My mother in law and I visited Justina’s for the first time today and we can’t say enough good things about this place. I received a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails from Lyn and she was AMAZING. She asked me multiple times throughout the service if I was happy with the polish, shape, etc. i showed her a picture of what i wanted and she did exactly that!! I will definitely be coming back to Justina’s for a fill and pedicure again!

Quick. Efficient. Had an appointment within a half hour of trying to book an appointment on a tight schedule kind-of-day. Kind experience. I love neutral nails (dont make fun 🤭)

Nails look pretty, however nothing is cleaned or sanitized here. I got a nail infection ( I have NEVER gotten one before from any salon, not prone to them!!), this is the only place I had gone to for full sets / fills. Upon discovering this once the polish was removed, the salon staff(unsure of names) doing my nails acted like I was gross and blamed me for the infection. The nail was removed and a new one was put on, and they even charged me for it. (This was only my second fill from a full set, there should not have been any issues like this). Update !! I went to go get the set I had last from them off yesterday, and was informed by my new nail tech that they and use illegal MMA( cheap dental filler that is illegal and not safe for use on nails).which she determined once she had removed my polish. My nails were completely trashed. also check out the violation and compliance order issued by the state regarding their use of MMA and unlicensed techs ( just look up mma in Rhode Island and this salon is the first thing to pop up). Unethical salon and rude people

Depending on who services you for a manicure, you can have a fantastic set or a set thats a little off. Ive been coming here for the past two months and my acrylic fill used to cost $35, the last time I went it was $45 and today my fill was $55. I understand that times are tough right now but I wish they would update their prices so I know!

I’ve been looking for a place to be “my nail place” since I moved to Providence a year and a half ago and I’ve finally found it!I don’t recall the name of the gentleman who did my dip mani and reg pedi but he was fantastic. I can’t stop looking at my nails. The shape, length and polish are perfect.Highly recommend!!

They didnt use the foot scraper that peels the skin off the heel, they had something else instead. But 40$ for regular non gel Mani Pedi on the massage chair is awesome 😻 Im going back in a couple weeks

Great care was taken in doing my pedicure. Safety measures are taken adequately. Brand new chairs and foot baths with relaxing massage. An experience!❤️

After getting my acrylics filled here for the first, & only time, when I went back to my regular salon, my nails all have fungus. My nail tech told me it’s most likely from them not properly buffing down the acrylic, or not having sanitized equipment. Now I have to deal with my gross a** finger nails for 2-4 weeks, and I work in the service industry. Not to mention they charged me $80 for my nails. Will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Save your money don’t waste your time. I was racially profiled at this place I entered only two minutes late and informed the hostess advance which she agreed on taking me. When I arrived they refuse service because they wanted someone else who wasn’t even on their way to the appointment. Keep in mind there was only two people there working which wasn’t packed at all, hilarious. And they didn’t called me tell me that they were cancelling me where is the service I don’t know. Ladies y’all need to get it together and stop chatting alone sitting around and focus of addressing people as such being way, way, way more professional. 1 star very disappointing.

This salon was great! I got an acrylic set with gel polish. Everyone was nice and professional and the service was pretty fast. I originally thought they didnt take credit card tips but they do! Also I have added a more recent photo of a fill in they did for me!

My acrylic set came out fantastic; they made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and the attention to detail is amazing. They are the exact shape and thickness that I wanted, and the quality and attention to detail is above and beyond. The staff is very friendly, you feel right at home. They want the experience to be as relaxing as possible as well. 10/10 will most definitely be returning for future appointments!

My nail tech Belinda works here and she is the best. Great attention to detail and works with me to turn my ideas into results I am always happy with. I always get compliments on my nails! Also the other ladies that work here are so sweet and we always have great conversation!😊

Very clean and wonderful service

I went here twice. I always read reviews, the first time was excellent. Second time I developed a nail fungus that I’ve currently had for 2 months! This place IS NOT CLEAN. This has never happened to me anywhere else and I’ve gotten my nails done religiously for years. A fungus called pseudomonas bacteria

I enjoy my experience getting my nails done, the price was affordable and very patience and it was clean and peaceful

Justinas is the best! This visit, I scheduled with a new girl, I think her name was Belinda. Im pretty picky when it comes to my pedicures and she really did a fantastic job. So far, every girl Ive seen there has been stellar. Would highly recommend, with any tech.

Good service and very nice people

Love them! first time I went to get my nails done I loved them and I never switched salons after. Every staff they have does a perfect job with full set acrylics and gel. Rarely get pedicures but when I do, whenever I’ve gotten them done they looked lovely. Great prices too! All around nice business.

My friend and I went to Brenda and she was great! Very nice, fun, and knowledgeable about nail art, fashion, everything. My friend and I have very different styles but she helped us both find a nail design we loved. She did chrome nails on me and pink sparkle with gems in a stiletto shape on my friend. GREAT place, definitely try it!

I did gel manicure and pedicure. The lady was really nice and doing a perfect job. Recommend and I will come back again.

It’s was clean. Everyone was pretty nice but it did take a decent amount of time. It was also pretty expensive.

Such a great place to go to get your nails done 🥰 as soon as you walk in they greet you and say hi and ask you to pick out a color that you want, you then wait your turn which for me wasn’t that long. While I was waiting they had some nice music from 2018 and also some calming music it’s a very relaxing place. When they call you over they ask you what you want and they go ahead and start working on you. They are very nice and Like to talk to their clients i would most definitely recommend. I will be going back in 2 weeks for a refill can’t wait 😊.

They got me in but charged me for gel paint when it was OPI regular nail polish. $30. Was waiting to see if they would be honest.

They are very good. They make sure their customers love whatever they get. Great customer service. I had an issue and they fixed it. They are also pretty clean. Calm atmosphere.

Best spa pedicure Ive had! Spa was nice, but not too fancy which to me is a good thing. Business was steady at midday on a Friday but was able to get a walk-in no problem. Wonderful service, left happy with soft feet and great looking nails! The price was great at $25, plus tip. I think my techs name was Tina? I will be back!

My experience was wonderful. I came from another nail salon that did not do a good job on my nails. I spoke with Tina and she reassured me that my nails will be able to recover from the previous damage and back to normal after a few visits. She treated me so kind and was very gentle. We spoke and had an amazing conversation. Shes an incredible manicurist, mother and woman. We discovered that we overcame many of the same obstacles in life and that were aware both very blessed. Ill definitely be returning soon.

This nail salon is under new management. Ive been getting a Mani/pedi done by Zola for the last two months. I have a recurring two week appointment because the staff is so attentive and provide great service. Definitely worth making an appointment with them. You wont be disappointed.

My first time here and the service was great. The girl who did my pedicure and mani took her time. She really clean my toenails and fingernails. No more hanging skins on my finger nails. I’m going to go back with my daughter.
