After getting into an accident I decided to take my vehicle to RJ&G for my collision repairs based off their reviews, and im so glad I did!They were extremely helpful and constantly went above and beyond, and helped me handle the other partys insurance company. I worked with Travis through out the entire process and cant thank him enough. I was getting ripped off left and right by the lady who hit mes insurance company but Travis helped me handle it all. He even called me back late on a Friday to give me advice what to do with the vehicle. They were all prompt, friendly, and professional. Thank you guys so much! Highly highly recommend.

Had an accident a few years ago and they did a great job putting it back together. Looked just like new. I had an issue with the paint on a door handle and brought it back and they got it fixed right back up. Everyone here is friendly. You can’t go wrong coming here.

R J and G is a fantastic auto repair shop. I originally went to them for auto body repair due to an accident. I chose them because they were within my insurance’s network, close to home and had good reviews. I’m really glad I chose them. Travis was very professional and great to work with. Very nice, honest, and professional people. It’s very hard to come by a shop like this, so I’m glad I found them. I will certainly be back for all other auto needs. I’m not sure, but I’m pretty sure my car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! 😀 To make a point about the honesty and professionalism, I will note that I forgot my AirPods and other valuables in the car. They were all safely moved to a secure spot in my car. Someone easily could have stolen them and what could I have done? Nothing. I forgot the AirPods were even in the car. That was an extra bonus to me when I picked up my car. 😊...bottom line: great place, give them a try! So happy to have my car back, better than before.

R J & G Collision & Automotive Repair did an outstanding job of repairing our 2017 Mazda CX-5 to as good as new. The car was involved in an accident which destroyed the right front corner of the car and some adjoining portions. It was a major repair effort, totaling about $14,000 in repairs. Everything was done in accordance with Mazda’s repair specifications. They replaced and painted the hood, one fender, and bumper. The grill, many of the structural elements, and a thousand other minor pieces were replaced as well. They rejected any aftermarket body parts which did not meet their satisfaction in fit, and generally only eventually accepted OEM parts from Mazda. The paint match was excellent, with no trace of color mismatch anywhere. When done, all electronic driver assist items such as cruise control and automated follow distance worked without issue. When I came to pick up the vehicle, they told me to bring it back in 5 weeks for them just to check up on everything at no charge.I am a very picky customer when it comes to things like this because I do most of my normal automotive maintenance myself, and have even done some bodywork and painting as well. It’s unusual that I don’t find items which were done not to my satisfaction, but this time, I was unable to uncover any. As far as I can tell, the vehicle looks and runs as good as new.Additionally, I would like to commend the way that they handled the entire repair process with me. I was working with a gentleman there named Travis, who among other things, was my sole point of contact throughout the repair process. As soon as they received the vehicle, he started working with me, advising me of the process and expected duration and costs associated with the repairs. I visited the shop three times during the repair process. He hosted me each time, explaining where they were in the sequence of steps, any issues they ran across, and the upcoming steps that they were about to reach. In addition to that, he educated me on some aspects of insurance claims which ended up saving me quite a bit of money, all above board with the insurance company. One additional nicety was that there was a gouge on the rear bumper, unrelated to the accident. They repaired that and repainted the entire rear bumper at no charge for me as a courtesy. Like, Wow man!I was so pleased with the service I received at R J & G that I paid a sizable tip to both Travis and the painter, whose work was indiscernible from the original paint on the adjacent panels.

I was rear ended, brought my Mercedes to these guys to get my bumper and tail lights fixed. They did a great job. Travis was very friendly and professional, also paid attention to details from the accident that I didnt see and got the job done. Very pleased.

This body shop and automotive center has great management and a team of technicians that really demonstrate expertise in the field and back it with a warranty. In the past 18 months, I had not one, not two, but 3 vehicles requiring extensive body work thanks to one small accident and one large maple tree. The work done was professional and of excellent quality.

