I moved in this apartment 2 years ago and this was the first apartment I came in after I got married. Leasing office people are professional. Katelyn is a sweetheart. She helped us in a lot of Things with patience.were perfectly Whenever we had a problem in our apartment the maintenance people were prompt to fix the issues and they were on time. This is one of the best apartments I have lived in Quincy.Grocery stores, train station everything is accessible.I will miss this place for sure.

Ive been living at The Point at North Quincy for almost 4 years, and have no complaints. The staff in the leasing office is always professional and polite. The maintenance team is efficient and will address most of the issues in less than 24 hours. Great place to live!

We have moved here recently and have been loving it so far. Katelyn in the leasing office is very helpful, professional and is patient in showing around and answering any questions. We recently had a few issues with our kitchen appliances. Robert was quick to respond, assess and fix everything in no time. We were pleasantly surprised by the swift and professional service provided. The staff definitely makes it feel like home!

I have been living Eaves North Quincy since October 2017. It is a quiet, lovely and beautiful place to live. The staff are very professional and courteous. I would especially like to highlight one of them in particular, Frank Cuvino. He is always polite, honest, professional and helpful. If you are looking for a reliable person to help you fix something, i would highly recommend you call on him.

Moved here for one year. Steve is a very nice and professional. He did his best to fix the kitchen sink. And he also fixed my hot water heater. He is very patient, understanding. He did everything very diligently. We are lucky to have him here at Eaves North Quincy.

I have been living here since 6+ months now. The building is conveniently located near to train and bus station, Hospitals shopping is very comfortable. The staff is really nice and courteous and maintenance is very fast and efficient. Apt is very clean and neat. I will refer to my friends.

Eaves North Quincy is a great place to live! Both the leasing office and the maintenance team are fantastic and very friendly. You are well within walking distance to the T and grocery store/restaurants. My daily commute into Boston was quick and easy. I would recommend eaves North Quincy to anyone looking to move to the area.

It is impossible to not give 5 stars for eaves North Quincy and all the staff that works in the building – no exception, but Katelyn deserves 6 stars! They are friendly and prompt to deliver excellent customer experience to all building tenants. Other 5 star features: location, overall infrastructure and apartments space. I recommend this apartment building without hesitation!

They have a GD photo of a dog on their website, but they dont actually accept the breed pictured, false advertising.The person who picked up the phone was a real dope, she thought it was a lab..Update: called and emailed per comment below, never heard back, so much for taking people seriously.

I lived here for more than 18 months and i must say that nothing beats Eaves North Quincy with the quality of the service, amenities (free printing!) and location. It is conveniently located within few minutes from the T, major grocery stores and I-93. We have had few problems with the bathroom leakage and A/C (not powerful for a living room) but no issues other than that. Leasing staff and maintenance genuinely care about the tenants and would go an extra mile to get things done. They recently have made few renovations and added new security cameras across the community which was much needed.I have lived all around Boston and i must say this is one of the best places i have rented. Although i do wish that water & sewage would be covered within the rent as it does take a toll on your pockets if you are not careful with your usage. However they do provide free decent size off-street parking and hot water which i think is a plus.The only complain i have is that Gym is a bit smaller for the number of apartments and tenants in the community as It keeps getting crowded specially during evenings. Also noticed a while back that people from the building opposite to Eaves sometimes use the Gym, not sure if it is allowed or not but they do have a fob key to enter.Overall it is a excellent place to live and would highly recommend.

Eaves Quincy has been my home for 6 years. I moved here from California and I agree with the previous review that the management is like family here. Katelyn Lansing, Community Consultant is always in her office with a smile on her face and a sincere attitude. She takes care of all needs with ease and goes out of her way to be helpful. The staff here is outstanding. Robert and Sandy are always here doing their work with a smile on their face and kind conversation when I am lucky enough to run into them. It is reassuring to know that the staff here genuinely cares about each tenant. Thank you all for everything you do for us! It is greatly appreciated!

The apartment is great! All the leasing staff is helpful and polite. I specifically would like to call out about the maintenance team which is very efficient and solves all kinds of issues very quickly.

