We first found Performance Athletics when our daughter was a high school athlete. The trainers worked with her to target her specific needs and their training techniques helped her tremendously. She was able to move on to compete at the college level.While recently looking for a gym for myself, I recalled the professionalism of Performance Athletics. All the trainers are qualified and have actual knowledge about health and fitness. The facility is clean and offers a spacious exercise area. Despite signing up for the semi private training, I always feel as if I have one-on-one training.I highly recommend training with Doug and his staff at Performance Athletics!

My son loves training at performance athletics. He learns the proper technique while being challenged by an ever changing workout regimen. His speed and agility have definitely improved since training at performance athletics.
