Its a great gym, but the hours of closing should be the hours OF CLOSING. If the gym closes at 8pm, then users shouldnt be pressured out at 7pm. It is not only rude, but harmful to be spraying chemicals near people who are exercising. If you want us out by 7, then make 7pm/1900 the official closing time.

This gym has all new equipment and that very well maintained. Things are kept organized and clean. However this is an older facility.

Good gym in the back of the Naval Station. As of Sept 10 2021 lockers and showers open on limited basis (10 or less in locker room). Has machines downstairs and free weights, cardio room upstairs and rowers /cardio equipment on the basketball court. Opens at 0500 it wasnt too busy but I only used the cardio room upstairs.

Worst gym experience. Front desk customer service polite, but most were very lazy. Many machines broken or outdated. The training rooms need better deep cleaning. Too much gossiping and unethical practices from the training specialists supervisor.

Equipment rusty and broken, some machines are unsafe and/or difficult to use because of this. Cleanliness was questionable. Staff was minimally helpful.

Good hours. Has all the basics to get a good workout. Raquetball courts. Basketball courts. I wish there were a few other weight lifting machines for free weights, but given the size of the gym, they are doing a great job. Some of the lockers are broken and the showers need some love keeping the shower curtains serviceable. But otherwise, a good place to get fit.

This is a small gym with full court and aesthetics backyard. They have the basics you need and always have an event or challenges to keep the spices up. Trainers are very good and creative. I just hope they could extend the operatong hours for people who cant go during normal working hours.

They got saunas so naturally I love it there.

Small gym can get packed after 3pm but quiets down around 4:30. Good for begginers and intermediate athletes.

Great weight room, great cardio room upstairs.

Staff is always smiling and pleasant in the morning.

Very poor place to workout some equipment broke and staff lies about repairs. I reported a bike not working in June 2018 i was told by staff members that a job was put in. I return in November same broken bike !!!
