Awesome yoga studio! The instructor Rob was great and doing his Monday 6:00am yoga sculpt class was the perfect way to start off the week!

This was my first class back! Our instructor Danielle was amazing! She has a natural calming, yet enthusiastic persona. The class flowed seamlessly and at a great pace for someone who doesn’t practice regularly. It was a great way to start the day! I’ll be back for another session with Danielle soon! Clean and safe environment

Poway is a great location. By far my favorite one. I’ve been so mission valley and la Mesa as well. Poway’s instructors are great. The building is great. When you walk in it’s very calming. Large rooms and very clean large bathrooms compared to the other locations. I highly recommend Poway bc of their yoga sculpt class and cleanliness. Love it!

Love Corepower yoga. They are the best chain of yoga studios in San Diego if you want a good workout and flexible schedules. Especially wonderful for military and students. Great assortment of classes for every level. Its yogic chiropractic adjustment for the soul and physical frame.

Mika H. you should be ashamed of yourself! So disappointed in CorePower and it’s philosophy. We got here at 7:43 for a C1 class that started at 7:45 and the doors were locked. How dare you lock the doors earlier than expected when every second counts for people with busy schedules. How inhumane. People need yoga to de stress and you’re just adding to it. Will not be renewing my membership. If you can hire people like this, I don’t want what you’re selling.

Excellent Studio with a full range of CPY classes - always room in the studio so you are not packed in - great teachers - really a community atmosphere. Go in for a free week.

Consistently wonderful sessions - instructors are suberb

Love the poway studio, teachers are wonderful and the womens locker room is always nice and cool temp- I appreciate being able to cool down faster after class and a shower.

The class schedules are great, the instructors are wonderful and it has a family ambiance.
