A1 service. Prices for repair are very reasonable. Tech came out and repaired my furnace and was very professional and explained in detail the issues. Very good customer service. Owner is a wonderful guy and will take his time to help you. Can’t beat his repair prices!

This company restores faith in customer service! Ive had a contract w them for nearly three years and recently experienced a flood w 7.5 feet of water. It knocked out my heat and introduced concerns of freezing pipes in subzero weather. James came to my house and literally climbed the walls to get to the problem. Joe answered the phone and talked me through still additional flood introduced problems at 3am. Patti was wildly helpful in billing -- the vast majority of which was covered as I have a contract w Reggies. In short, its been a difficult period and Reggies Oil was a beacon of help. Other companies did the bare minimum. Reggies Oil went above and beyond at every turn. They are why you go local. I cant recommend them enough. When times are tough, this company can be counted on.

Ran out of oil overnight on one of the coldest nights of the year. Reggies Oil came out to our address only a couple hours after our morning phone call and filled us up despite their enormous demand. More expensive... But the service is phenomenal

I had a very bad experience with the company . I had requested for them to come over a month ago to fix the furnace. They fixed it but didnt give me any information on why it didnt work or how to prevent from recurring again. Leaving me ignorant. I didnt think anything of it since the apartment is under contract with them for service. 2 days ago the same problem happened again. This time they want to charge me a service charge to come fix it. This was preventable if they had informed me of the problem and how to not let it happen again last time they were here. So be warned if they are going to hire them or contract them to service you.

Reggies delivered 169.0 gallons of #2 fuel oil at $3.090 a gallon to my homeon 4/19/19. Ive been their customer for a few years. Im surprised at this price hike! Whats up with that?

Reggiss Oil Co, the owner, and service reps are all decent, respectful, competent service providers. I find the negative comments hard to believe.