I lived in this place five years ago when it was called archestoneor some thing like that. I have to admit that this place provided me with the best experience any one can have. The apartments are spacious and super clean. The view is fabulous. Most importantly, the staff was helpful and understanding. They refunded me the deposit in a timely manner. I have been living in two states other than MA, and I can say that this place is the best among all.

I just move into the eaves north Quincy. I found the water tube has some problem. and I reported it to the office. They send me the guy to repair it in a short time. His name is Steven. He is so nice and polite. He did a very good job. I like this community .

With the T Station so close and stop n shop 2 blocks away, i find this place pretty amazing. the view from my apartment is great. the community is well maintained and so close to Downtown Boston. the locality is very SAFE!! i would love to continue staying here..

The spring in my lock of my apartment door was broken and I could not get into my room. Frank Cavino came to my apartment on Sunday night, drilled the lock out of the door and installed a new lock. He is really nice and considerate. He finished everything efficiently and fast and cleaned the floor/carpet.

Ive been living here for approximately two years now. Its a quiet and clean place to live. The staff is really nice and courteous. The building is conveniently located near north Quincy T and has a lot of shopping options around likhe stop and shop, Marshalls, Walgreen, McD etc. The apartments are also very bright and clean. Its been an amazing experience. Its right next to North Quincy T station and is walkable even in the harshest of winters.Totally hassle free move-in. Thanks to Katelyn from leasing office. Best part is cleanliness is not compromised. North quincy school with good ratings is next door. Shop N Stop is across the road. Gym, wifi lounge and a very secure apartment. All in all, great place. Huge electricity bill. Hardly any usage as was away most of the time and no appliances and $300 for 19 days. Not justifiable. And now there is another situation. You might take a house with another lease partner, and while you are away they get someone to live in the house and the apartment management didnt care to inform the other counterparty. Neither the lease member did to inform the other member.Well it wasnt too bad until the lease partner and the guest started threatening me the lease member of consequences with folded wrists and arms and that they have been living in the US for 6yrs and that they know I cant ask this outsider to leave the house to have spoken to me so rough and intimidating way under my roof and living in my apt without my knowledge while I was away from the country. And they are not ready to vacate the apt as they say they know rules and can live here as guest without my knowledge

Will never recommend this apartment to anyone with a car. No security cameras available. My new car got all 4 tyres stolen. Bad guys smashed the front passenger window.

My dishwasher broke and that same day Stephen came in and replaced the whole thing. He was very nice and did a wonderful job! Thank you Stephen!

Ive been living here for more than three years and I really have enjoyed every single day in this community. I highly recommend this community as Ive never had any problems whatsoever. Ive moved from overseas and the staff were like my second family here. They are ALL professionals and super friendly. The maintenance guys are really informative and supportive and always teach me something new. Robert from maintenance has been really helpful with the maintenance requests and provides lot of information. Zoran and Ashely from Sales did really good job with my moving in and moving out applications.Thank you all for your nice hospitality, Id always consider AvalonBay apartments wherever I go. The apartments are comfy, and the office staff and maintenance are friendly and extremely responsive. They very fast to respond and learn your face and your name; it is so personal. However, the price point is way too high if you do your research.Unfortunately, there are places with similar price points with amenities like in-unit washers/dryers that eaves NQ cannot offer. I hate docking them for that -- the staff are awesome, they take care of your mail and are so quickly responsive, but the price point is too high compared to other communities. Neponset Landing and West of Chestnut offer these at the same price point, so I cannot recommend paying the price point at ENQ.

As always a very good and efficient service, I had I problem with the kitchen stove and is was fixed very quickly, Steven one of the personal staff take care of the problem, hi did a great work, Thank you so much !

I found more kind staffes work in Eaves N Quincy. especially, Ms. Ashley, she helped me a lot. I came with poor information about Quincy area because I moved from another state. she gave me more information about it and an apartments here. she helped me to move in confortable. I am so happy because she works in leasing office. I asked her help more than five times and she was helpful always.Hmad :)

I ve been living here for 9 months now. Great community. The service staff is very prompt, whenever I had Any Mantainance issue and I put in a complaint. It was looked into, the same day or max the next. Steven, a Mantainance staff is very helpful. I wanted some extra protection at my main door as my child has learned how to open it, and he ordered an extra knob n fixed it.
