First time coming to this place and I loved it! First in line and got my inspection done in under 20minutes! Like what ?!! Now I have the rest of the day to myself. The staff were very helpful and friendly! Spread the word but now too much I want to keep them to myself haha

I absolutely love this place the staff is friendly straight forward and cares about safety first. For me thats everything I drive around my 3 daughters everyday so safety is a must and the prices are very reasonable. They treat you like family.

This place was recommended in my search to get a car inspection. Went in and was standing waiting to be helped. The owner saw me standing there, looked me in my face and didnt say hello, I will be right with you or nothing. I waited a few minutes longer and still no acknowledgement. I went outside and asked the owner why he didnt at least acknowledge that I was standing there, he said in a nasty tone, he was with another customer. Even if you are helping someone else you dont walk by someone who is about to patronage your business and say nothing. Customer service is the first and most important thing you can show as a business owner. I left to get service somewhere else.

This place is so un professional, my car was setting there for three whole days and not even look at I called for the second time and he stated that hes been booked with car inspections and it is required by state that he puts them first. So tell me why you must be the only shop around doing inspections, then tell me why you can take your vehicle to any shop and their take a look at it that day or the next day depending on what time you dropped it off, and then they will get back with you (communicate with clients) promptly and discuss the problem with your vehicle and how long it will take to get fix, not have your car sitting there not being touch because youre booked with state inspections. Thats Bs.

Coady is great to deal with. Very personable, but also does not deal with B.S., so dont bring any. Prices are very good and they explain every option to get you back on the road.

Do not take your vehicle here a bunch of crooks beware the owner smiles on in your face talks about being so Christian and honest but will rip you off. His mechanics are a bunch of shade tree mechanics with no type of certifications. Take your car here at your own risk I should have listened . I warm everyone I know about this place now

I went there to get my car inspected on 4/2/2013. If it had been any other establishment, they would have slapped a rejection sticker on my window for a bulb being out. Instead, these gentlemen took care of me and my car. Thats the reason why I go there every year. They are exactly what their name advertises Fair and Honest I will be a customer as long as Im in Portsmouth!

Theyre not all that honest as they claim. Took my car there for a check up, claimed I had a leak. Car never leaked until I took it to them. I believe they removed a screw to make it seem i had one. I have a concrete driveway so i wouldve known. Im a female and they thought I didnt know any better. A simple check up went up to $150 bill. Car was NEVER the same. Seems like everytime you take your car in suprisingly they find something else wrong! They do things to your car so you can keep coming back to get it fixed. Theyre lucky I didnt call news channel 3 or something and have them go undercover. Its a shame they do females like that. Ive had other friends that went there and said they had bad experiences too and would never go back, said theyre cars were never the same as well. Not saying its the owner but shady mechanics doing devilish things. So to all females never go alone to have your car looked at or this will happen to you! A hard lesson learned. Simple check up can turn into hundreds of dollars!
