PCGIT built my third custom PC in 2012 so I could use all the Adobe Creative Suite products. Over the years, naturally, some things needed to be maintained, and I also added equipment, external drives, and programs.At the age of 78, I am no longer able to carry the CPU down stairs and stow it into my car. House visits from Bill have been wonderful. He always replies either by email or phone, is prompt when he comes, and most importantly, he fixes the problems. In addition, he is very good about answering questions, and explaining computer jargon.I think it is a tribute to the quality of the recommendations of all the choices which were made when the computer was built that it is still working very well with all the many pieces of equipment I have connected to it. PCGIT service is just great.

I would like to thank all of the staff of Portsmouth Computer Group for an outstanding, timely and very professional experience. The coordination between the administration and technical staff was extremely fast.Our network had become infected with multiple viruses. I called in and within 1 hour a tech was connected remotely to our server and working on removing the viruses. That same afternoon the job was completed. We are going to have PCG install their business class virus protection application and their 24/7 monitoring on our network so that we work to proactively prevent this type of issue in the future.Again thank you very much to Dave and his entire staff. My experience with pcgit helped to make the best of a bad situation.
