I have been going to FWRD fitness for 8 years and still feel challenged every class! Each instructor is so well trained and allows you to push yourself, yet have so much fun, too! Once you walk into this studio you leave the rest of the world behind, music is on, the to-do list waits and you are invited to focus on yourself, set your intentions and become the strongest, best version of yourself. This isn’t just a fitness studio, it’s a community. I also have never felt stronger in my life! There are so many different class times available and different variations which works well for my busy schedule as well as my fitness goals. I have three girls and they love childcare which allows me to workout with peace of mind, knowing they are happy, too. This studio is a must, come try it, I know you will love it, too.

I’ve been a member of this studio since Stephanie opened over 8 years ago. The workouts helped me get stronger and alleviate my chronic back pain, while increasing my flexibility to avoid further injury. I was never a “gym person” but now can’t imagine my fitness routine without these barre classes. The instructors are fantastic and provide a fresh, new workout with each class. Stephanie makes an effort to get to know each client and truly provides a personal touch. I am proud to be a part of this incredible community of women that Stephanie has created!
FWRD is way more than my work out. It’s my preventative maintenance for all things life. Everything FWRD offers is an investment towards my a ability to support my life long vitality. It’s also the only workout studio I’ve found that is in alignment with supporting our body’s energy systems and brain functioning. As an advanced energy medicine practitioner with an advanced degree in education, FWRD is my preferred method of daily energetic, physical, cognitive, mental, and spiritual support.I’m so grateful for Steph and her incredible team of expertly trained staff. Absolutely love this studio! The instructors have amazing energy which keeps you going when the workout gets tough! Every week there are great mantras to follow both in the gym and in your day to day. All the women who attend class are there to support you along the way and I’ve never felt intimidated or judged. I love how supportive everyone is, definitely makes for a safe, fun environment. I love FWRD!
I appreciate being able to make each class my own, as the instructors are aware of individual abilities. They have all taken the time to talk with me and ask me questions prior to entering the studio. I love TDM!!! Ive been going to the classes 3-4 times a week for 3 months now and I feel stronger, more toned, and more energetic. Taking these classes also helps me with my posture. Ive had a desk job for years and my posture isnt the best because of that. I catch myself thinking about it and correcting it not only when Im in class but throughout the day. The instructors are extremely nice and caring. They change up the workouts regularly. Every class is different. The energy at this place is great! I look forward to every class I take.
I absolutely love Dailey Method. The staff is friendly, welcoming and encouraging. The workouts are amazingly fun!!! I always leave feeling happy and accomplished. After only 2 weeks Im feeling stronger and seeing results. Highly recommended
The instructors are encouraging and well trained. I’ve been gong for almost two years and am not bored. Also the focus isn’t just on physical well being but emotional/spiritual as well.
I bought a month of unlimited classes through an auction with The Parent Connection. I went to about 20 classes, and I noticed such a big difference in my physique from the first to my last class. If I wasnt already a member of a club and playing tennis almost every day, Id sign up for this work out plan. it made me feel great!
Dailey Method RB is a wonderful experience. Its a great workout with very experienced trainers and awesome staff. It is not a chore to get to the gym when you have Dailey Method.
Great atmosphere, encouraging instructors and a program that really works. You see results after only a few classes. A must try for anyone looking for muscle tone without high impact.

Want to stop going to the D.C. & M.D. for muscle aches and pains? Go to TDM. As long as I do this barre workout a few times a week, it keeps my body, back, ligaments, joints & shoulders healthy and moving. When I miss a few classes, I feel the backache & shoulder aches returning. Stephanie is a great owner-instructor. Super friendly gym environment w/out that ridiculous competative environment that you have to deal with at so many gyms.
I absolutely love TDM! The instructors are so great - always motivating their clients and helping them achieve their goals. The TDM has been a big part of my life these past two years. I had knee surgery in 2011 and after having no luck with physical therapy, I gave TDM a try and was able to regain the strength I previously had. In addition, I participated in the 30 day challenge prior to my wedding and never felt better on the big day and finally, Im now 7 months pregnant and have been going 3-4 days a week and feel great!I would highly recommend this workout!!
I am one of the senior members of The Dailey Method. By senior I mean I have been working out at the facility since it opened and yes Im a senior in age. I have always loved doing some kind of exercise all of my life, (all kinds of yoga, body pump, pilates & pilates on the reformer, kick boxing, etc,), but the workout I get at The Dailey Method has by far been the best in every way.I highly recommend The Dailey Method for a truly full body work out thats both effective and safe for any age. The facility at Rancho Bernardo is like a second home for me with a very friendly staff and very knowledgeable instructors. One of the many things I like about the instructors is that they are there to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly so that you will get the best results for your body without the chance of injury. So many other facilities only offer an instructure in the front of the class to watch, where The Dailey Method has hands on insturctures that make sure you are doing the exercise correctly.Check it out, you will not be disappointed!
