Poor customer service. Dirty chairs. Old nail polish that bubbles and chips, gel on fingers is chipping after one day. Had service done right before baby, they will not fix if I don’t come back in their time frame or provide refund. Then they said I must have messed them up. How would one create bubbles and clumps like this? Unable to go back right after csection so they told me I am out of luck! Worst nail place I have ever been to and will not be going back!

Horrible communication on the phone and in person. Took over an hour for a horrible pedicure and my 4 year old niece can paint my nails better than what I got. They just “pop” you acrylic nails off. I did not have this done! Which is horrible for your nails. Will never go there again!! No recommendations ever for this business other than I recommend you never go!!

If zero stars were an option I’d put that down as my review. My girlfriend used to go here until she went in for French tip nails, a design even I could do for her the man doing her nails did one finger and asked her if she liked it she said yes (this was the only time he asked her if she liked them) and he proceeded to do the rest. Near the end of her appointment six people walked in. My girlfriend being as nice as she is looked at her nails didn’t like them but left hoping to get them fixed later on today when they were less busy. She gave them a call and told them she was unsatisfied and asked if she could come in to get them fixed the same day when they were less busy and they very begrudgingly told her to come in at 4:00 P.M. She was on time for her appointment. Even though she had an appointment they proceeded to service two people before her. Once they finally saw her they refused to fix her nails even though she was a paying customer and continually told that since she didn’t say anything earlier they wouldn’t fix them and then they kicked her out. Yes they told her a paying customer to leave because she was unsatisfied with her nails. This place only cares about money so if you’re ok with that go for it.

We had such poor service. Each of us (three sisters) were treated poorly and told to go to another salon for what we had requested even though we explained what we were wanting (a fill) on the phone when calling to make an appointment. The employees were rude, hateful and aggressive while doing our pedicures and attempted manicures. Two of the three of us left before getting what we had requested done. The other one left with unfinished nails due to the aggressive, unprofessional, hateful behavior of the employee. Would absolutely not recommend this salon. The only reason they got one star is because it was not an option to give them zero. Sad practice of business.

Best place to havw naiks done

Bomb pedicure is worth every penny! Just when I thought they were done, they’d bring something else out like hot stones, candle wax, hot towels, hot mask for your feet and not to mention the amazing 25 minute massage after a scrub. Amazing every time, thank you!

The salon has a really nice view with good lightning and smells good. Staffs are really nice and happy to talk with you every time. Walk-in is available and I got really nice nail yellow blink blink

I has been 4 times. First time a nice gentleman that is usually in front. He was very accommodating..did a great job on my pedicure. Last 3 times i always asks for Thea (owner’s mom ) as i has become very comfortable with her. Thea has always been consistent with the pedicures. Always smiling..offering drinks etc..she likes to make good conversation. Always enjoy it each time! Very relaxing and toes and feet feel amazing!

I have been coming here for years and I never messed up my nails after i left the salon. They told me i was dry but i still needed to be careful. I’ve done what i was told & my nails never got smudged. They’re quick and multitasks well. Loved my nails, toes, brows & lashes. Will recommend this place to my family and all my friends.

The people are so awesome. Always friendly and welcoming when I get to visit. They give wonderful advice for different styles. This style is called cat eye. My favorite part of my trip is definitely the hand massage at the end. Totally wraps up my all about me hour quite nicely.

I took my girlfriend here and she absolutely loved what Kitty did with her nails. I, myself, got a pedicure as I waited and enjoyed it whole-heartedly! I give it a five outta five and look forward to the next time my girl wants to get her nails done.

I went for a pedicure and chose the deluxe set. They ask you if you want a drink, including wine. No place Ive been has ever done that. They did a great job and even do designs for an extra price. There was an issue with the polish coming off after I left but when I called, they were amazing about it. Id go back again!

The BEST place in town! Luxurious atmosphere! The pedicures are AMAZING! The pedicure thrones will have you feeling like royalty! Great customer services! Very clean and doesnt smell of nail chemicals like most shops. Not to mention, I was offered a complimentary glass of wine or sparkling grape juice! I love my nails, my brows and my feet feel AMAZING! I cant wait for my next visit. Matter of fact, Im taking my mom here tomorrow! Im so HAPPY that Ive found the best nail tech and salon in Quincy!

Im Always greeted promptly. And seen to quickly ever as a walk in. There are soooooo many colors to choose from.

Ive been going to Kitty & Sean for years and Im always pretty impressed by the quality of work. A bit on the pricey side, but I wont go to another salon because of the great customer service and attention to quality. If I have any problem with my manicure, they fix it right away, typically for free! Would definitely recommend to others.

Love the workers, customer service, products, and quality! I have been going here since they opened and I have had amazing service. The owner personally makes sure my friends and I are comfortable and happy every time and on the rare occasion that something is wrong, they have always happily made it right.

I dropped in with my daughters, no appointment, and we received quick, high quality service on a busy day. They treated my daughters like a princesses ! And their gel nails look beautiful. Definitely will go again.

I am very impressed with the service I received today. Kitty and her crew did awesome. I travelled 45 minutes bc of the reviews and it was worth it. I have now found a permanent nail salon.

Some of the nail technicians dont seem to be well trained. Owner had to fix what the tech had done in my nails. On the upside, the owner was very professional and friendly.

My mother and i came in about a week and a half ago, i needed a fill on my acrylic nails, and my mom wanted and manicure and a pedicure to treat herself. when we arrived we were offered wine which was very nice of them, but clearly tasted like old box wine. i asked for a regular polish acrylic fill and i asked if they could do marble on my ring finger, the lady said she could only do that with gel, which either she was lying or didn’t know how to do designs very well because i’ve done marble on my own nails many many times with polish, i think she was just trying to upsell me. which is fine, and i agreed. i also wanted a dark chrome color on my pointer finger, and she put on hollow glitter instead. which still looks cute, but not what i wanted. when it came to shape my nails, she was very lazy and i even overheard her training another girl saying “don’t do as much work for the fill”. what!!! the base fill price was 45, i think i deserve my nails to be shaped?? anyway, when it came to pay they told me it was 55 for my nails. on the menu it clearly said 5$ extra to put designs on you nails, but she charged me another 5$ for the glitter hollow on my pointer finger. which... was... just.... glitter. 5$ for something i didn’t even want, but ok. these pictures are taken a week and a half after getting my nails done. you can clearly see my two pointer fingers are completely different lengths, one being almost double the length!! i realize that may be the fault of the salon i got the set on originally, but she could have filed it down. i mean it is very obvious. also, the glitter is streaky and not cute, remember i paid $5 extra dollars. the marble she did looks alright, but all she did was draw 4 or 5 lines and blurred it out with a top coat. also 5$ extra. if any of my dark grey nails are in the light, they are clearly streaky. also, i asked for matte, and they are not matte at all. my moms pedicure was cut pretty short, even though the price promised a 15 min massage. they didn’t buff her toes nails, even when she asked. didn’t even file or clip them down. pretty ridiculous.they were very nice to us. i’m not saying they were rude in any way, just not a good quality service, overpriced. the streakyness was hard to get in the pic, but in person it is very bad.
