Went to get my toes & nails done, the young girl did both very fast (which is fine) but she did a very sloppy job..there’s nailpolish on my fingers, missing color on my nails..not cool — i should’ve went to the other nail salon in this mall, it’s 10000 times better & cleaner.

Ask for Dan if you want long nails or coffin/stilleto here. He rocks. Fun to talk to and his nails are fire.

One particular worker in general ruby his is name I believe . Extremely rude, he added his own tip to my bill. Not friendly at all had an attitude the whole time. Poor quality did my nails to thick my nail was bleeding he still filed over it after I said it hurt an then put alcohol on it after I said not to..he was so miserable.I was a loyal customer there but all because of this guy I will not be returning.

Been here a lot for acrylics and never had a bad experience! Nice people and professional.

I went there with my mom for a pedicure. I then decided to get my nails a full set they didn’t put enough glue on I told them to go shorter they kept going and didn’t listen and then i got coral on my toes and I was going to get teal on my hands but they did the same color and didn’t even ask if I wanted to change the color. I came home and all my nails broke off. Such a waste of $40 will never go there again or recommend anyone.

I went here just to see if the 2.5 rating was accurate and from my experience it was great my nails were so bomb ! i was going in expecting the worst lol even my pedicure was amazing definitely will be going back

Smiley was my nail tech. He was absolutely wonderful, I found him on instagram his work is beautiful. I went in for a full set and a pedicure. Came out with ombré nails. Hes absolutely amazing with this technique, if you are looking to have ombré nails done, come to smiley. Definitely recommend this place

Not even 4 hours after I got my nails done 2 of my nails broke. When I went in and asked for a refund they refused to give me one. I paid $50 and left a $10 tip. Will not be returning. I’ve never broken a nail so effortlessly before let alone 2 within hours. I think if I did press on nails myself they would have held on better. Note to self, don’t go to a nail salon that has under 3 stars. There’s probably a reason.

I have been getting my nails done with Smiley for 5 years! This man is one of the best nail techs in Rhode Island hands down! I get crazy designs, shapes, etc and he gives me those unique, beautiful, fabulous nails that makes everyone ask where do I go! I love this place and I will continue to go here. The shop is clean, comfortable, and has nice flexible hours. Definitely go and ask for Smiley. He is awesome!

Minh is awesome!!!! I get gel manicures and regular pedicures. He takes his time gets out in-grown nails and does a Amazing job. I see him every-time faithfully. Call ahead for him so you dont have to wait :)

Some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I got hung up on. I got disrespected in person and their work is absolutely subpar. Don’t waste your time. I wish the old owners would come back. They were amazing in personality and work.

THE WORST! I came in for a simple polish change on my toes as I was in the mall. I should have known from the looks it was dirty. I gave it a chance and the guy filed my toes so hard I now have a cut on my actual toe that is really painful. How is this place still in business?

I told myself I would never get my nails done here after my last horrible experience they charged me 35 for acrylic which is normal but 20$ extra for length with clear polish, but because I was already at the mall I decided to get my nails done here again out of convenience. It’s usually packed but when I went in, I was able to look at some colors and they told me when I picked a color to take a seat. The man that did my nails had ear pods in, I asked him if they did dip powder, he looked at me and said “no whatever color we have over there is all we have”. He asked me what color I wanted and I just said “white”. While he’s doing my nails I look around and I notice a wall that says “dip powder” so I mentioned to him that I noticed there is dip powder and he completely ignored me while filing my nails. He drilled the sides of my nail so carelessly to the point where I was in so much pain while trying to wash my hands. I asked him how much they charge for gel and he said 15$ more. A majority of other nail salons only charge 5$ more for gel He ripped a piece of my skin that wasn’t even near my nail because he kept aggressively pulling my hand, I relaxed my hand so I’m not even sure as to why he kept pulling it. I wanted it to be over and done with at this point. Before he polished my nails he had me pay first. Which I understand the logic that “my nails are going to be wet so I should pay before he polishes” but I find it weird because I’ve witnessed before and after my nails were done they wait til the customer’s nails are dried and let them pay after. But the first and second time I’ve been here they had me pay beforehand. I will never come here again. I’ve had better service & this place isn’t where you should go unless you’re a regular and they KNOW you. Otherwise if you’re a walk in, they treat you like they don’t care about your satisfaction because they make so much money anyways. My nails look extremely bulky for a coffin shape & it’s thick and doesn’t look elegant at all. I forgot to mention that he skipped a lot of steps & I’m so disappointed because you should never assume that someone doesn’t know what the steps are for an acrylic manicure that you skip them completely just to get it done faster

Love this place me and my husband went here, Their customer service was excellent and very friendly very relaxed Atmosphere. I was Undecided about what color I wanted my nails to be, and the lady was so patient, she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect nail color. My nails came out so amazing I love them! can’t wait to go back in two weeks

Nails Painfully Hanging Off-I’ve been wearing my $50 acrylic nails for just under two weeks, and one of them is literally painfully hanging off! The manicure was poor at best and over prices at that. I expected a standard full-set and received way below the standard. My natural nails have indents in them from how poorly my acrylic was done, and I am disappointed in my experience at this nail salon. I wish I could get a refund because that was a complete and utter waste of my money!

My first time went to there was for my feet nails. Just regular polish. It seems good. But their employee are not good at English. I told them I want the around nails. But she cannot understand. I had to draw a circle to her. The second time I went to do hands gel nails. It was a boy did for me. He kind rush cuz Friday night. But I have to say he was so bad. I will never go to there again. Look at my side of the nail. It was not completed. The color was not homogeneous! Some places have little dot. Don’t waste you money.

