We have had issues with pigeons for 17 years, so we decided to go for everything recommended. The pricing was very competitive, and we took advantage of the $30 dollar coupon online. Justin and Ken were our installers. Both of them really went the extra mile on a day that was 107 heat in September. We are hoping that the service takes care of our pigeon problem. But either way, we are thoroughly pleased with the work that Justin and Ken put in.

Over the last year weve had a horrible pigeon problem. Ive tried numerous times doing DIY things to stop them from nesting above our awning in the front. Fishing line, spikes, and even throwing rocks at them while yelling ha. We finally bit the bullet and contact Pigeon Pros for a quote to fix the problem. We were quoted a very reasonable price with them being able to come out within a week and remedy the problem. Dylan and Curtis were the installers and did an EXCELLENT job! They were quick, efficient, and it looks way better than if I tried to complete it myself. We cant thank them enough for their work and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help getting rid of some pesky pigeons.

Stay Away From this company. Paid a thousand dollars to get rid of birds from my property. 3 months later my problem is worst. This place keeps telling me they will resolve but don’t know basic communication. 1 time I talked to their representative they claim they will make it right. All they did was sent someone to try and charge me more money. Called again and said they would talk to a supervisor and over a week later no communication. Gonna contact better business beareau.Response: You guys aren’t committed to do anything. You won’t even contact me back. You have a 5 year warranty that does nothing. My house isn’t a rental and this isn’t a multi year problem. Are you going to resolve my situation? I pointed out my issue areas when installed. My issue areas are still issue areas. Review update: After my post we were contacted by Pigeon Pros. We are going to continue the trapping (there are a LOT of birds at this property). So, I increased my rating to 3 stars. More to come...I see that there are a lot of great reviews, however I did not have a good experience with them. I contacted Pigeon Pros to remedy a problem on a rental property that we had just purchased. They came out and did the pigeon wire according to the contract, and I was initially hopeful that the issue would be solved. A week later I called to inform them that the birds had not left at all. They said that I should wait a month and then they would check. So, I did wait a few weeks - but the tenants were moving in soon and I wanted the birds gone. I went on the roof to see that the birds not only did not leave, but there were already more nests built.When I read the fine print on the 5-year warranty, I learned that it only meant that the birds would no longer stand where the wires were places, and if the moved a few inches to the right or left that was not covered. So, I was told that I needed to have traps set at an additional cost of $600. I needed the birds gone, so I agreed to four weeks of trapping. I have specifically ashed for a weekly update since I do not live there, and the tenants are now in the house.Each week that they went to trap or reset traps I never received an update. I call each week to ask how it is going and receive NO call back. I email to ask how the trapping is going and I get NO response. So, as of today I have no idea if the $600 for the four weeks of trapping solved the problem or not since they will NOT respond to me.I still want the birds gone (if they are not now), so I will start over with a different company. TERRIBLE customer service. I spent $1,700 in total and dont even know what the end result was.Go elsewhere.

Great customer service and great company to work with.Have had them out a few times as the pigeons find a new place to perch and poop. Errr!!Ken and Matt were awesome! Cleaned up and made sure the gates were closed so my dogs didnt escape.Great company! Highly recommend!

Justin and his helper were awesome! They were thorough and neat. When the birds managed to break in one section, they came right back out and added additional screens. Bird activity in the treated area is down to nothing! No sticks or poop in the driveway any more! Pigeon Pros rocks!

We had Pigeon Pros come out about 5+ years ago and remove the nesting pigeons on our roof, clean up after them, cover our roof in spikes and netting to keep the babies from coming back. They did a wonderful job and we were pigeon free, until we had to have our roof replaced last summer due to age. It didnt seem to take too long for the pigeons to find our shady roof spots and set up shop again. I see them in our yard and watch them fly up on our roof. There is no one else to call to get the job done but Pigeon Pros. Their staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend them if you have a pigeon problem.

Justin & Lehawk came out to our home on time. They cleaned up all the pigeon mess!!! What a surprise because I was not expecting that and what a mess it was. They did a great job with the install and car are so happy. Colton initially came out to give an estimate and was very knowledgeable. Their initial pricing was competitive and the pricing for a follow up (my fault - had the house painted that knocked a couple screens loose) was even more so. Matt & Ken came out to do the work and were very prompt, friendly and professional. It was a good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again.

Ken and Matt were just here to tighten up some wires and see that everything was in tip top shape. They were respectful and kind. Also, nimble footed as not one tile was broken.

