I tried to schedule appt online. Owner said that feature doesnt actually get the appointment in their book so to call next time but got me in right away and got my set on fast!!!

Rose Nails was very nice and very accommodating. The nail technician was very good and very antique at her job.

Tiffany and Rose are amazing! Great attention to detail, they take their time and make everything perfect. Rose did the most amazing ombré dip powder nails this time and I’m in love!

This place is amazing it is worth the 2 hour drive to get my nails done !!! See you guys next time

I’ve recently moved to Quincy and was referred by an acquaintance to have my nails done here. I made my appointment online and could have had same day service but my schedule looked better for the next day. My manicurist was Tiffany, and she and her husband own and operate the nail salon. I found the environment very clean and orderly. Tiffany did an excellent French manicure and decorated the nails of my ring fingers too. We had a good conversation and she made me feel welcome. I’ll be going back soon!

I hate leaving negative reviews, however I feel like people should know or be aware of the poor sanitation this salon had during my visit today. My nail tech finished a pedicure, checked the customer out, never washed or sanitized her hands, then immediately started to preform her service with me. My first mistake was not speaking up to ask her to wash her hands. I also witnessed not only my nail tech but the one next to me just throw the same equipment they used on me in their drawer and use it on another customer before sanitizing. Gross before COVID and during especially. The guy next to me never even changed the towel that 2 customers had used during my appointment. My nails and my friends nails were very poorly done on top of this. I won’t be back.

The young lady that did my gel dip manicure was so pleasant and did a great job. I highly recommend her.

I went on Sept 10 2020 which was my birthday. The Salon was nice and clean and they had excellent service. I got a pedicure and fill which were great and relaxing. They were able to accommodate me due to my size and mobility. They have larger size pedicure chairs that are adjustable and they have massage settings on the chairs.They also adhered to the Covid 19 regulations for Illinois. I will return for services. I also liked how they have a detailed description of services they provide and prices.

Drove a friend here and as soon as she started talking to the owner i could tell i didnt like the place. You can barely understand 2 words any of them say .. They cant tell you if they have a specific color or not. Nothing on the color wall is in good shape unless its a new bottle. Ive been in atleast 50 nail salons since i could walk with my mom and gma in 4 states and this place is just bogus to me.

I cant say Ill never do again because this city has few options, but I was completely underwhelmed. First, telling customers come back later, were too busy is highly unprofessional. However since I havent had my nails done since moving here, I did. The lady said 1 hour, and I specifically asked if she would write me down as an appt and start immediately when I got back. She said yes, but when I returned, a few of the techs had started on new walk ins. The girl quickly read the look on my face and went to prepare the pedi spa. I got a decent (Happy Feet) pedicure. Ive paid less for better, but I wouldnt knock it altogether. So when my pedi was done, I was directed to a Mani table and I just waited. I waited far longer than I wanted to having already had to come back and not being particularly thrilled about the service so far. Luckily, I had cash on me so I just set the cash down and tipped my pedicurist and walked out. I wish I knew whether or not they do nails well... Not a great experience overall.

Great experience, very professional and my nails look gorgeous. I will definitely be back. The gentleman who did my nails was polite and very detail oriented. I appreciated his care to make sure everything was perfect.

When you enter, the smell is really strong. There’s no ventilation and I’m getting a headache just sitting here. Speaking of just sitting here, I made an appointment for 5pm and have been sitting for 20 minutes with no end in sight. I also just heard a technician take a phone call for a pedicure and told them to come in 20 minutes with 2 of us currently sitting here waiting for pedicures. I suppose customer time and promptness is not of importance to Rose nails. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, so I’d try to reconsider the treatment of customers...

My friend and I came in as walk ins. We got in pretty fast. Their little girl was there and helped entertain my 1 year old, which I appreciate. Most nail salons are rude when you bring in your baby. But that’s not the case for this salon. I appreciated that the nail tech was so kind and understanding when I needed to stop and help my baby. He made sure I could have her in a chair by me. I had such a great experience! They did a wonderful job on my nails. Beautiful shape, good paint job, every friendly service!!

This has been my regular nail place for years. Its clean, efficient, they usually have a lot of people working, and theyre super friendly. They do a great job, too. I also love that theyre . They can get busy sometimes, but you dont usually have to wait more than 10 minutes no matter how busy they are. Highly recommend💘

I do need to let you know that this salon is appointment only. This allows them to schedule an appropriate amount of time for the services you are requesting. Dont get mad and post a nasty Google review if you walk in and they ask you to wait or come back at a different time. Be an adult and be respectful of your and their time. I actually have a standing appointment every two weeks - so I put it in my calendar and plan my day accordingly.

My nails weren’t straight, and lasted a week. The polish chipped after two days. Polish was uneven.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done, specifically for the pedicures. The hot stones and the hot towel are amazing, and the pedicures include so much for the base price!! The gel manicures always last me several weeks- I had a french gel for about 3-4 weeks that only got one small chip! They are sometimes short staffed, so I definitely recommend calling ahead to make an appointment! Everyone is very friendly and kind, and everything is reasonably priced. I love going here when Im stressed or need some form of self care and just relaxing for a little bit!🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌹🌹🌹🌹

I have been coming to this amazing salon for year and love it!!! After my first time there, they remembered my name - and my daughters name who only sees them when she visits from NYC. They truly are a wonderful family who work incredibly hard to please everyone. I will never go anywhere else!!!

I have been searching for a nail place that can do good Pinterest status nail designs. They were fully booked when I called that morning, however they called me when someone cancelled and squeezed me in. They took their time on me even tho I was 10 minutes late, and the design came out exactly like the photo I showed them! I love it! I will be going here from now on.

I have been getting my nails done by for about 4 months now and am very pleased with her work. She is professional and very detail orientated. I try not to go in on the weekends as I expect them to be very busy, so I chose to call ahead and schedule an appointment. Even then sometimes they get busy and I have to wait a bit (10 minutes max). They usually go out of their way to make sure they are on time, but ya know, things happen. They try and make their customers happy and from my perspective they have accomplished that Rose Nails was recommended to me, and I would recommend it to others as well.****

I have been coming consistently for about 5 months, and I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure. I do not go to a consistent person, but everyone has done an amazing job. Top notch nail services. The decor is immaculate; marble, gold figurines with an indoor waterfall and bar (as in libations). Their basic pedicure was the best Ive had in terms of the price, value (the massages are great, and substantial) and overall service. I will be back - I dont know if any other nail salon will come close to this one!!!

I have to say this was not my first expericence at Rose Nails and it wont be my last. All of the staff are friendly, professional always making sure your time there will be relaxing. The technicians are great! My nails typically last at least three weeks if not longer. GIve them a try, I dont think youll be dissapointed.

A lot of upcharges. Charged extra to take off the gel top coat, charged extra to shape the nails, changed extra to file them down in length, started with a fill and basically paid the price of a full set. On top of my finger bleeding from being cut by the drill. They close early sometimes even though the hours say until 8. They were nice though.

If you go ask for Tiffany. she does an amazing job
