I lived in a house rented out by the Rupps for about 2 years. They are by far the best landlords I have ever had. If/when things broke they fixed them right away and if they noticed anything in the process they fixed that too. They were very understanding and accommodating, easy to contact, quick to respond, quick to get things done, and very friendly and helpful.
