So disappointed. I had an appointment and had specifically requested a female technician. When I got there, the male technician ushered me in, and started working on my pedicure. Not even 3 minutes in, he cut my toe and it bled for 30 minutes. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, because he had made my nails bleed before but NEVER AGAIN. And they still charged me the 30 bucks for the pedi. This man has no business working there, run the place if you want, but dont try to pretend like you know how to do mani pedi and then hurt your customers. My toe still hurts!

I went here twice for a gel manicure. In both cases my gel came off in less than 1 week. The first time I went they charged me $12 to change the color when I had been there literally 2 days ago. The second time I didnt even bother to go back. DONT LET THE GUY DO YOUR NAILS. HE DID MINE BOTH TIMES

Love it here! The atmosphere is so calming. The lady that did my toes was so delicate and precise. EDIT: My friend got her nails done by the guy and made her bleed. I’ve seen a couple of other reviews that he did the same to them. DON’T LET THE GUY DO YOUR NAILS.

Always go to Moon Nails for my nails and pedicures. Cindy and her husband Ky are very good. The salon is clean and everything is sanitized. I have referred friends to Moon Nails and they have been very happy. I have tried many salons and Moon Nails is by far the best. All product is top quality. Friendly..and reasonable.

African American woman came into the salon on August 19th for a fill was not greeted until 5 minutes after walking into the salon was greeted asked what do I want no hello no welcome no how can I help you then told to sit down then I asked what the wait time would be after 10 minutes of waiting and someone coming out and not saying anything to me she answered me with a question then came back to me five minutes later told me to sit at a table I did the gentleman that she was working with came to the table didnt greet me didnt smile kept his eyes down sat down held his hand out for me to give him my hand I asked him why didnt he greet me or say hello and he said he didnt speak English terrible experience the whole 17 minutes I was there.

Kai gives best professional pedis. Not rush you out the door after a quick trim and paint job like some places Ive been.

Got a french gel manicure and the nail tech did a fantastic job! She shaped my nail beautifully and did a wonderful job on the French manicure with great attention to detail. I will definitely be stopping by again.

I get the spa pedicure and the do such a great job. Plus they are really clean, used to go to another place until I got a nail fungus a year back, I will never go back to those guys.

I have never shared a negative review but had to say this!Ive gone here 3 other times and they were great however, today was awful and really dangerous.I do the dip nails. Today, the gentleman did my nails. I havent had him before. He was so rough when filing, buffing and removing my cuticles that he made 3 different nails bleed. Never apologized and didnt easy up either, even when I said it hurt.I washed my hands after and made sure their was no blood. After applying the color, he again used the drimmel to sand and the block to buff and made all 3 nails bleed again. I washed my hands and when I got back to the table, there was still blood around the endges of my nails. I assumed he would use a paper towel and maybe some alcohol to clean it but he didnt!!! He just painted right over it, touching my blood with the brushes and putting them in the Polish bottles. I said there is good there. It needs to be cleaned off first but he didnt. He even had anyisepant spray sitting with the other bottles on his table but didnt use that either.As good of a job as they have done in the past, I will never be going back. Gross!

I loved it, every time I go there its just a wonderful experience, the only problem I have is they sometimes dont have a big variety of colors, but other to that its great. The customer service, the quality of the work is outstanding.

Decent experience, i found it odd she painted 3-4 coats of color on each nail. All my nails were chipped the next day. Wouldnt return.

My favorite nail salon in Quincy. I was 1 of their 1st customers when they 1st opened. For 2 years I have been going for manis, pedis, acrylics, eyebrows. I moved to the other end of Quincy & tried another salon last week the night before my birthday for a full set. It was awful. I needed to get it fixed quick & didnt want to go back to the place. I went into Moon & Lee fixed them & made them gorgeous.I absoloutly adore Cindy & Lee & wont bother going anywhere else 😍😍😍

Person who did my nails messed up a lot. Left my fingers with glue and stray acrylic on them as well as making them very very short. The same exact length as my natural nails and trying to charge $5 for anything longer. Acrylic is also a bit flimsy and cheap

Worse mani/pedi ever. Dont let owners husband provide service. Left salon with a bandaged bleeding toe. Cindy the owner rushed a mani after she saw my horror at what her husband had done to my toe. She left me totally alone in the shop with her husband while retrieving something forgotten at home. Not ok. First appointment and the last.
