve never used anyone else! They are a 3 generation company, they are Christians and very honest and professional. I sure hope they stay in business for many more years to come because I would be lost without them!

Peoples is the best auto repair shop I have ever used which is why my family and I keep going to them for all of our auto-related needs. We recently were driving and saw the PSI in one of our tires had dropped down to 21 so we knew something was wrong. Took my car in because it was leaking and burning oil. They diagnosed it quickly, had it repaired in no time and even replaced the air intake hose, free of charge, when they noticed it was ripped.I will be taking all my car repair business there moving forward. Excellent business and people.

Great Automotive repair! Being from out of town, not knowing any repair places, I was refereed to peoples from someone. They are great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Honesty is a big deal with a car repair place, and this place has it. Very quick repairs! I appreciate that they fixed the problem I requested without trying to sell me other repairs (which I know my car needs), though still willing to offer help if I requested it. The hourly labor rate is a little high in my opinion, but worth it for the service you get and they dont seem to nickle and dime you. Pretty straight forward, final cost was same as estimate. So far so good on my repair.

Best place to go if youre an anxious driver who doesnt know the first thing about cars! I had a car that was driving fine until I pulled up to a red light. By the time it turned green, the transmission had gone out on me with no warning and I had to give up that car. Since then, Ive been VERY anxious about my newer (used) car, and brought it in when I thought I was having problems. Not only did they get me in for an appointment the next business day right when they opened, they worked on my car extremely quickly and told me that nothing was wrong with it (oops, haha!). They told me my rotors would last me at least another 9,000 miles and that there was no need to replace them right now. Other mechanics would make it sound urgent to get my money, but these guys seem really honest and super super nice. I have family members that go to these guys as well and theyve said theyre always honest and nice. Definitely making this place my regular mechanic. 5 stars.

My dad has been going to Peoples forever, and it is the ONLY place hes ever trusted to send my sister and I since we started driving many years ago. Terry, Ryan, and their entire staff are just good, honest people who are also extremely talented and knowledgeable about cars! There has been TWO separate occassions that Ryan/Terry called after assessing our vehicle and told us that it was NOT in our best interest to invest the money to start repairing it! The integrity and service we get from Peoples has been invaluable to our family, and its a blessing that so many people dont have! OK, so I am very particular about my car, only way to make sure it is done right is to do it yourself. That being said this place is just as close as you can get to that. They do amazing work at a comparative price to other places. Ryan will take his time to tell what is wrong, what your options are. With that he brings a very friendly attitude and will take the time to get to know you and by extension your vehicle. Ive had a fuel pump replaced, clutch done, brake work, tune ups, engine cooling system repairs, and the list goes on. If you want it done right take your car here and leave your worries behind.
