Flash Fixers was able to recover our pictures when others could not. Wife dropped Motorola Droid phone in water( yes, the toilet), quickly retrieved but phone would not power up. Let the phone dry, put it in rice, still no go. Waited a few weeks, took it to a local repair shop..., they said electronics was corroded and they we unable to recover data, pictures, etc. I think I paid $50 for them just to try. FlashFixers deserves more than 5 stars in every aspect of service they provide. Not only did they miraculously recover data (containing years of precious family and newborn pictures) from my galaxy alpha phone after it went through a full cycle of laundry but also Richs professionalism is exceptional. My Pixel 2 XL suffered water damage after I forgot it was in my pocket about 15 minutes after getting into a hot tub. I wish I could rate FlashFixers more than the 5 stars that I gave them. They defiantly went above and beyond in helping me retrieve the 2000 plus pictures that were stored on my phone. I never write reviews but felt that because of the unbelievable service I received it would be unjust for me to not share my experience. About 2 months ago I was on my Note 5 which all of the sudden shut off. I attempted all the know ways of restarting rebooting etc to turn it back on with no success. I chalked it up to the battery being dead and being somewhat handy was able to pry the case open and replace the battery but still had no success. In a panic I started to google for data recovery services local to me and found one in Manhattan. Dropped it off and got a call from them a few days later with an estimate of $1500 plus an additional $400 for special equipment to extract the data. I told them apsolutely not and their price was rediculous. Even when I went to pick up my phone the rep was saying that there was no guarantee that another data recovery service would be able to help me because they were the best. None the less I took my phone back feeling lost and hopeless. I ended up eating the evaluation cost of $95. I left the phone dead in my drawer for a few weeks before I started thinking about it again. I found flash fixers on another desperate Google search and decided that I had nothing to lose except their $75 evaluation fee. So called up and spoke to Rich who was so caring and honest. My phone dropped in water. It wouldn’t stay on long enough afterwards in order to transfer all my info. No one locally had the technology to recover my info. I recently went on a once in a lifetime vacation with my family and was devastated when my phone dropped into the ocean and I lost two weeks worth of photos and video. My phone was fried. My flash drive bent one too many times and would no longer connect to any computer. I had a lot of important and sensitive information on this drive and had not backed up everything as currently as I needed. I searched the web for data recovery services and found this seemingly very well certified company that had locations all over the USA, a clean room, etc. The nearest location was one town away. I was relieved as I preferred greatly to do an in-person drop off rather than ship it and take a chance on it getting lost. After my wife brought it in, she reported back that the location was a separate company that served as a drop off location for them and it would be sent out anyway. The proposal came back from them and they wanted $971.17 to take the chip off of the drive and read and organize the data to eventually be put on a new drive which I sent along with the broken drive. They said it would take 5-9 business days. I thought this was excessive and told them if they could not adjust the price I would need to look to another company. Miraculously, they answered that I would qualify for their economy service, which would be the same service, only it would take twice as long and only cost $421.23. I told them to return it to me and called Flashfixers. I spoke to Rich, the owner. He sounded like a straight up kind of guy and said he did not see the need for removing the chip necessarily. If they could solder and reconnect the drive temporarily enough to transfer the data it would cost $199.00 and would take just a few days. If that was not possible, they would do the chip off method, and it would cost $350.00 and still take just a few days. I dropped it at their location at 2:00 pm on a Monday and by Tuesday at 12:30 they emailed me that method one worked and all files were recovered....less than 24hours, and $199.00. Further, Rich personally sent me an email asking if I was satisfied with how everything turned out. Yes, Rich. We came to FlashFixers with a destroyed GPS that had valuable data on it. Rich and his team did a great job in retrieving the information, which limited extra costs to us and our project.

Our iPhone was crashed by a car and the screen is totally smashed. It doesnt turn on at all, although FindMyiPhone can still locate it. There are many 3rd party softwares claiming to be able to restore the data, we tried a few of them, but none of them actually worked, all stuck at the step of asking you to input the password through the screen, which in our case didnt work the phone was totally dead. We tried to use a keyboard with the lightening port, it didnt work either. Apple store technician tried to replace with a new screen hoping it will start up so we can input the password and proceed with iTune backup, but still failed. We even tried to open the phone ourselves to see if we can make it start up, but nothing worked. We were very frustrated and disappointed, it has more than 6000 pictures recording more than half a year of our life.Fortunately, we found FlashFixers when searching through Google. The price they charge is much lower than other vendors in this area, and the whole experience is very good. They fixed it very quickly after receiving the phone, and returned our data through a flash drive. They even didnt charge for any deposit for the flash drive they sent in, simply requesting us to return after we copied the data. They are very nice people to deal with, and most importantly, they can help you to retrieve your data back when all other approaches I tried as mentioned above failed, including AppleStore. Saved my pictures of a visit to Little French Key in Roatan. Do not hesitate to use this company! You will not regret it. Sure some of my friends with IT background were like you can get a free program, do it yourself. But when I said help me, they were like..... hummmmmm. Nobody wanted to be the one that tried it and then ruined my chances of getting my pictures back. So to me it is worth the money. I may never make it back to Roatan and even though I had the memories, the pictures are special and irreplaceable.
