These folks definitely earned five stars! First off, they saved me from getting ripped off by another local company that was going to charge me about $2000 more than Air Quality ended up charging me. The Air Quality representative was over at my house within an hour of me calling them to check out the furnace. He showed up in a mask, gave me a more detailed description of the problem than the other place and wasnt going to charge anything for the diagnosis (compared to the $100 the other place wanted to charge me). They were back over within a couple days and replaced our furnace in a few hours. He was extremely polite and offered to clean up after himself. I consider myself very lucky to have been directed to them.

Trustworthy, prompt and professional are just a few of the words that I will use to describe Air Quality. Thats the level of care we received from the moment we reached out to them for a replacement bid, through installation, and beyond. Our 23 yr old ac unit breathe its last . Called 4 hvac Cos. Air Quality had not only best price but could install faster, not having to wait 2 weeks as competitors. This has to be the best HVAC company experience Ive had. In the middle of July and from the time I called in the morning until my AC was repaired and working was about 4 hours, and he didnt have the part on the truck so he went and picked it up in that time as well.Like most others have said, they were friendly, showed me what the problem was and showed me how the part was bad, instructed me on how to clean the unit to improve the airflow.I will gladly use this company again and highly recommend them.

Without a doubt the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Prompt, Professional and always going the extra mile to make sure you are happy. I had an AC unit installed a couple years ago when my lower unit finally died. I found them through the internet, read the reviews and took a chance. Im glad I did! A few weeks ago my unit stopped working on a Sunday. I made the call and by 530 Sunday they were here and a clogged drain was fixed. No up charge for weekend just fast honest service. Today I had them install a complete new heater/AC unit for our upstairs. They arrived on time, took extra time to make sure everything was working correctly, made sure the units were registered and cleaned up. I have never written a review good or bad and perhaps wont again However if you are looking for a company that you can trust I can very highly recommend Air Quaity!

I have never met anyone with such professionalism, and good response. Mr. Barakat is the best(father+son). I had my A/C installed last year and noticed that it was not working today. I called and told them something happened, and they said they would take care of it. When Mr. Barakat came, he saw the ants had gotten into the A/C(not his fault). He laughed, and so did I. However because of his kind heart, he didnt charge me, even though it was not his fault. Rarely do you see such professionalism, kindness, and generosity in this world. They were amazing! Eddy came out when my AC was broken and it was 90° outside cant say enough good about them highly recommend for any issues and would use them again.

My lower level packaged HVAC unit was not working and I had reached out to several HVAC vendors in the area to fix/ replace the same. Unanimously every vendor suggested to replace the HVAC system as it was about 14 years old and out of warranty.My experience with Air Quality A/C & Heating Repair was very warm and pleasant right from my first meeting.Eddie understood my present and future needs carefully and made sure that the unit to be replaced was sized appropriately for my home. He also, provided different options in case I decide to add an additional room to my home at the lower level. Also, he made sure that there were no unnecessary expenditures getting added to my new HVAC installation.He inspected the existing ducts, rain hoods and other fixtures and came up with a quote for new HVAC replacement that beat all other competitor quotes by at least 10% and passed on the savings to customers like me.On the day of installation, Eddie and his team made sure that the HVAC unit was installed properly, registered my unit with the manufacturer and re-iterated their service warranty. Summer Of 2019 I had water leaking under the house from the AC workings. Three AC companies were called. The job was awarded to this company. The technician handled it fast, diagnosed it perfectly and the price was extremely reasonable and well aligned with other companies.We did not feel like we were the bug in a spiders web for a change. Quite refreshing.2020 I just asked a tech to come out and again, totally professional, fast, efficient polite and I am thanking God right now as we speak because it warms my heart that this company is so honest.Honesty is extremely RARE in RALEIGH NC in the AC world. Honesty stands out like a big huge flag because honesty is so very very rare there.I name them HONEST AIR.

The service is amazing every time, not to mention as a single woman, I feel comfortable with them in my home alone. They are honest, fair & provide great customer service. Ive had a reoccurring AC leak for that my home warranty company was supposed to fix but kept finding ways to charge more money yet never completely fixing the problem. I had Air Quality do independent tests & they offered better solutions, quicker response times & a genuine willingness to fix the problem. I cant say enough about Air Quality. From the very first point of contact I had I knew I was dealing with an AMAZING company. They were professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. When Eddy arrived he was punctual and professional. He explained to me the finer points of the issues I was having. He was able to get my system up and running in no time. I thought I was going to have to replace the unit, but he thoroughly checked everything and gave it a tune up and now my both units are working great. I had 7 company’s come out to give me a quote on a new system. multiple Quotes from each. Eddie came out and left me with a quote that was proposing a TRANE system at a lower cost than any of his competitors with lower end brands (selling YORK, Rheem, Lennox)He was very clear with the process. The day of the install him and his crew came. Completely blew me away. 3 hours a whole new gaspack was installed. Crisp clean work. I couldn’t be happier! HONEST GUYS!
