What a super company. They do what they say and treat you with respect. Having dealt with larger isp who don’t honor there word these folks go beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend to everyone

Recently I hired Bay Country Communications to establish a business account. I worked with the office manager, Dawn, to create the account and activate services. She made sure we were set up on the specified day, quickly and seamlessly. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. My interaction with all staff members has been very customer service oriented, providing pleasant and knowledgeable service. Bay Country Communications was able to install a cable line for my new apartment with no issues. The trenching for the underground line was great and you could barely tell that any digging was completed! Dawn, the office manager, was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we worked together to have the line installed. Also, they were able to accommodate my move in date so I would have internet and cable as soon as I moved in. I would recommend BCC for anyone needing cable and internet on the eastern shore!
They did a miraculous job bringing fiber to our home. Fast, easy to work with, great communication and super professional. Accommodating.In todays world of internet needs including TV, they are a game changer. Waited years for this to be available at our home and we jumped on it. Very Happy. Excellent customer service! Bought a home with fiber internet, the service was transferred and setup in minutes. Couldnt give 5 stars only because TV service is not available in my area, so there is no package discount.

You pay over $100 for the better internet and here lately, its been going out once or twice a week or several times in a day!!! For the price, definitely not worth it. Not impressed. Would switch if we could.
The receptionist, Dawn was very pleasant and helpful!! This company is so popular that I actually did wait about a week and a half. The guys worked very hard to install my Internet. We just had fiber installed and we are very happy with the quality of service. The location of our house made the install more complicated than normal. Bay Country did everything we requested. Hank, Dawn and the team were very helpful!!!

Was installed with the basic package from Bay Country on 10/14 with no issues!! TV channels are crystal clear. Sent an email on 10/15 at 4:56pm to upgrade our service to the expanded package and at 4:59pm, my email had been answered and the upgrade had been made!! Awesome service!! Thank you!!
My Family here on Hoopers Island, made the transition from hughes net to BCCTV for thier internet service, what a difference! Talking with a couple of BCCs personal, they walked us right thru, on time installation, great customer service, and great field personal. Thanks for upgrading our service! My wife and I have a home in Southern Dorchester County and a home in Baltimore City. We have BCC for our WIFI Service in Dorchester and a well know international provider for Baltimore. Through the pandemic we spent a lot of time in Dorchester and our BCC WiFi never let us down while our service in Baltimore is always a worry. The BCC team is small but terrific to work with. It may take them a little longer for a service call, but once you are up and running with BCC WiFi, you will be very pleased.
My name is Christopher Wulle. I spoke to Hank on the phone the first time to set up an appointment to have someone help me with my problem. Hank is the man! Hes kind, likeable, and very knowledgeable. He was able to see the problem I was having on his end, and even tried to solve it with restarting my modem on his end; it didnt work, but I appreciated the effort so much. So thank you Hank! You rock, man.But the man I want to thank the most, from the bottom of my heart, is Aaron. He was over here three times. The first time he replaced all the outdoor equipment (wires, splitter, grounder, etc) he even replaced the modem just in case! The problem remained, so I called again. Aaron was nice enough to come back that very same day and try something else. He helped move the modem and my router into my bedroom to see if that was the issue, and it was not.I called and asked if Aaron could come back next week. I requested that, if it was alright, if he could come in the afternoon. I was told hed be here around 12:30pm to 4:00pm but instead he showed at 8:45am, and this is the only reason I knocked a star off of my review score. But I dont think thats Aarons fault!To be honest I feel a little guilty. This is probably something I shouldve had a long time ago, I feel like all of this couldve been avoided. Aaron came back the third time to install one of their modems with the router built right in. He got it up and running, and I spent the next weekend making sure my problem is gone. And it is! Its fixed now, the entire weekend was spent with no ping spikes, no lag, no frozen webpages or random disconnections.So I want to personally thank you, Aaron, if youre reading this. You were a great help. You were kind, helpful, patient, understanding, and professional. Im sorry you had to come out here three separate times, but you solved the problem. Great job, man. Thank you so much.

Had an issue with my Network Extender (Booster) responding to my internet. Spoke with Dawn on the phone and she resolved the issue for me and the Extender is back up and running. She was patient and professional and Im greatly appreciative. Thank for you for all your help!!!!

Covid-19 hit my family hard and weve struggled to stay above water. When my Internet and cable was cut off I worried about my daughters virtual school. Bay Country worked with me to not only keep the internet on for school but also the cable. Internet right now is a must but having tv is a small thing that meant so much. You wont find customer service like that at a big company.

I have been with Bay Country Communications from its founding -- through its infancy and growth into a mature and professionally run operation. I recently experienced an issue with sporadic video and stuttering audio and it was a challenge to get to the root of the problem. But Dawn, the Office Manager and woman-in-charge of all things BCC, stuck with my many emails describing the problem, and the fabulous tech team made numerous visits to my home, even on their July 4th holiday! Long story shortened, the Bay Country Communications employees perform as thought they have ownership in the business. Bay Country Communications delivered on what they promised . From my initial contact with Brian Roche, to the site meeting with Hank Lauck and the experience with the actual install crew..... Aaron and Andy it was a very positive experience.Our original Internet service was a Verizon DSL line and the new Fiber service has propelled us ingot the Modern age. We are very pleased with everyone from Bay County Communications who helped us with our project!
I called to get 2 lines added. I was scheduled for the next morning. Exceptional service from the office and the gentleman that came here to hook it all up. He took the time to make sure everything was working and was very personable. Very happy.

I have had Bay Country Communications television service for years.I upgraded to their digital service back in March and am sorry that I did not do this sooner. The staff is always pleasant and is very accommodating.

Poor internet, very slow. TV channels are always going on and out. Pay extra for HBO to have blacked out channel.

Fiber optic internet comes to Salem MD! Installation crew was great did and what it took to run the fiber into our house. Got cable and high speed internet! Good bye Hughesnet and Direct TV. No more storm interruptions of service and now we can down load a huge variety of shows and movies.Now we need a bigger TV!

Lost internet and phone for over 6 days in Feb. and was given the explanation that it was because it was cold. Internet service was needed for work and loss of internet was inconvenient and I had to pay for another internet service for those days. Asked Bay Country to take those days off of my bill for their lack of service and they have refused. I am not going to pay for a service that I am not provided with. Also, Bay Country cut many channels on my cable service with no explanation. No courtesy from this company. I am shopping for a different company for my internet, cable, and phone services.
Hank and Hunter provided great service! They were early to the appointment, and took the time to explain what the problem was.
The lady who picks up the phone is horribly rude. Do not recommend calling, she belittles you and any question you ask she tries to make you feel like youre the idiot for not understanding. Theres a lack of communication skills and this job is not for her. She should not be answering phones if all shes going to do is fight. We were going to do business with you but the receptionists attitude made us rethink otherwise.

The secretary/ receptionist is the most rude inconsiderate and snotty person Ive ever dealt with. She acts as tho its her company, and refused to let me speak with her boss. My service is out and has been for several hours and when I called back for an update I caught her in a lie then she tells me I wont receive a credit for lost service. Who does she think she is?
