I don’t usually post reviews but in this case I wanted to let other customers know about the awesome experience I had at Seacoast Mazda a few weeks ago. I came in later in the day on a Saturday after scheduling an appointment not realizing it was at 8:00. Even though I was later than expected they were able to get my car in and figure out why the check engine light was on. They also noticed another problem (serpentine belt) during the complimentary 160 point inspection and luckily had the part on hand to fix while I waited. Top notch service!!! It was pricey but I know my car has genuine Mazda parts and it was fixed correctly plus they saved me money in the long run by catching the problem before it broke down and became a bigger problem and would have been much more expensive. My car feels brand new again!!! I was actually thinking of trading it in and getting something newer when I was there. Now that it is running so good I will keep it for now. Every person I ran into there was very nice, the sales staff were great and answered every question I had as I looked around. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever from anyone to buy or trade in my car as I have in the past. To put the cherry on top I received a call the next day from the manager (I believe) John who left a message thanking me for my business. Austin Elliott was professional and efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price. Outstanding experience and customer service. We had the pleasure of coming in with the intent to look at what we might be interested, was offered a test drive, after enjoying every feature of the vehicle we drove, Mike followed up answering any of our questions and led us to realize this was going to end up being the right fit. I started seriously looking for a car in the last couple of weeks. Came across a 2017 Nissan Rogue for sale at Seacoast and reached out to see if it was still available. Brian responded not only with an email, but with a video walk around of the car as well. I loved that! I drove down the next day, not necessarily to purchase right away, but definitely to test drive the car and chat about my options, since I was already pre-approved for financing through my credit union. Long story short... well, shorter at least haha.... loved the car, and worked with Brian and Nick to get an even better interest rate than my credit union was offering. I drove home in a new car and couldnt be happier with the whole process. I had read a lot of excellent reviews of the dealership, and I 100% agree that they are super to work with. Highly recommend!

Seacoast Mazda offers a superior product at very fair prices, and the sales folks seem to know their stuff very well. The finance folks, however, are very problematic (to be kind). The one who worked on my purchase both spelled my name wrong on the paperwork, even though I pointed out his error (meaning that I need to work with the state office now to get the name correct on the title) AND - this is epic - cashed a large post-dated check a week before it was due to be cashed. This, of course, threw all my finances into disarray, and may have a permanent negative effect on my credit score. When I called to find out what had happened, there was (of course) nothing that could be done about it. So sorry we wrecked your bank account!

Bought a 2021 CX-5Reliable cars at an affordable price. Mazda is really stepping up. Furthermore, Seacoast Mazda was probably the best car buying experience Ive encountered thus far (and I swap cars quite often).Brian, one of the sales people, was great. No BS. No unnecessary games. The sales manager, whom I believe was also a Brian, was straight to the point on price and service.Lastly, Ive never purchased a maintenance plan or warranty; however, if you do the math, these guys do it right. Their aim is to keep customer retention rates high. They do this by offering discounted routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc.The car: should it remain reliable, Id deem it one of the best commuting cars out there.The Dealer: No BS. Fair prices. Easily to deal with.

I was extremely nervous as a woman buying a car on my own. My oldest son who’s in the Navy came home to visit me and went with me to the Mazda dealership on a Sunday to just look at vehicles and that’s all we did that day and that’s when we met Jay. My son and I really felt comfortable with him and really felt he was very honest and just real. Because of that experience I took the week to think about it and returned the next Saturday and drove away in a beautiful Mazda MX-5 and I am in love!! I would really recommend this dealership!

This was hands down the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had. Austin was very personable and worked with me to get me into the car I really wanted. He was quick to reply to all questions I had and never pressured me or played games during the buying process. Austin also got me exactly what I wanted for my trade and the entire purchase took (including setting up my new car & getting it inspected) only about an hour 1/2. Ryan worked up the financing for me and immediately made it clear that unlike other dealerships- they don’t haggle with you over the price and financing. I was able to talk to him face to face about what I was hoping to pay and he made it work for me. I have to say that Mike pulled off a miracle in a world where you literally can not find certain cars or have to wait months for them. I have been looking for a specific Mazda for months. In one instance I was driving across the state to go look at one at a different dealer when I got a call from the dealer that they sold it out from under me. Discouraged, I called Mike based on an online listing. They had three beautiful models “ON THE LOT”. I actually had a choice! Unheard of in our current times. Above all of this Mike and his team at Seacoast Mazda were the most laid back amazingly likable and kind group I’ve ever encountered in my many decades of purchasing cars. Bought an $8000 used car here about two years ago (if it were a $1500 used car thatd be different). Before my first free oil change, the car started having electrical issues with the headlights and directionals. Its been an ongoing issue since. These guys are very cool and very responsive, EXCEPT when I ask for any kind of help with this electrical issue. Any help at all would change my position...take a look - offer me a discount on repair, offer me a trade, apply my protection plan perhaps. ANY time Ive reached out regarding this problem, theyve been evasive at best, outright ignored me at worst. Pretty disappointing.UPDATE: Ryan contacted me almost immediately after posting this. It appears my past inquiries just didnt reach the right person. This issue has been resolved satisfactorily. Thank you, Guys.

