My partner and I have had multiple phones repaired by the folks at NH iPhone Repair. We are are always impressed by the affordability, professionalism, and timely turnaround. I was dreading the coat of buying a new iPhone when the battery life on my 7 took a dive. Vinny was very helpful and replaced the battery and I’m good to go - what a relief! Love that there is a waiting area. My advice is to add a Keurig for coffee and children’s juice boxes to your cooler!

After having a cracked iPad screen replaced last year, with quality workmanship and a fair price, my iPhone wasn’t charging well. I went to the Portsmouth location to have the phone looked at. They cleaned out the charging port for me leaving me with no charging issues. And they did this free of charge. I highly recommend anyone with electronic issues to go see these guys to get your repairs. You will leave happy as I did

Cracked my iPad screen….called insurance through asurion, had 189$ deductible, had to send away… contacted Chad at NH IPhone, went to Portsmouth location today next to Panera, dropped off iPad went to walk beach, came back 4 hours later, screen replaced for 125, same day, 125$… good as new, grateful, great service

Driving from Laconia, NH to Massachusetts. I really needed a new battery for an iPhone when I saw the iPhone repair shop. The very friendly Dylan said he could have it done for me in an hour, and he had it ready in 50 minutes. We were even offered free drinks while waiting (nice touch). Highly recommend the store if youre in need of cell phone repair service.

What a great place! I called on a Tuesday morning and they answered the phone immediately. I asked if I needed an appointment and was told to come right in. Once there I was given a friendly greeting by all three employees. My SIM card was stuck in the phone. A tech worked diligently for 15 minutes to extract the card. When done, he said No charge! I insisted that he tell me the cost and he again said, No charge. I was shocked that I would get such immediate and professional service with no charge.

Highly recommend. Vinny was the man! So kind and so fast getting my phone repaired! Such a nice man.

I was at the end of my rope with clients calling who I couldn’t answer or even see because my phone was broken so badly. This is the place to go for any phone repair needs. I shattered my iphone screen after it fell off my car and I thought I lost all my important data on the phone since I didnt back it up to icloud. I walked in and the guy working was incredibly nice and super helpful! He thought of a way to borrow a screen from the shop and put it on the broken phone so that way I could transfer the data to a new phone! Any other place wouldve made me buy a new screen but he only charged me $25 for a service fee and now I have all of my data back! Great guy and would 100% recommend!

My screen had vertical stripes and some screen damage! It took 30 minutes (I made an appointment) and was much cheaper than I thought the repair would be. The customer service was absolutely excellent!

I have a son that loves taking apart cell phones, the staff at NH I phone repair takes the time to explain things to my 10 year old son about the inner workings of cell phones. Just recently, the staff replaced my sons I phone battery. My son was basically taken under their wing and now his phone is back running perfectly.

Was able to easily schedule an appointment quickly on line to replace battery and lightning connector on two phones. Friendly, helpful and professional. Saved us money by cleaning the connectors. Didn’t need to replace them. Finished as promised. Recommended.

Brought an iPhone XS here to get fixed. Screen replacement was done quickly, but once we left, we noticed the Face ID function on the phone no longer worked. Went back and spoke to the repair person several times but he could not get the face id to work. Told us there was nothing he could do and would not refund our money. Said the manager was not around and we couldn’t have his number. Poor customer service at this location, make sure you check EVERYTHING before walking out of the store. Buyer beware.

I made an appointment 2 days ago to get my phone screen replaced with a flat rate of 145.00. I went in there and I told him a little about my phone, how when silent is on the vibration is extremely loud, and that when I am on the phone I can’t hear unless it is on speaker phone. he took my phone replaced the screen and also repaired the other two things for free! Amazing customer service and really nice man working.

I broke my iphone this am. I was able to call and get it repaired the same day (it only took about a half hour). I have had my screen repaired through them a few times. I did purchase a protection plan, but there was confusion with the plan and they were great about it and took care of it in store for me. Their customer service is top notch. I appreciate that and the fact that they are efficient and affordable with repairs. I highly recommend them. ☺️

I have used NH iPhone Repair for my iPad. My screen had broken, I have grandkids who use it to play games, and NH iPhone has been able to fix it every time!! I would highly recommend them, they are efficient and their repairs are cost-saving compared to having to bring it back to an Apple store.

I have heard nothing but positive things about nh iPhone repair and had a great experience there. The price was much more reasonable than an authorized retailer Apple repair. I brought my phone in on February 10th and was told it would take about an hour to fix. I came back after an hour. They had another repair that took longer than expected so I had to come back in 15 minutes. It wasn’t a big deal and they installed a screen protector for the inconvenience. My phone looked perfect. After using my phone again the touch sensitivity seemed off and the colors didn’t seem as crisp. After two weeks, I dropped my phone and the screen protector cracked. When I pulled it off, I realized my screen underneath had cracked as well. My phone was in a case and had a screen protector on. It wasn’t a bad fall. It fell about 3 feet onto a hardwood floor. It was much less severe than the fall that initially broke my phone. I just don’t think the quality of screens in up to par with the genuine Apple ones. NH iPhone is a great option for a cost effective repair if you don’t mind sacrificing quality a little.

I was able to open up a corporate account in under 5 minutes, just took a simple phone call. My device was picked up, repaired and returned the next day. I really appreciated their over and above communication, and would recommend them for corporate or personal use

I went into the store in Porthmouth yesterday but I didn’t have an appointment but the guy was extremely nice and I had a great feeling about the business. I made an appointment for today and Vinny, a different guy, was also extremely nice and did an amazing job on my iPhone. I had to reschedule today two times and both times Vinny was so very nice about changing it each time. I highly recommend this store!
