Katie did my nails over a week ago and they still look GREAT! I got my set reshaped and filled with a design. She did a beautiful job and made them look exactly how I wanted. She was gentle while filing down my old set. I will definitely be going back to make an appointment with her.

3 of my nails were different lengths on each hand, they also pressed the nail drill into my 4 of my fingers until they bled. this was a week ago and my fingers are still scabbing over my manicure. very very painful, my mom had to wash my hair for me in the sink for 3 days bc i couldn’t use my fingers without a lot of pain.

They were super super busy, and we didnt have to wait at all. They were able to get all 3 of us in and get in and get done quickly.

It was nice and clean nails are super nice. Got no chip nails and they are masing French tip super nice it was super nice and clean friendly staff they came out so pretty love this place where really recommended bit expensive but good I really recommended it!!💛💛💅

The nail techs were all so polite. They were super busy, but got me into a chair to wait for my turn..best massage chair by the way..Tam gave me the best gel pedicure I’ve probably ever had. She was not in a rush at all, very detailed and had a great personality! Thank you!!

They did an awesome job on my dip manicure, polish pedicure, and waxing my eyebrows! The services were quick and efficient, but not rushed. Although I can be a picky customer I had a 10/10 great experience.

I had homecoming today so this was the place that I scheduled to get a new nail. The lady who did was very rough with my nails, I even pulled my hand away because hit it with her tool hard. The lady kept looking away the whole time but focusing on the nails that she was doing. All my nails are all different lengths, this was a horrible experience. Don’t recommend!!

The manager is sweet and was nice enough to squeeze in a party of 5 however the nail techs don’t exactly seem to understand what the customers want. They were told multiple times in simply worded instruction as to what the customer wanted and instead tried doing their own thing and got VERY rough when filing nails because they were politely asked to not do what they want to do because the customers had a specific vision in mind. There was no need for them to get rough when filing just because they got mad for being redirected to what the customers wanted. They also left nails very long even though the customer asked repeatedly to be shorter and this customer did not ask for fake tips so there was NO need for fake tips to be used. That was incredibly unprofessional. Definitely will not be returning.

Honestly the worst manicure and service I have ever gotten at a nail salon. I got a fill on my acrylic nails with their dip stuff and left the salon with several BLEEDING nails which has never happened to me before.The woman who was doing my nails actually left in the middle of doing my nails to do someone else’s which was kind of frustrating considering that I had an appointment and the other lady just walked in. Overall, the manicure was very messy and painful- two things that definitely shouldn’t be a part of a manicure. I definitely won’t be back.

They where amazing. I went in to get a gift certificate they stoped and help me right away. I had no wate or problem at all.

They do a wonderful amazing they did my homecoming nails and they turned out so pretty. Me and my mom go every two weeks to get them done and they do a wonderful job.

I love this place! I live in Hannibal and gladly take the trip to the mall to get my nails done! Totally worth it! Has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere! I wont go anywhere else!!

Got a full set with tips last saturday and I walked out of the salon completely dissatisfied. My nails are an uneven shape, don’t cover my whole nail, have see through spots and dents from the tech not waiting for them to dry before he put cuticle oil on. i’m never going back again and I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

The man that did my nails was horrible! I got a mani and pedi and never again! He didnt get the dead skin off my heels. When doin the scrub and hot stones he only did my legs and not feet! Im far from high maintenance but am celebrating a bday this weekend and Im disappointed. He kept digging his long nails in my toes and hands. When he did my nails they ended up bein crooked and the paint is chipped... It was a $90 waste. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody!

Nails are bumpy and uneven. The person who did my nails kept touching my nails when they were wet then “fixed it” by piling on more and more clear polish. My nails are chunky and too wide. I will be fixing them at a different salon.I also got my toenails done, and they are awful as well. The person did not even paint each toenail entirely. They left the sides of the toenails completely bare. I could have done a better job at home and was charged almost 30 dollars for it. I will be taking off the nail polish and redoing them at home.I do not recommend

This is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. They take time to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your time. I always go with my sister in laws and weve had maybe one bad experience where they cut the nail a little too short. Ever since then no issues!!! The polish lasts forever and honestly I think the prices are very reasonable for the service youre getting. Highly recommended!!!!

I went and got a pedicure today, I was very disappointed. Not only was the skin filed off my toes, and a messy paint job, but I was cut twice throughout the whole process. My nail tech didn’t talk to me, but would hit my foot every time he was done with it which was really weird. Overall I would my experience was awful and I will NEVER be returning.

Had a manicure and polish pealed in less than 24 hours. Didnt do dishes or have my hands in water except for a shower.

