The real deal!!I cant say enough good things about On Target Fitness. You name it, Ive tried it: the fads, the fancy diets, the gimmicks etc.. All leaving me with nothing but disappointment and a hole in my wallet. I have been with them since they opened back up in June after the shutdown, and I am loving the results and the progress I am seeing after only two months. Needless to say, Im hooked! The staff and coaches are awesome and they know their stuff!! They are always there to help. I recommend anyone and everyone, no matter what kind of shape youre in or what youre looking for to come to On Target Fitness.
This past Saturday we were able to utilize the facility from 1000-1400 for a fitness event. Cant say enough how thankful I am and how impressed I was by what On Target Fitness had to offer. To the owners- Thank you very much!
This is my gym! I have been a member for a year and love the people, the culture, the facility and the philosophy here. If you are looking for a room full of machines in front of tv screens, this is NOT the place. I never imagined a year ago that I would have so much success and make so many positive changes...it worked for me because they worked with me, always challenging me and getting me to a better place. Five Stars!!
The team at On Target fitness is AMAZING. Ive had the opportunity to be both a member and someone who gets to work with their awesome clients. As a physical therapist, I trust them completely with all of my patients. They are my go-to referral for anyone looking for quality, expert, personal training and group classes. My own patients rave about them and are always so thankful for the referral. If you are looking for a place to get stronger and feel more confident in your movement and physique, -while also getting to be a part of an incredible community - you should ABSOLUTELY check out On Target before making your final decision.
The instructors are great at On Target and the workouts reflect their knowledge and experience. The equipment is suitable for beginner and experienced athletes, and we are able to modify our individual workouts as needed to account for added or reduced intensity based on how we feel on a particular day. Aside from the Bootcamp workouts, members can drop in at scheduled times for Open Gym sessions, or participate in small group training for added focus by the instructor. Highly recommended - probably the best gym on the seacoast.
After years of going to other gyms and working out at home one January I was scrolling through Facebook and saw an add for On Target Fitness six week challenge. I read the description of the challenge and also researched the gym. Iโm going to be honest I wanted to do it but felt intimidated. I was out of shape and was worried about โ being judgedโ. I decided to take the plunge. My first day I was SOOO nervous and anxious. I had numerous pep talks with myself and said you can do this. Iโm not going to lie the first month was hard for me. I was out of shape, sore, and changing my eating habits but I got through it with the help of the staff and other members. I am now going on my third year. I am stronger physically and mentally. Friendly, knowledgeable, caring.
When I first visited OTF, Alec & Ryan were absolutely amazing. They were extremely courteous and they seemed to be truly excited for me in regards to getting back in shape and reaching my fitness goals. I donโt think I could have achieved the same results as I did at any other gym. Even though I havent lost much weight, I gained muscle, lost body fat and in the best shape itโs ever been in a long time. Being accountable for the training sessions I sign up for is key for me. Iโve always been a self-starter, but sticking with something long-term is not one of my strong points because I get bored easily. The coaches have structured the workouts so that youโre not doing the same training everyday and it has kept my interest level high! The OTF members consists of a wide range of age groups and training level, but everyone is just so supportive and friendly. You become friends really quick. I absolutely enjoy this place!
Ive only been going to On Target Fitness for a couple weeks now and must say it has been a great experience! There is an excellent variety of classes with offerings for morning lunch and evening time workouts. All of the instructors have been excellent and both knowledge and personality which makes working out that much better. In the two weeks that Ive been going Ive already lost 7 pounds. Getting to the gym has become the first thing I think about in the morning not because I have to but because I want to.
Alec and the team at On Target Fitness are welcoming and personable. Ive been to many group fitness focused gyms and this is one has something special. The facilities are top notch with everything from TRX to obstacle course work. On a personal note my schedule can get hectic so I really appreciate when classes start on time, get right into it and end on time. Alec and his team bring that level of professionalism to the work out.
My girlfriend and I dropped in for a workout during our vacation and it was fantastic. A guy named Ryan was very accommodating for our workout. I would definitely become a member if I lived around.
Alec and his crew at on target fitness are knowledgeable and well rounded. Everyone from the elite fit crew to the person just starting out can have a fun, functional, and structured workout. The classes are scheduled so that everyone can fit it in to their day. The classes also range from bootcamp to TRX to kick boxing to yoga. Theres something for everyone at on target fitness!
