They are very strategic and thorough in the hiring process to find recruiters that are driven and have a desire to learn, work hard and be successful. The culture of the office cant be beat; I loved coming to work every day. The owners strongly support a work/life balance and are extremely loyal and dedicated. You have to be driven and self-motivated to thrive and be successful in this office but the owners will bend over backwards to give you all the support and tools you need to succeed.

They are poachers. Very sleazy business model. They cold called our office claiming to be from Sky Electric, not a recruiting agency.. They called asking for someone in Inside Sales, said they were referred to speak to someone but couldnt remember their name so he asked what the names of the Inside Sales agents were.. when transferred to the inside sales person, he spent 30 minutes talking to our colleague about a job posting for one of our competitors.
