Great gym, with large open space and a diversity of equipment.However the policy on masks and social distancing guidelines are lax making it difficult to recommend during these times.

Portsmouth location is bigger amd with newer equipment than Dovers. But both locations have enough to dovl your work out

This is a key club gum meaning no attendants are around. You might see trainers who are always helpful but in order to contact the owner you need to go thru the website. The gym is cleaned daily but sometimes members are gross and dont clean up after themselves. If you want to get in, work out and not have any judgments come to Vanguard.

If you need a 24/7 gym with decent prices, this is it. Dont expect anything to be brand new. If you want pretty weights and machines with an on-premise staff, then this isnt your gym. The owner or manager is responsive over email and will get things done. I think the only real downside in this gym is the atmosphere some of the people bring. I understand that it seems like youre working out against competition. Ive been in a place where I wanted to be the biggest dude in the room (years ago), but some of the people in here are disgustingly obsessed with looking at other people. If you can get pass the staring and the sounds from some of the village idiots when theyre lifting, then youll be just fine.

Having 24hrs Key Entry is Great! I have been a member for almost 4 years now. It may cost alittle more then those other guys..but you get your moneys worth. I recommend Vision to all my friends.

Beware! beware! beware!this company ripped me off! cancelled a membership 6 months ago, and called repeatedly. finally call me back and tell me too badfacilities are a basement style, with half functional equipment, audio didnt work on almost every machine. smelled horrible, and no customer service!go to planet fitness, or any other place for that matter.