A year after the we go solar, they started to come the The pigeons came in one by one. Till they were everywhere. We call pigeon Pro. Ken and Justin who showed up to complete the install where Awesome! They left everything clean and picked up all leftover material.If you have a pigeon problem uses these people.

We contacted Pigeon Pros after we noticed a group of pigeons hanging out on the windowsills above our bedroom windows. Wed hear them clawing around at night, wake up to their coos at the crack of dawn, and kept finding eggs and baby birds that had fallen from the ledges onto our back patio. Pigeon Pros came to check it out, explained why the birds were there and how they could help, and gave us a free estimate. I took them up on the offer and they scheduled another appointment the following week. Matt and Justin came out to install some narrow ledge spikes on top of the windows. The work was done quickly and with high quality. I was worried it would look obvious or unsightly, but its actually hardly noticeable! They sent me close-up pictures of the installation when they were finished, and everything looks great. We were told to give them a call if any pigeons return, because there is a 5 year warranty on their service, but so far we have not had any problems! I would absolutely recommend their services!

Unfortunately we learned the warranty that is touted is only for pigeons and no other birds. We had them install a wire barrier for a problem area. Less than a year later the birds made a nest there.We waited over a week for someone from Pigeon Pros to come out and check out the problem. When he arrived he said “Our name is Pigeon Pros and our warranty is only for pigeons.” Regardless, we needed help and he said he would send over a quote. Over two weeks later we still haven’t received our written quote so we went with a competitor to fix our problem and they have a warranty for ALL birds.

Our home was plagued with 5-6 family nesting sites, upwards of 30 birds returning to roost, and all the filth and destruction they generated. The site work began with Colton providing a detailed full roof evaluation and estimate; our schedule was accommodated quickly by the thoughtful office staff. Had a bad pigeon problem under our solar panels. Pigeon pros fixed the issue with the solar panels but the birds came back. Had a few issues with miscommunication on what is and what is not covered under the warranty. I just met with the Owner, Darren, who has explained the warranty and is taking care of the additional pigeon problem. Customer service started off a bit rocky but we are back on track now. If you have an issue with service, talk to Darren, he is a very reasonable person and will take care of his customers.

Andrew and Lee were great, they added spike and bird wire to the needed area to resting and nesting. They also cleaned up nicely after themselves, pressure washing the driveway after clearing poo from the various areas. Great work gentlemen!

Horrible company! Don’t waste you money with this company. Did not deliver what they said they would. Had to call them back the next day after install for products left on my roof and incomplete job. Took 2 days to get a hold of them and they never called back. I had to call over and over and they finally answered the phone. They said they’d come out and fix the problems and never did. Over priced for what them claim they’ll do and still have birds roosting in all the places they were before. Beware!!! Horrible company and their supposed warranty means nothing. They won’t honor it.

Pigeon Pros did my initial pigeon exclusion product, at my rental house, in November 2011. Excellent service and the work has held up well until present. Due to re roofing the house, I am having to redo the exclusion work. The exclusion was highly effective in controlling pigeons and the mess they had been leaving at my house. Highly recommend this service and company.

Called these guys out to get rid of some pigeons in my attic. Someone came out and assessed the situation and provided a reasonable quote. When they came out to do the job however, the workers felt they couldnt complete the clean up in the attic due to location. This is fine except that they didnt tell me until after completing the screening part of the job. They removed the cleaning from the fees but $252 just to screen a hole is excessive and would rather have done it myself. I paid it anyway and was told that they would talk to their boss about how to clean the attic. Never received a call. Called the next Tuesday for a refundafter I found they did not clear the pigeons before screening the hole, leaving my attic lights on, and not closing my attic causing me to cool down the attic for a whole day. Was told my number would be forwarded to Daren and he would call back but never received a call. Called again on Thursday before the close of business and no one answered. Have left multiple voicemails during this whole process and not one has ever been returned.

Got the name from Google. Came out, got the estimate, got an appointment. Showed upright on time, courteous, worked diligently. Set traps, will return to power wash after pigeon removal. The owner ( Darren ) is a poor excuse for a so called business owner.The company has a trapping program year round and only checks traps once a week leaving the nasty pigeons baking to death on the rooftops of homes.Work was expensive and although it was somewhat effective, took the guys awhile to finish because of a shortage of supplies.Then I have a warranty issue and was told the problem was not something he had addressed the first time. The “ole Up Sell” routine.Save yourself time and money and look long and hard before hiring pigeonpros for anything.

