Terrible place that’s overcharged. Got an acrylic full set. I was charged $35. For ACRYLIC! No design or anything. And a pedicure for $25. I could’ve did a better job on my nails. I’ve never paid this much ever. Won’t be coming back.

Absolutely love it here. Laura is the BEST. She is so neat and particular about her work. Sometimes when you go in prices will change even though you will get the same thing this week as two weeks ago, but Laura does not do that! I pay for what I get. No over charging. She is the sweetest!!!! Keep up the good work Laura.

Went here today for the first time! Cindy did my pedicure and she did a great job! Shes so sweet, respectful, and gently. So far this is a good place to go get a pedicure done! Love it!

Poor customer service, need training and language barrier. Unprofessional. Asked me to pay in the middle of my service/treatment. Asking if I am going to tip them.Great location, clean decent environment. They did a good job with nails.

Since the first day I started coming here, when I thought it was still mini luxe, haha. It was then Brow & Wax spa I was greeted by Teresa. From day 1 she has always been so warm & welcoming! I then met Jenny, who was nothing short of amazing & welcoming like Teresa. Like this is the type of business that I will be continuing to support in my neighborhood. I love this place! Great people, nice atmosphere and always good service. Everyone there does an excellent job, but my fave are Phillip and Jenny. They are amazing. Clean, attentive, and always put the customer first... This shop is my go to... Even when I moved to Watertown. Their Deluxe pa pedicure is heaven and my nails are always done exactly how I like. Call ahead to get an appointment or drop in. Sit back relax and enjoy!

The time management is HORRIBLE!!! I called to make an appointment, even left work early to be there on time, and I waited 30 minutes before walking out !!! She took 3 people before me and when I saw her taking another I left. Im really pissed because Im an excellent tiper ($15+ when I go ) and she couldnt even keep an appointment that I was on time for. She even sent a text to confirm. I wont be back

Worst place ever! Save your money, please they cant do anything right. My wax was uneven and when I told the woman I wasnt satisfied she insisted it looked fine instead of fixing it like I wanted. Then I asked for a refund she acted like she couldnt understand me.

Lovely place but I think they need to slow down. I referred a few people and they said the pedicure was rushed. I agree as well. If you want a really good pedi I suggest you go else where.The employees are nice.

This place is the worst! I came in for a pedicure and left upset. There were towel fibers in the polish on my toes, they butchered my cuticles and my toe nails are jagged, crooked and cut too short. When I asked for a refund first of all one woman acted like she couldn’t see anything wrong. They said they can do it over but why would I want you to ruin it a second time??? Not at all happy! And the staff is not helpful! I wish I could post a pic of this atrocity.

Customer service was ok. Online it says this place closes at 9pm on Mondays. I get there at 730ish. If I wouldve know that they were in a rush to close at 8 I wouldve went elsewhere. My nails were rushed. And I asked for two little gems and they did it so sloppy. Glue dripped everywhere and the guy didnt even clean the sticky gel off my nails. Another woman had to glue them on. They rushed me out of the chair. Usually when you get gel nails and you complete the drying part they clean your nail with alcohol to finish. And then lotion your hands. None of that happened I had to ask them to finish the gel process and a woman who wasnt even doing my nails man handled my hand angrily. Worst!!!

Worst place to get gel nails done. We made an appointment and they didn’t take their time at all. It’s been a day and my gel nails have already chipped on the ends because I was rushed out of there.

Please do not go here I took my aunt n mom here to get hand and feet done and I got my feet and nails done as well they charged me 30 for my feet and 35 fort nails basic color so all together it was 65 when she told me over the phone it was 50 then when I left later that night all four nails broke off and I should of known they was bad when they kept asking me and my aunt u see good job good job I called to tell them and they like I’m harassing them and I couldn’t talk to manager mind u they don’t have the prices in the store u have to look online for the cost be swear

Hours of operation posted Sunday open at 10:00am. We arrived early and it is 10:17am Sunday and the doors are locked and no one answering the phone. Also, another customer arrived at 10:00am waited 15 minutes and left.

I got a very bad infection from getting my nails done here, the man who did my nail didnt do them right the acrylic wasnt shaped right doctor said that what cause infection. do not go here

Waited to 20 minutes today and No One asked me if they can help me.. never going back

Um.....Theresa is no longer here.....I dont know who owns this now...but I was not happy with the service here