I wish I could give no stars. Horrible service and product. My nails started coming off in less than a week. $50.00 and they dont last 1/2 as long as they should. I called to see what they would do and they said come in within in a day and they would fix them. I live over an hour away and they wouldnt work with me at all. I cant just run over there for their mistake. DONT GO HERE! I had a friend get the same tech and have the same problem. What a waste of money and time! AGAIN, DONT GO HERE!!!

They ripped a huge chunk out of my wifes foot. No apologies, no discount, just blood.

Wife has been going here for over 20 years and always look awesome and everywhere we go other girls compliment her nails.For all the 1 star reviews saying nails are great but didnt like the service then give a 2-4 star.If you ever have any problems at this place ask for Lynn or Tommy immediately and they will take care of it, if needed even give you a different girl. They dont tolerate bad service. For example the bad review about a girl slapping hands to relax was fired after complaints to Tommy and Lynn.

Was horrible. The nails end up nothing like the pictures. She kept pushing me to spend more on gel instead of normal polish, saying it would look good, then ended up horrible. Very disappointed.

My wife came in to get her nails done before a wedding. She rarely gets her nails done and we were from out of town. We didnt know where to go when we first came in since no one was at the desk. Finally, after awkward moments passed we were sent to a lady who criticized my wifes choice of nail color by stating they were old lady colors. The colors wouldnt open easily and again the lady said, you see, no one uses these colors. Theyre old lady colors.She then proceeded to say, you must not get a manicure often. Your cuticles are all overgrown. (Isnt that what she was paying for right then?!) After she began working she told my wife that the color wouldnt last until Saturday (We came in Thursday afternoon). She began to wonder why she was there if the color would only stay for a day.Fast forward a week and her nails are still perfect, no chips. The place did a great job on her nails, but the service at this place was atrocious. Definitely will not go back.

My nails look really good, but some parts are splotchy. Also they made my cuticles bleed. They also charged me $50 for my set of acrylics. Compared to other places thats $10-$15 more. I like the way my nails look, but I dont think they were worth $50.

I pass by Quincy, Illinois couple times a year for my business & to visit familyThis town for me is very small & not a lot of choices. I come here to get my mani & Pedi done. I have to tell you it’s the best thing in this town. Very relaxing & everyone is highly trained. Definitely recommend & will always stop by when I’m in Quincy. They are probably one of the busiest tenant in the whole Mall I’ve looked. Come see for yourself & experience it & you will not be disappointed.

I am a construction traveler. This establishment provides the SNS nails system which I religiously use. I was greeted and received very good service. The other clients were happy and satisfied, While a language barrier existed between the tech and I, he was very interested in my happiness. Prices were right in line as well. Establishment clean and organized. I will go back.

They are always super nice and do a fabulous job. I normally go to Mary but if she isnt available, I trust any of the other techs to do my nails. Been going to them for almost 2 years now. Wont let anyone else do them!!!

Terrible, Ive never been to a salon where they charged you for removing your polish when you were already purchasing a full pedi and gel manicure from them. The tech left polish on my fingers which I asked about and she said it would wear off in a few washings...say what? Not customer oriented, more interested in quick turnover of patrons.

Got a pedicure but the person doing it didnt talk to me at all. Iit felt a little impersonal.

I took my daughter to get her eyebrows done. They took her back first, nd me shortly after...when we were done I noticed her eyes were really red..by the time we got to the car she was in tears. They had ripped off skin above and below the eyebrows..not once mentioning this while we were there...she said they didnt really let her look at them..have always gone there but wont be going back...😠😠

The lady who did mine was very rude to me!! That wasnt even the worse part she was very unsanitary about everything she did.. Sunday afternoon I went to get my nails done to treat myself since its been almost two years between pregnancy and having a 13 month old son. I added the additional $5 up charge for the hand massage which was literally 30 seconds of applying hand lotion to my hands. Anyway, the lady slapped my hands 3 times telling me to relax, she shook her head in annoyance and sighed because my hands werent limp enough for her to paint them, and to just watch the TV. She called her co-worker over to chat and based on the girls uncomfortable demeanor and failure to make eye contact, it seemed she was talking to her about me. The nails were done nicely though. Customer service was the worst Ive ever had anywhere. She didnt think I was going to tip her Im assuming because she knew her attitude was terrible, and ran to the back as soon as she was done. The guy checking me out at the register called her name to give her her tip and she looked at me in disbelief. Im a server and its the holidays, so maybe its just been a rough few weeks. Either way, next time I want to relax or do something special for myself, Ill be staying FAR away from this place.