I have used Pigeon Pros for 3 rental properties and they have identified the correct solutions to cure the pigeon problem. They have installed screening, wire, spikes, and even trapping to cure the issue and have been satisfied with the results. Their team is professional, courteous and prices are reasonable.

Pigeon Pros has really taken care of us. Our pigeon problem was out of control and now we have no problem. What I love about pigeon pros as that when other birds come to nest, they stand behind their work & come to my house to take care of the problem with no additional charges. Weve had some sparrows actually nesting in the spikes & theyve still come to take care of the problem. Colton is always very pleasant when I call and makes sure we get taken care of right away. My entire experience with PigeonPros was excellent from start to finish. Colton came out to my home and I shared where my pigeon problems were other than the highly noticeable locations. He drew out the front of my house and designed the plan so I would be rid of the pigeons. On this paperwork was my quote for supplies and labor. There is a coupon on line which he applied to my quote. My job was scheduled within a few days. Cooper and another person completed my job to my satisfaction. My courtyard hasnt looked so nice and clean in such a long time. They did such a good cleanup leaving no trace of pigeon feathers and droppings. The mesh even looks aesthetically pleasing! It is worth the cost to be pigeon-free, the cost being reasonable. I highly recommend Colton and the crew at PigeonPros.

Since my husband is not able to leave a reply to this company *AND THEY DONT CALL BACK*The following details will serve as a reply to the comments made by Pidgeon Pros in response to the negative review made by my husband earlier today. Company stated in their response to Aaron McDonald they completed the agreed upon work. This is untrue. There were 2 live pidgeons and one deceased pigeon in our attic, all of which were removed by my husband the following day. The live birds were squealing and trapped inside our attic, with the attic door left wide open leading into our home.The agreed upon quote PER the gentleman who came in advance to assess the situation was supposed to include cleaning the bird residue from our attic. Which he did state would be possible. Had we been aware that cleaning the residue from the attic was NOT possible, and that the only thing that these professionals could possibly accomplish was affixing a screen, we would have screened the hole ourselves.In summation we paid $252....$56 of which was the price of the screen and the other $194 paid for the for the labor which involved a few staples to affix the screen. And I suppose this price also included trapping birds inside of our home.Side note: We do acknowldge that we were not charged the full $550 that was intended to include cleaning the attic.We would have preferred to handle this situation privately with the company directly, but as we mentioned previously this has not been possible. I am most disappointed that the company is unwilling to speak with us regarding a solution.

I couldn’t be happier! I’ve had pigeons nesting on and in my roof for years and was afraid to call anyone because I had been told I was looking at over $1,000 for pigeon spikes. I couldn’t take the noise any longer and called Pigeon Pros. Colton came out two days later......gave me a FANTASTIC bid (WAY under $1,000), came back the next week......spent over 4 hours washing my roof, getting rid of pigeon “debris “ and installing wire netting in all the nesting places. I now have NO PIGEONS! NONE! Not a coo, not a peep, NOT ONE PIGEON! If you have pigeons......and don’t want them any longer......call Pigeon Pros. Talk to Colton.......and get some peaceful sleep!

I’ve left 3 messages and they will not return my calls. I had the install done and advised to contact them if we needed work done on the a/c units so they can rove the netting. Not happy.

Pigeons Pros didnt a great job from start to finish. If you are tired of pigeons on your roof, call them and they will take care of your home. I waited a couple of months, before writing this review, to make sure they had definitely relocated.

On 10/13/16 I received an estimate from Darren at Pigeon Pros to install a pigeon fencing around the perimeter of my Solar Panels. Darren was very professional and based the fair estimate on an actual walk around of my home and solar panels! The job was completed a few days later and I am more than pleased. I do not see any more pigeons roosting and making a mess under my solar panels. My neighbor also used Pigeon Pros on my referral and he has no complaints as well, as well as no more pigeons roosting on his roof. I am so happy, I am having them come out to screen off two more potential problem Pigeon areas in the front of my house. Thank you Pigeon Pros!!

I called and made an appointment for a free estimate. Pigeon pros showed up on time and provided recommendations and an estimate on the spot. The tech went up on my roof and showed me pictures of a pigeon nest and trouble spots. I called another company and they just didnt compare. Pigeon pros took the time to explain what should be done; the other company was just trying to quickly close the deal. They will be arriving tomorrow to start clean up and installation. Looking forward to not seeing any more pigeons on my roof!

Pigeon Pros did a great job fixing our pigeon problem. We had about 20 nesting under our solar panels on our house. We opted for a month of trapping because they refuse to leave!