(which takes 15-30 min) and I feel as though they do not care about wanting to try and simply get a price or maybe they are just too busy. We’ve wanted a price for the past few days now. I asked the G owner to estimate my paint repair. He was very observant, helpful and the bid was below my expectations. This review is only on the bid process. I am dropping my car off tonight and will repeat this review when I see the work quality. From the friendliness and professionalism I am excited to see their work. They already have 4+_ stars.

Went here after running over a manhole cover to repair the rear assembly of my SUV. Travis did a great job of finding a reasonably priced assembly so the repair came in about 20% under budget. They fixed the car -- all work was on the back end. But the front end lurched when I applied the brakes. As the problem was unrelated to the collision, I took the car in to my regular mechanic who told me the front rotors and brake pads needed replacing, at a cost of $375. I wanted RJ&Gs opinion, & Travis agreed to look at the car. They told me the rotors did NOT need replacing, just machining and the brake pads were only at 50%, so they were fine. I get annoyed when mechanics fudge with me (maybe because Im female.) So I asked the mechanic Mark to show me the rotors and he explained the process in a way that I felt he was being honest with me. They addressed the problem at no charge, machining the rotors although this was not related to the collision. Now the car handles beautifully. While there I learned that they do regular mechanical work too, not just body work. The fact that they were straight with me and extended the courtesy of repairing the front end at no charge made me feel I can trust them for future work, so I will return. And I highly recommend them.

RJ&G did a great job repairing both my Mercedes R350 and Ford Expedition following minor accidents. Last year, I brought my Mercedes back for some paint touch-ups after my automatic driveway gates malfunctioned and scratched the sides of the car. RJ&G did outstanding work, and each time the price was very competitive. I also appreciated how Travis was very patient, taking the time to go over the estimates with me and answering any questions I had before we proceeded. The work was always completed in a timely manner.

Had my car fixed after I got squished between two cars. These guys were really quick to help me out. I had an estimate for insurance purposes in less than 30 minutes. When my rental didn’t show up, they called the company on my behalf to hurry them up.My one complaint was that communication was not a priority. The original time frame was 4 days. It ended up taking 2.5 weeks to repair because of hidden damage. While I appreciate they found that stuff and took care of it, they didn’t communicate well about delays and new projected finish times.However, super nice people and my car looks excellent post-repairs. I would go back.

Great experience! Travis is an honest, nice & knowledgeable professional. I took my car in after I was backed into, and Travis told me everything I need to know about dealing with the insurance and rental car companies. When the rental car shuttle was late to pick me up, the woman at the desk personally drove me to pick up my rental car. Travis updated me throughout the week on the progress of the work and personally took my rental car back when I came to pick up my car. I have nothing but nice things to say about the guy, and the rest of the company! I will definitely be back!

Recently had to have my vehicle repaired due to accident and since I work in GA and I never used anyone in the area. I was skeptical about where I would take my car and I decided to choose them. They called me weekly to give me a update on everything going on with the vehicle, what they were working on, what parts they were waiting for, and anything else I needed or wanted to know. When I was told it was done I was thinking of having to take the car to get cleaned. I personally enjoy having a clean car I honestly expected the car to be a little dirty, not filthy, but definitely did not expect it to be waxed and shined the way it was when I picked it up. I recommend taking your vehicle here. They care about what you think and they take pride in their work.

Wow. I was blown away at the service here. I went in expecting to get at least a thousand dollars worth of repairs done, but when they looked at the damage they were like we could have one of our guys do this one thing and it would probably get you 98% of the result you want and itd probably only cost around $150. I was amazed. Their repairs looked perfect, and they ended up only charging me $100. I would definitely recommend R J & G.

I have been a customer with RJ & G since 2008. I used to go to them when I was a student at NC State for routine vehicle maintenance and repairs. I have always worked with Jerry on the mechanic side as they never disappoint. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and will be patient with you to get things figured out. I moved away to Indianapolis in 2011 and returned in 2015 to Raleigh. This is the first place I took my vehicles. I have also worked with Travis on their collision repair side with a vehicle that was totaled and a vehicle that needed cosmetic repairs. Travis and his team worked relentlessly and efficiently to find the right parts and make sure my vehicles were repaired to top shape. They are also USAA approved so my total loss claim was a breeze.Tip: When you go for mechanical services be sure to ask Jerry to have Austin work on your vehicle. All of the mechanics are good but Austin has always been 100% spot on when working on my vehicles.

