Aire Serv of Wake County is hands down the best HVAC repair company Ive dealt with in the last 21-years. Several companies had come to my residence and worked on my HVAC, only to have the same or similar issue resurface a short time later.The decision to deal specifically with Aire Serv, namely Marsha at the office and technician Hosia Garcia, was the best decision weve made, mainly due to the professionalism, detailed knowledge, and financial savings that were potentially saved. I highly recommend this company!!!

Aire Serve is amazing, wonderful. I had an extremely bad experience with a different service, and contacted Aire Serve as a second contact. They were/are extremely customer-focused, always on time (or call if they have to come late), always responsive, always pleasant to deal with. I have recommended them to two of my neighbors and would recommend them to anybody who asks.

My HVAC went out when temperatures were extremely high. They were able to order the parts I needed and get back out to fix it in a very reasonable time frame. They communicates often to let me know what was going on and my technician was super friendly and professional! A+ service all around!

I had home warranty service performed, and the tech (Greg I believe his name was) did such a great job of explaining things to me, and taking a methodical scientific approach to it. Also, their office had A+ communications with me, including providing an accurate relatively narrow appointment window, reminder, and then a call to notify me when the tech was on his way.

I cant say enough about this company. Theyve been maintaining the systems in our home for the last three years. They always call us to schedule before we call them. They always show up. But the biggest thing is the techs are seasoned professionals who take pride in their work and it shows. Ralph is my fav tech because he knows our systems like the back of his hand but even when he isnt able to come the other techs have done great work. I know our original systems wont last forever but I feel better knowing this company is doing everything they can to extend the life of the systems and keep us cool.

Do not request service if you do not want to wait two weeks. Ive needed their services now twice this summer. (read into that as you want) Each time it has been 10-14 days before they could schedule me. Their website gives indications that getting you service quickly is a priority. It is not.Edit: this company cancelled my service request after responding to this review. They did not notify me personally, I only found out through my home warranty company.

I thought this was going to be a run of the mill HVAC service experience. I made my initial appointment with Ms. Maggie for an anytime between 12 am to 4 pm appointment, then Ms. Brianna followed up about an hour later to reschedule to an 8 am appointment due to a change in technician availability. I thought I was in for the usual HVAC Repair Business runaround.Then to set the tone this morning, I received a friendly text message at 8 am letting me know that my technician would be running a bit late. Im empathetic and understand life happens, so not the end of the world.Once the technician arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Mr. Garcia was highly professional and knowledgeable. His service vehicle appeared well maintained and clean. He immediately found the issue with my AC system, did a quick repair, and ensured that all of my questions were answered. After completing the repair, he made sure that I had a sound understanding of the importance of professional preventative maintenance and explained the different options and benefits of an Aire Serv Advantage Plan to ensure that my HVAC system remains in tip-top shape year-round.In years past, I had heard the pitch for annual service plans multiple times, but Ive always elected to perform yearly maintenance on my HVAC system myself. The main reason is that, unlike Mr. Garcia, the previous service technicians and salespeople lacked the confidence or ability to articulate a sound reasoning for paying someone else to do something I could do myself.Today that changed. Maybe Im just getting old, but Mr. Garcia made a sound argument for trusting Air Serv of Wake County. I could go into more detail, but overall I am impressed with the customer service and professionalism Ive received from Air Serve of Wake County and will trust them to take the reigns on preventative maintenance for the future.Thank you.

Aire Serv team is very sensitive to my needs- in Kitts Creek Community- home owners were aware of issues with Lennox machines- unfortunately this system broke down and there is severe backlog to get coils so Aire Serv team took time to investigate the issue and fix the coils so that AC will function as expected. Their team is very thorough and did not rush to move on to next customer. Weather is very hot and they shared tips with maintenance. I am very thankful to their team for the support and they are a dependable team.

