This service was recommended by Neighbor.com, but unfortunately not a great service. I contacted Mcfarland and made an appointment, in which he rescheduled. I communicated how much I appreciate updates, and letting the customer know whats going on. We rescheduled for the next morning, and no show. No call, no text, and no follow up. Unprofessional, and I would not recommend them for the future. If you are looking for professional, follow through, open communication, and great customer service, keep looking.
