On hold for 2 hours just to have my PIN # reset. Someone answered and immediately hung up. I was beyond infuriated. Called back with another estimated wait time of 58 min...finally hung up at 1.7 hrs. That was almost 4 hrs on hold and never got my information.

Once I was finally able to talk with a specialist who was extremely helpful, the process was much smoother. You must be patient and continue redialing their 5400# over and over until you reach someone. It will take hours on hold once you do get through, however they are there to help and are of great service, just be patient and persevere.Thank you to those overworked employees we appreciate you.

After 3 months I finally contacted them via the # ending in 5400. They were helpful in clarifying my answers on claim form. But then weeks went by I called for days finally an answer 5-1/2 hrs. later then put on hold only to be hung up on after 2-1/2 more hours. But finally the money came through. Keep trying people ! Redial redial redial. From opening till they answer best on Tue.- Thur. Thank you to staffers I know youre way over worked.

Finally got through to a human after hours of calling and waiting. She said, Oregon employment division. I said Hello and she hung up on me. Literally. Most of the time it just puts you in a long queue then gives you a voice menu asking for an extension which you can only guess at then it hangs up on you.

Everytime you call no matter what number it is ALWAYS busy. You cannot get through to anyone!! You will literally call back on the number they provided or called from when they leave you a voicemail and then you cannot get through!!!! This isnt right!

Never helped me

It does usually take a long time to get through anything with them, but my biggest complaint is that they /never/ answer their phone. Ive tried calling and calling to ask an important question, and it just rings. There is not even an answering machine.

Desk staff is rude and very unhelpful. The woman with the spanish accent is as rude as it gets. However the back staff person Rhonda was a saint. 1 star up to 4.