This is the second time since 1998 that my car insurance co (USAA) has had me use RJ & G. This last time was in July 2015. Travis did an excellent job procuring hard to get parts and keeping me updated as to the status of my repairs. The car looked and functioned spectacularly!!! Thank you RJ & G! If you want to enjoy your time at RJ&G, dont let T at the sales desk know you have any kind of know how whatsoever about cars and he will gladly charge you street price for his 50 year old 250lb penguin to add a mess for you to clean up later.Personally speaking, new, no longer original, bumper clips soaked in oil that were original 10mm bolt top clips when I gave them the car, and now they are much more diverse after I assume the penguin broke the originals trying to get this job done as soon as possible.They also didnt install everything they said they would install, and blamed the part that is the same part on every Honda D engine ever made...

Have had body/fender work done here twice; once via accidental need and once cause I wanted to upgrade the look of my older model vehicle.They were recommend by my normal mechanic, and happened to also be a preferred choice of my slightly picky insurance company.I was good with the first visit, which included some extra work beyond the accident damage. I was extremely happy with the 2nd round of work. Tweaks to improve the first were included, and they fought to get new parts when the original metal from the first repair went bad. Wish I could get the vehicle in my garage, but it looks good on the driveway now too!

I went to this place after receiving a quote from another place. It turns out the part I needed was the same price everywhere, so no big deal. What made my experience here above and beyond was that they fixed my Rav 4 the exact same day. They also loaned me one of their cars so that I could still go to my job and check on my staff (I am a manager in the food business who is on call 24/7). So for all the Rav4 owners out there, they do fix lift gate issues when it goes out, so please give them a call. Also I have never done a review for any business but this place deserves mentioning because of how well they did. Thanks guys.

If you enjoy getting ripped off come here . He charged $500 to fix my car and when I got home it was still leaking fluid. I would give no stars but I had to give it at least one . DONT COME HERE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF .

I had a an AMAZING experience here! I came in with my Saturn leaking fuel and found out my fuel pump was cracked. Instead of just charging me the $505.00 it would have cost me, Jerry Long, the manager I dealt with, called Bob Murray Chevrolet to check on my fuel pumps warranty and to see if there had been any recalls. It ended up that my fuel pump actually was under warranty so Jerry saved me over $300!!! He was also nice enough to ask about the towing fee being covered and a courtesy car because of the huge inconvenience of going almost a week without my car. Unfortunately, Bob Murray said no to both of those but did replace my fuel pump at no cost to me. He kept me up to date on my repairs and just went above and beyond what any other repair place would have done!

Derek is a liar and the worst customer rep i have ever seen.he kept my car in the shop for 21 days for 2 hour work and he returned it without doing the job. i called him almost every other day and he said next day next day next day and then on day 14 he said he cannot get anyone to work on my car and he asked me what to do..what kind of person ask customer what to do about his staff? he then told me he would get it done and on day 21 he said it would cost me 1000 dollars instead of 450 he estimated. he is god damn liar and he should be fired.i will go to any site where your company is listed including county and state business office and trash this guy and your business. you should apologize for dereks discriminating unproffesional behavior and being a liar, fire him and fix my car for free. You will lose customers as long as you keep this guy there. I will use FB and all kinds of media to spread the news about how your company treated me and wanted to steal my money by delaying 2 hour work for 21 days and put me in desperate situation to pay much higher price.shame on derek ..shame on the staff..shame on the person who hires a jerk like derek

Brought my car to get a new mirror and rubber buff off my door. Said they would buff out the rubber (which was not done) and do an alignment (which was not done). The speakers didnt work, the window does not roll down all of the way (it all worked when I brought it there) and the door is catching on the fender. And it took them a week longer then they told me it would.
