I had them install a new furnace all went well except they ran the PVC pipes in front of the hot water heater now it will be hell to change the hot water heater. I called them back for a repair furnace was short cycle. Bad mistake charge me almost 300.00 to look at it then said I need a limit switch. Which they said would be another 20.00 I looked the part up and its 15.00 unplug 2 wires and 2 screws. NO Thank you!

Our air conditioner went out quickly. Jamie called back as soon as he could and got me a quote fast. These guys were fast and professional at all levels. Our old HVAC system was starting to show its age and required work. We decided to replace the entire system and sought multiple quotes. While we learned a great deal about systems and features from multiple dealers but at the end of our research, we chose Trane from Air Specialist/Master Air. Lee Mangold was very helpful with sales and coming out to make sure things were prepared for the install. On installation day, Lee showed up with the team to make sure that everything was in order. We did have Steve and Brandon return a week later to re-route an exhaust pipe for some future construction in our basement. They were attentive and gladly made the adjustment. The crew also made sure to clean up after they had installed and tested the system. A new HVAC system is a huge, long term investment. Many systems are similar, so it’s the service that you’re paying for after the installation. We feel that we have made a great choice with Air Specialists/Master Air.

I was able to talk to Bryan over the phone to help me figure out our furnace needs without having to send out a technician after hours in bad weather. Thanks again and would highly recommend giving them a call!

We had them out for repair summer 2019. Fixed and told us AC was old and probably should be replaced, but heating unit was ok. Not wanting it to go out again in 2020, had them replace AC. Replaced thermostat and put another in aunts room to open vent when temp over 80. Nice job! Explained how thermostat worked.

Jamie was great. He was not pushy, gave several choices. After we decided to go with them, in less than a week we had our system installed. Jamie came out with installers and introduced them to me, then came back out the next day to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions. Installers were very polite and efficient.

Steve came out and fixed my heat the same day it went out. He also helped me to know what to do the next time the heat stop due to an air blockage. Very helpful and courteous. Air Specialist has serviced out home heat/ac units for the past 9 years and have always been very good to work with.

Our old furnace stopped running about 9am. We called every hvac company in Quincy. They all put us off. Except for Air Specialists. Within an hour, Jamie was at our door to determine our home’s heating needs. Bryce was there less than an hour later. We had heat by 4:30. It was a 35 degree night but we were warm thanks to Air Specialists. Air Specialists is s top notch operation but they blew out their schedule to install a new furnace for folks in need.
