My first time here was perfect! It was a walk in, I was greeted by Hannah, showed her the picture of what I wanted & I got something even more beautiful! (Acrylic fill with gel + design!) then I bit the bullet and did my eyebrows since I’m going on vacation (I only ever thread if I pay to get them done) and Hannah did an amazing wax clean up. I think I found my place! 🥰

I love this nail salon, theyre under new management. They are very welcoming, and kind then make you feel so comfortable and relaxed! They offer you beverages and just were so clean and on time! I’d highly recommend! Everyone there is good!

!! UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT !!Booked an appointment for a pedicure today and I’m so happy with the results! The nail tech, Ken, took care of my pedicure and the overall process was great. Despite it being quite busy, he took his time and paid great attention to detail. Happy that I came back and gave this place another chance because the new owners/management are providing much better service and quality.

From reviews noticed that after new management they have good service and decided to have an appointment. I had gel pedicure & ombre dip powder nails today by Hannah. She took her time and did amazing job. Also the gentleman greeted me, he was frequently checking each customer’s satisfaction. I loved the way they take care of their customers. Will definitely come here often.

EXCELLENT quality and service. I was curious to try Lotus Nail & Spa due to its new management and was not disappointed. The staff took their time and the owner offered a refreshment beverage and informed me of their WIDE array of services. My manicure lasted longer than ever and the price was VERY competitive. I have been to many nail salons in MA, but this one does not compare to the others! The friendly and inviting staff exceeded my expectations while delivering a professional pedicure and manicure. I decided to splurge on the deluxe pedicure and it was more than worth it. I highly recommended you do too! Im glad I found a salon that I can refer to friends and family because of its impeccable service and attention to detail.

I visited Lotus Nail and Spa this past week twice once for dip nails and once for eyelash extensions. They are under new management so I thought Id give them a try. Im so happy I did-this is my new go to spot. They did an amazing job, were friendly, and great value. My lashes look so good and the price was unbelievable. I cant wait to go in for a pedi too. Parking is on street but there is always plenty. You have to try them-you will end up switching from your regular nail salon.

This place is the bomb!! Had a couple rough experiences at Morrissey and needed a new place to go… I am so glad I found Lotus, Called ahead and was able to get an appointment same day, and the experience was everything a girl can ask for. One week later my feet are still the softest they have ever been and my nails are growing and thriving! ❤️ Def will be my go to from now on! 🥰

I’ve been going to this nail salon for about 14yrs, now they are under new managementthe service was awesome they made me feel comfortable and at ease because l had 7 surgerieson my foot and lost my toe as a result plus Covid, l haven’t had my feet done professionally in ayr&1/2. I dont have enough good things to say about this place. A friend of mine has been raving about Lotus nails ever since its been under new management. I decided see what all the hype was about for myself & they did not disappoint! Ive found in the past making appointments at nail salons can be pointless because you still end up waiting... well not here--Joseph welcomed me at the door and sat me down immediately along with offering me a refreshment. My nail technician gave me one of the most amazing pedicures Ive ever had. She took her time, was gentle, extremely friendly/accommodating, & the end result was a 10/10. After 5 years in Boston & trying countless salons... I have hit the JACKPOT. I will absolutely be returning for all my future nail needs, as should you!!

Best pedicure I have gotten in the Boston area. Deluxe pedicure gives you a very long massage and you will leave feeling very relaxed! Definitely coming back!

This shop is under new management! If you had a negative experiance in the past, I definately reccomend giving the new team there a chance! They will not disappoint! Ive gone to Ken and Hannah at their previous shop for 2 yrs and had to follow them when I heard they moved! They are all so welcoming and provide awesome service! I get non-stop compliments on my nails everytime!

I am always greeted warmly and treated like a queen. My nails always look perfect when done. If I ever have a concern it is handled appropriately and smoothly unlike other nail salons I go to where they disagree or argue. The pedicures are relaxing and comes with hot stone massages. The manicures also come with paraffin wax at the end which is also standard with service. Highly recommend!

Excellent place.

I needed my gel mani removed, and my regular place was closed, so I figured I’d drop in here. Knowing that it was a low-cost service ($5), I gave her a 20 and told her to keep the change to make it worth her while.She didn’t let my nails soak long enough in acetone, and proceeded to simply hack the gel off of my nails with a sharp instrument. I didn’t realize until later how badly she completely destroyed my nails. She sliced through my right thumbnail all the way to the nail bed. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but it’s been over a month now, and my nails are still brittle and constantly falling apart. If they don’t want to perform a low-cost service, I would much rather them simply tell me so.

I went for the first time Friday April 13, 2018 . Ana did my gel manicure. Today it’s pealing (Saturday April 14, 2018 )!! What a waste of 25 dollars ! She was rushing since more people started walking in and she didn’t want money walking out, apparently good service doesn’t matter . She didn’t file or cut my nails evenly aswell . There was two girls doing pedicures and she was the only one doing nails at the time . Why was she under staffed on a Friday ? She was nice but these people are way to money hungry . I’m sad I tipped

I’ve been going to nails and Spa for a long time but today might have been the day that I stop going. I walked in at 11:30 wanting to get a full set and left at 12:15 without having my nails done.They made me wait 45 minutes. The service here is a little slow and slightly rude.