The service I received from Aire Serv was tremendous. They responded promptly to the service requests I made through my home warranty provider. They were always patient and positive in all correspondence. The scheduler was friendly and gave me scheduling options that worked for me. The same goes for Ben and Hosea, HVAC technicians. As a first-time homeowner I had no experience with HVAC systems. They answered questions patiently, spelled things out plainly, and their work was high quality and done right the first time. These folks are great! Weve had persistent but intermittent problems with our heat, which of course didnt manifest when the repair folks were on-site, but these folks at Aire Serv stuck with it until they were able to find the problem, and then got it fixed within a day. I should have written this testimonial much earlier than today, but I wanted to take a moment and express my sincere appreciation for the work and professionalism that I experienced with Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning. More specifically, I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Mr. Oscar Diaz-Ruiz who ultimately serviced both my upstairs and downstairs systems.Some of you may be aware that I was asking around for feedback on a repair quote from another company. Even after my home warranty kicked in, I was still looking at a $1110 repair bill...and that was for just ONE of the two systems.After examining a variety of options that included financing for a new system, outsourcing the job to another company, doing it myself, or just biting the bullet and paying $1100, I ended up calling the home warranty company and asked if there was any way I could transfer the job to Aireserv. By this time, Oscar already repaired my upstairs system, which included finding and fixing a small leak AND refilling my coolant for only $200.When the warranty company agreed to transfer the service order, I was overjoyed. By this time, I felt confident in Oscars work and his no-nonsense transparency in what could be done. After a few hours, he came back and told me that the previously recorded problem (You know, the $1110 repair?) wasnt the problem. To make matters worse, the previously called contractor didnt even open the system to confirm that the issue was, in fact, the issue. Instead, Oscar found 3 small leaks, repaired them, and refilled the coolant for about $400 and some change. That is a $700 difference!This is why I wanted to stop and give kudos where kudos is due. Working with contractors requires trust. Trust in their work and trust in their prices. Had I not met Oscar or Aireserv, I would have paid for unnecessary work.Thank you, Oscar Diaz-Ruiz! I later learned that if you purchase a maintenance agreement with Airserv, you get bumped to the front of the line when called AND you can ask the home warranty company to send all work orders to them directly. This company was contracted through my home warranty company. I was having random tripping of a breaker on my HVAC system. Came and reportedly performed a thorough inspection and found no issues on or about June 8. I have been without AC 6 days now because the unit needs replacing. It finally tripped the breaker for good due to burned wires and a locked compressor.

Just used Aire Serv for the first time for AC repair in Clayton. Ben was very professional and helpful. Was on time for repair appointment and completed the project promptly. Would recommend using Aire Serv to anyone looking for repair/maintenance and would recommend requesting Ben directly.

They repaired the same component twice, without eliminating the cause of the problem or allowing me to do that. Came a total of 3 times for the same problem and i was still without air in the heat! And was an hour late to tell me I had to pay again. Had to get it repaired by another source.

Our compressor stopped running and I called my home warranty company (AHS) and they sent the referral to Aire Serv of Wake County. Ralph came out and was awesome! Very knowledgeable, polite, and fast! He quickly diagnosed the problem was due to a dead capacitor, replaced the item and performed a series of other checks to make sure there wouldnt be any other issues down the road. Wow, what can I say. I have dealt with alot of heating and cooling repair companies and this company by far is the best. They send you a notification the day before the repair along with a picture and bio of your technician that will be providing the service. I was blown away by my technician Hosia Garcia. He was so professional. He was very polite and sympathetic of the customers issues. I felt like he came in not to just do a job, but to ensure we were completely satisfied. He went into so much detail. He explained what the issue was and how it needs to be fixed. Once it was fixed, he went into detail about how to prevent it from happening again. I was so impressed that I purchased the AC tune up package. I dont want to ever deal with another company again. Repeat customer. Scheduling was quick. Tech was super nice. But I think the $341 price I paid even after the 10% discount was a little on the higher side. We had already diagnosed the problem to be the contactor. So it was quick replace. Ill recommend them but warn that they are expensive.

Ralph was ontime, knowledgeable and respectful. Ralph let my mother and me know exactly what was entailed in an AC tune up. He was in and out within the hour. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Had exterior compressor changed at a rental unit. Inside air handler was never inspected, also needed repair, necessitating additional service calls by a company who could handle the job. AireServe wouldnt honor their we fix it right, or its free for even the relatively smallreclamation fees.

Unfortunately, a very important detail was not completed for my job. Aire Serv fixed a problem with my HVAC unit under a home warranty contract. I was not present at the time of service, which was not a problem. But I was expecting a report to explain what was fixed, and it never happened. I left voicemail messages, but never heard back. If this detail is fixed, I might alter my review.

As a home warranty company customer - many HVAC companies make us feel as less important than non-warranty companies. The last HVAC company out here would push our appointments back and back and we finally had them listed as DO NOT USE- now we have Aire Serv and will use them for every issue!From making the appointment, getting a call back offering to come earlier (yes please!) to Ralph showing up ON THE DOT of our appointment time- it has been the best experience weve had (and we have an OLD house with OLD systems).Ralph was able to diagnose the issue and get it working again quickly. Aire Serve walked out on a job saying they couldnt do the work since another vendor had worked on it previously. They knew they were coming behind another vendor - it was made very clear. By the time we knew they had left, we lost a day and the opportunity to have parts ordered leaving us in the cold for an extra night. Aire Serve, you knew when you walked in the door what you were going to and to deny it is a cop out.
