For 10+ years, the Car Place has taken excellent care of me and my vehicles. Whether doing significant repairs on my BMW or regular service on another car, they are always attentive to details and giving honest, practical advice.

This was my first visit to The Car Place and it will now be where I get all future repairs for my vehicle. From calling to schedule an appointment, to my arrival, to the consultation, and checking out I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service provided. My repair was very simplistic but I was treated as if it were a top priority. I have inquired about some other issues I was having and Jessie gave me a fair assessment and recommendation that was in my best interest and not just to make money. The Car Place is honest, efficient, sincere, and an example of what is good in the business world. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a vehicle repair.

The Car Place has provided above-and-beyond service on more than one occasion! We will most definitely be customers for life. Jessie and his team have addressed repeated brake noise in my Audi Q7 and took care of things unexpectedly quickly, with no hassle and they stand behind their work. This place is the best we’ve found in the Raleigh area. Family owned business that makes us feel well taken care. Love the receptionist, she’s on the ball and the staff takes the time to explain services you need. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable with snacks available. We’ve found our “car place.”

I brought my 2000 GMC Sierra in for no brakes. I asked if they could squeeze me in, as I was out of town. The staff explained their procedures, and promptly took my truck in. The found a leak in a brake line. They repaired my brakes, with prompt and professional service.I highly recommend The Car Place. I will return in the future.

I was referred to The Car Place by a trusted friend, steering me away from my BMW dealership. Being extremely particular I was hesitant to trust my beloved 550i to anyone except the dealership. After some prodding I gave them a chance, and to make a long story short The Car Place now services my BMW 550i, Cadillac CTS-V, and my Ford F350. On top of that they service my mothers BMW and several of my friends automobiles. In short, these folks are good people.

They have never tried to over sell anything to me, and give me options regarding the repairs that need to be done. I consult with them on future car purchases, and would not buy a used car without their approval. I consider them a partner in my car ownership experience. And I am very picky regarding my cars.

I cannot give these folks enough stars. They are experts who are always honest and professional. I’ve taken a number of Mercedes and BMW vehicles to them over the years and have always had a great experience. The best in Raleigh bar none.

My vehicle has a sporadic pulsation in the brake pedal. New rotors, wheel sensors, brake pads, calipers, axle, etc. were replaced before taking it to The Car Place. They are very knowledgeable and put a lot of time and energy into diagnosing the issue. Once they realized that it could become a costly endeavor (and it is an older vehicle) they contacted me and let me know my options. I decided not to keep chasing the problem for the time being as it does not appear to be a safety issue. Nonetheless, they imparted some wisdom as to how and avoid common pitfalls in case I decided to go elsewhere in the future. To top it off, they are more than reasonably priced and value your time. Needless to say, they have earned a repeat customer. I will bring my vehicles to them even if it is just for an oil change. They deserve your business, because they earn your business.

We have worked with Pat & Ronnie for years and years. In fact many years prior to the opening of The Car Place. They are an outstanding group of individuals with the knowledge and past performance of being able to rebuild a vintage BMW to needed repairs of todays cars. Each member of my family has had their car serviced there and its great to have a reliable and trustworthy place to be able to take your vehicle and know that it will be repaired the right way the first time. Our family has had BMWs that have made it into the 250,000+ mileage range. In fact two BMWs that were close to 300,000 miles. With that said they each car was always reliable and fun to drive. I would say that these guys have made it into the extended family and I have never hesitated to recommend them to friends or anyone. Great, trustworthy, honest and they know what they are doing!

The idler pulley on my 2003 Mini Cooper S seized up, taking the fanbelt with it. Im a pretty mechanical guy and would normally just fix this myself, but Im currently living with my in-laws and didnt want the hassle. I had it towed to them and they were able to fix it the same day. The check engine light also came on and they were very good at communicating my options to investigate this, what the likely causes were, etc. I opted to just wait and see if it came on again. I noticed my wheels looked really clean when I went to get in my car and then I noticed my dusty dash was clean as well. It appears they cleaned the inside and out of my car. Im not sure if thats normally included or not. Very happy with my experience.

I started taking my Tundra here when it was less than a year old. After a(nother) bad experience at the dealer, where my standard service was still free, I opted to start going to The Car Place. They do a terrific job and I dont regret paying them for their service when I could be getting free, but totally sub-par, work done at the dealership. Take your car here, you wont regret it.

These guys are awesome. After having let go of two E-classes in the past (due to maint costs), I knew I wanted another Benz but was worried about finding a reliable shop. Im new to the area and had a friend recommend the Car Place. Greatest lead Ive ever followed.After buying a used SLK, I brought it here for a rundown (didnt know about their prepurchase deal. Definitely going to utilize that in the future). Jessie and Chris gave me a fair, quick, and honest rundown of everything Id need, and they got to work. After two days, I picked it up, but it wasnt quite right. I took it home anyway with a plan to bring it back later.In the three weeks between trip one and two to the shop, I got a phone call and a card thanking me for my business and checking up on the cars condition. Now, after picking it up again, the guys really outdid themselves. Found the problem, fought it out with the warranty company (saved me over $1k), fixed everything splendidly, AND replaced a part (at no cost to me) that may have already been broken.These guys are awesome - friendly, thorough, reliable, and professional. Ill be back for everything.
