Great nail salon. New location at 64 Auburn St, and everything is brand new! Sky did a great job on my nails with a dark color, which is hard to pull off and shows the skill of the nail tech. Highly recommend!

My nail tech gave the best French shellac I have ever received. If you don’t mind a very unprofessional salon experience (the front desk worker) this place is for you.

I went to Autumn nails yesterday for an eyebrow wax and a pedicure. I was very impressed with the service I received. I got in immediately with no waiting. The employees were so professional and nice to me. My pedicurist told me to take my take when picking out a color for my nails. Once we got started doing my pedicure the woman who I believe was the owner came over and asked if I would like anything to drink. She poured me a glass of champagne which I very much enjoyed after a long day at work at my nursing job. I opted for the medium pedicure which was well worth the extra money for the extra massage. I left very happy and will be a repeat customer.

The nail technicians at Autumn Nails are top notch!! DeDe and her staff are attentive, friendly, and equipped with all the best gear!! I highly recommend this place, especially for men to get their feet taken care of!

Booked an appointment to get acrylics. The day of my appointment I received a call 15 minutes before my slot telling me that the workers there didn’t know how to do acrylics and didn’t me offer a rescheduling opportunity.Incredibly unprofessional.

This was a last minute pedi on a boring Sunday afternoon. They fit me in last minute. The ladies that work here are super sweet. The facility is very dated and the chairs are old - cracking upholstery, and the massage mechanism was loud and broken. There was also a baby in the place with a caretaker - he was adorable and very good...but I cannot help but think the odors in a nail salon are not good for a child to be breathing in. Other than that, nice job with what they have to work with. I will not be back as I do not live in the area. If I did, Id find a place with newer equipment.

I called Autumn nails I didnt get the chance to ask who I was speaking with, but I asked if they had a specific nail color and the lady said well youll have to come look and I was in disgust because I was going to make an appointment with them.

They slay nails. & They are very nice.