Horrible customer service and terrible management. There are far too many nail places around to waste your time and money being mistreated at this place. I have never left a bad review, but was so off-put by this establishment that I just had to make it known.

Ive gotten soooo many compliments on my nails. The person who did my nails is a well known regular at my old job. He gave me a discount & and had the best service. Have your nails done by the man with the tattoos. He does beatiful work! ♡♡♡♡

Went with a few broken nails and they insisted I get a whole new set. Two days after I get this new set one breaks off and my polish is chipping. Paid $60 for what?

I did a pedi & fill at this place. The next day my toe nails were chipping. Also, my one of my finger nails cracked across my nail due to the fact that when one of the men were filing my nails with the machine, he shaved too much. I warned him it was hurting, but he continued. Then he didn’t even put much acrylic powder on it that the next two days I flicked my lights on in my room & my nails came off.

I live in Providence and have yet to find a nail place that I like. This one seemed to have good ratings so I decided to try it out. At first I was very happy with the customer service but then it went downhill. I was told how much my pedicure would be but not how much my nails would be. Then the nail technician proceeds to put the wrong color on my hands and feet after I had told her the other color I wanted. As I am about to pay, I hand her my card but she sees the cash in my wallet and has the audacity to ask if I had enough money and then tells me to pay in cash. I refuse and they put it on the card. Then this woman has the audacity to stand there and stare at me as I count her tip. I regret not just getting up and walking out without paying/tipping. Save your money and go elsewhere because my hands and feet were not worth 96 dollars and the worst customer service I have ever received.

I’ve gone 2x- 1st experience was okay. They pressure you into gel polish and do not take care of cuticles. Which I hate, cuticles should never be forgotten it’s the foundation!! So I️ went the 2x and even worse every single one of my nails needs to be re done because it’s either scary thick, super uneven, cuticles look like death, didn’t paint the whole nail, and a 2sec clear coat left them half shiny half dull. I’m going back to get these changes made and hopefully they don’t give me a hard time because it should have come out right the first time!!

Went in for a fill - - tools are not cleaned before they are used Told that I wash my hands too often (???) and she had to cut off a bunch of the acrylic to re-do it - surprising to me, never had that done before anywhere else. Kept telling me to relax, but thats hard to do when you keep getting burned by the tools! Prices are higher than the norm and you do not get equivalent customer service. I had to go home and clean up the polish that got on my skin and wasnt taken care of - my nails are bumpy and misshapen. Never going back

My nails came out so bad and uneven. This was a complete waste of $35 when I usually pay $25. Never again will I go there to do my nails totally not the results I was expecting for the amount I paid. Then the man who did my nails didn’t put a clear coat over and my hands were under the drier for a good 3 minutes until he came over and put it on. Also after I told them I didn’t want to purchase the $65 full set they continued to pressure me into getting it, then were rude when I continued to say no. My nails came out uneven from each other and very thin it looks like there’s no acrylic on them. So disappointed with this set.

Normally not one to speak up but honestly after today I will never go back. I spent $65 on a regular mani pedi & it was literally the SLOPPIEST work I have ever recieved. The woman shaped my nails without even looking so they were all crooked. When I brought it to her attention she dismissed me completely. Then, she paints them but COMPLETELY misses the sides of my nails. I asked if she could paint the entire nail and not just the center & she pretended like she didnt see the issue. I have never been so dissatisfied with a service like this before. Definitely do not recommend this place at all.

Oh my god, Ive never been somewhere with such great service. After all the reviews I read before, I went in and asked for smiley and with no hesistation, he put down what he was doing to help me, to only realize why hes called smiley. He has you laughing the whole time. From peoples previous comments before saying they dont let you use the bathroom, maybe if you actually spoke to them like people, you would find out theres no bathroom in the salon. So you do actually have to walk to Nordstrom to use the bathroom. Also, I scheduled an appointment to have my acrylics taken off and have my nails painted gel and he took the time to not damage my nails and actually SAVED them. My nails havent looked so good in the longest time and it was only $35. Im going here from now on and no where else. This place is always busy regardless of the comments because theyre a really good nail salon 👌🏽

The women i had did an awful job!! I asked for coffin shape, 1st off she kept looking at my right hand as a reference & 2nd they were all shaped differently. I literally left without even letting her paint them. I got them all removed & done right. Hate when my nails come out crappy. Then she had nerve to get mad at me NOT tipping her, heres a tip- learn how to shape nails. Plus she did them so thin they wouldve broke in a couple of days. I said i like my nails long, told her where to cut them & she still kept filing them until they were way to short. I went there about a yr ago & wasnt happy i dont know why i expected this time to ne any different. Word of advice dont waste your money or time with this place!!!!!

Very unprofessional there are NO RESTROOMS ! FOR THE CUSTOMERS! You have to backtrack to Nordstorm or the mall facility. I mean if your paying above the minimum price for nails and other cosmetic reasons for going here then you should at least have a restroom and really take your customers into consideration. The guy kept telling me to relax like idk what tf he was talking about like dude you have control of my limp hand. If i could take it off and hand it to him I wouldve.I was getting my feet done and the area is a Very Tight Fit. Big girls or men can not sit together .I had to go wait for the chair at the end to get my feet done, crowded and a little hot. Definitely had nowhere to put my belongings . I didnt feel relaxed at all. The money and time spent at this place was absolutely NOT WORTH IT!

I had my nails refilled there where I was charged $60 as I was leaving the mall my nail broke I came back the next day they charge me another $30 this is not including the tip. Now again my nail broke Ive never had this happen she told me if I didnt like it Dont come back