The car buying experience was one I was not looking forward to. I test drove a variety of different cars and visited a variety of different dealerships and either didn’t love the car or didn’t love the experience the sales person provided.With Seacoast Mazda, neither of those were true. I worked directly with Mike W. who was nothing but patient and educational. He walked through the intricacies of the CX-9 in great detail and didn’t bash other vehicles I had looked at before. When I was trying to decide between a few they had, he gave me the keys to each of them and patiently waited for me to have a thorough look. This patience continued even after I expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle.From there, everything was so smooth. Overall I find their vehicles to be sporty and fun to drive and their newer models are even more luxurious. Recently had my Mazda cx-3 in for service, I was so happy to see they have a loaner car program. And after having a Mazda cx30 for a loaner Im tempted to upgrade. Ill definitely be buying my next Mazda from Seacoast.

I have had the best of experiences with Seacoast Mazdas customer service. I didnt end up purchasing my vehicle there, only because I fell in love with a very specific used vehicle out of state, but I wish I could have, and I am happy to give them my business in terms of all of my cars service and maintenance needs. I did test drive cars there during my search process, and that was a great experience, too. They are friendly without being pushy, organized, efficient, and timely. When something unexpected comes up with service or timeframe, even when out of their control, they offer to make it up to you. Their facilities are clean and comfortable to wait in. Every single person I have interacted with goes out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. They always know the answers to my questions, or offer to find out and deliver.

Do not go to Seacoast Mazda unless you have your husband or a man with you. This was one of the worst experiences at a car dealership I’ve ever had. I did a lot of work over the phone with one of the ‘salesmen’ before I made the trip there since it was over an hour away for me. I was asked several times over the phone and in person to confirm that my car I was trading in was paid off..I told them repeatedly that it was and I had the title. Either they don’t pay attention, or they didn’t believe me.When I walked in, there was not one other woman in sight, except women with their husbands who were being helped. The salesman and his manager were condescending, unbothered and inattentive. I was absolutely not taken seriously. They were ‘short staffed’ that day, so while we were waiting for some numbers, the salesman went to help another couple. Once he was back, and he realized he wasn’t making the sale to me, I stepped outside to make a phone call. When I was done, I went back in, and he was no where to be found. I stood in the general area of his desk for about 10 mins (not one other person said anything to me or told me where he was) before I saw him outside with the other couple. I went to wait outside so he would see me and finish up, which I waited another 10 mins for (it was also about 95 degrees that day). He didn’t acknowledge me. Once they left, I figured he would make his way over to me, but actually started talking to another couple as I was standing there a few feet away, without even gesturing to me. At that point, I walked to my car and drove away. He waved to me as I was driving out of the lot and called me a few minutes later to ‘apologize’ to my voicemail. Even though they were short staffed, not one other salesman left the couples that they were working with to help anyone else. I was not a walk-in, I had an appointment. This place is a joke and clearly only cares if they know they are making the sale (or in my case I was made to feel like they didn’t care because I was a single woman). They also have the high prices, I found the same car I was looking at for almost 5 grand less than they were asking.It was uncomfortable, rude and not a place I would visit again.

The worst (potential) car buying experience I have ever had. Spoke with the sales manager Ryan multiple times who would not accept a deposit and assured my mom the car was mine if I wanted it. He knew I was traveling from far away to get the car so I called him right before I left to make sure everything was all set, just to find out five minutes before arriving that they sold the car. Absolute joke of a sales team.

Came for a recall and I thought it would be smart to get an oil change and do a tire rotation there while Im at it, instead of the cheap drive in places I usually go to... staff was nice and knowledgeable, everything was done quickly and an oil change at Mazda is cheaper than what I thought... I was given a buy 3 get 1 free oil change card too, so thats even better value, great experience, I will come back!

Had to go in for a recall. Appointment was easy to get. Arrived on time and my car was immediately taken in. I was told the repair would take about 45 minutes. From arriving to leaving with the work completed was well under an hour. {I did not put a stop watch on it but I know when I arrived and when I left.}Staff is friendly and professional.
