Had two showers replaced. Amazingly quick, considerate, and highest quality work. Love these showers! I decided to go top quality, instead of having some fly by night guys put in serviceable plastic junk. So happy I took the plunge. Thanks PACIFIC!

We had Pacific Bath install a walk-in shower. The crew was fantastic and the company was great. The company resolved an issue where our install was canceled, but really shouldnt have been...they went out of their way to get things back on track with financing and were able to install on the original days that we set. The job was done well and in a timely manner. The crew were very respectful and made sure that they cleaned up each day and at the end of the job. The follow up by Pacific Bath, awhile after the job was complete, to make sure everything was in working order was nice. I would definitely recommend Pacific Bath for your remodeling needs...they are great company and they use quality products.

We never went further than the appointment for an estimate on a shower replacement. The product samples were great. The pricing structure was fine. Our problem was with the sales person Don Lape. He showed up to our house without wearing a mask. He talked poorly about the competition and included his religious beliefs as part of his sales pitch. We found the experience to be inappropriate and unprofessional.

The guys arrived on time, showed me everything they would be installing so I could verify they had what I ordered. They were efficient and professional. They had me see what they would be doing through each step - NO SURPRISES!! They swept the floor and cleaned up behind themselves inside and outside!! The end result is Gorgeous. My 90 year old mom will be able to shower comfortably! I will have peace of mind that she can shower alone safely.

Our Old and Dated jetted Tub/Shower Combo remodeled to our new Luxury Shower!!My wife and I have been talking about remodeling our main bathroom for several years since we bought the place in 2012. The bathroom probably dates back to 1973 when our home was built. We had received multiple insulting quotes from other contractors and they were just plain disrespectful! I contacted Pacific Bath Company and they were genuinely interested in and respected our plans, our budget, and our time! The consultation was very informative, outlining different options that we could custom tailor to our budget. The main office checked in periodically prior to the remodel and made sure we knew what to expect and that we didnt have any questions, and the questions we did have, were answered. We were told during our consultation that the remodel would take about 3-5 days, but they were in and out in 2!! Following the remodel, the office called again to check in to make sure that everything went well and to see if there were any follow-up questions or concerns after the remodeling team was done. The onsite workers were professional and took extra care not to scratch out walls and floors, as well as being care not to track debris through the house. The new shower brought new life to an older home and looks amazing!! Thank you so much Pacific Bath Company!!

Pacific Bath replaced our existing fiberglass walk-in shower with the Koehler LuxStone shower. We were very pleased with the two day installation process. Installers were polite, kind, timely, communicative and competent. We love the final product.Update: It has now been almost three months since the installation. We have found multiple scratches showing on the surface of the patterned walls. Evidently, these scratches were caused by the use of a metal handled squeegee. We are now told that there is no possible repair for the scratches other than removing the walls and reinstalling - at our cost. The manager told us that this is a FRAGILE product. This is not how this was represented to us. We were told it was a high end, quality, durable product. We are very disappointed that we spent several thousand dollars for a fragile product.

We just waved goodbye to our Pacific Bath installers Greg Hardy and Logan Trimble. What a credit to your company! They were quick, they were clean, and even though our install threw them some curves, were always professional and did an excellent job. What is killing me right now is that I have to wait 24 hours for things to cure!!! Seriously folks, we are very happy with our Pacific Bath experience from our salesperson Jason Barnbrook to our installers Greg and Logan. And did I mention? IT IS GORGEOUS!!!! The space in which they had to work was extremely tight and difficult, but they made it happen! I am extremely pleased with my new tub and all the wonderful features of this product. Had couple communication problems, and project took longer than two days, but turned out lovely.

This might be the worse customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Started off great. Crew showed up on day they said and completed most of the work in two days. I say most of the work because sheet rock work was not completed but we were told someone would contact us the the next day to set it up. The next day came and no one contacted us, but that’s when we used the shower for the first time and discovered the leak. My wife called and told them about it and asked about finishing the sheet rock. We were told someone would call us back. It wasn’t until the next day we received a reply and we’re told someone would be out the next day. A tech showed up and added some more caulk then left but no response on sheet rock. We waited 36 hours and used the shower again. Still leaking. Called again. No call back. Called again. We were told someone would be out in next couple of days. Still no resolution or answer on finishing sheet rock. A day later, another person shows up with a caulk gun and adds more caulk. We wait another 36 hours and use shower. Seems fixed don’t notice any leaks - hooray. A couple of days go by and starts leaking again. We call, text and email everyone we can over the next two days and no response from anyone. I should mention we have been contacted by sheet rock contractor and he’ll be another week before he shows up. Crossing our fingers.We love the shower but it’s been two weeks and haven’t been able to use it. Hope anyone who buys from this company never have any problems because it is a nightmare getting them to respond to you or seem to even care.

Cleanest warehouse I ever stepped foot in. It was so clean I didnt even want to step foot in there. I felt I wasnt worthy for the wage I was given. At the same time the manager needs to just hire one temp and give them 40 hours. I felt like my time was wasted, although I was nothing but a worthless temp, I still would like a full 8+ hours... I guess they really screen their Temps to the upmost. Other than that, great place. I was honored to even step foot in there

We had Pacific Bath install a Luxstone walk-in shower to replace our original tub/shower combination. It looks amazing, not to mention how much safer it is for getting in and out The work took a couple of days and they accommodated my schedule. The installers were curtious neat. They cleaned up at the end of the first day and when the job was complete. They took the time to show me the features of the shower system and how to clean and care the materials.

The two workers that came to install the new walk in shower where really nice and polite and did good work. But, they showed up with the wrong shower heads, which I went ahead and accepted. The removable bath bench has still not arrived, and it has been 3 months since it was ordered. This company took a very long time to get the project going. The communication with the office was deplorable. The only time we got updates as to where our materials were and when the project was going to commence was when we called in. The last time we had to call in, it was either to tell them to make us a priority or give us our down payment back. I went with Pacific Bath because I did not want an acrylic shower like the others offer.

Another example of how EXCELLENT customer service can change your mind when you feel like youre going to have to go to battle to right a wrong.My parents contracted with PBC for a replacement shower. There were a couple of mistakes which resulted in the shower they brought to install being too big. A replacement was ordered, but it would take about 6-weeks. My parents decided to go in a different direction and canceled the entire project. They were told they would be charged a $2700 restocking fee. My parents spent much of the day yesterday trying to get this fee waived, as it was an error on the part of PBC.My mother called me today, quite upset. $2700 is a HUGE amount of money for them to lose. I told her that I would call and see if I could get the situation resolved. Now, I was a bit ticked off and felt like PBC was trying to pull one over on my elderly parents. I researched the law regarding restocking fees and discovered that in this instance, it would be illegal for PBC to charge them. I had an entire page of notes and I was ready to make my case.I called and was transferred to four different people who all patiently let me tell my side of the story and then transferred me to a person who could help me, and so on...These ladies that I talked with were very friendly and seemed to truly want to help me get this taken care of. The final transfer was to the GM who was out of the office, but I could leave a message.Honestly, I thought Id never hear from them again. To my surprise, at 4:45 on a Friday, the GM, Eban, called me. I didnt even have to explain the problem. He told me he knew exactly what the issue was and that charging a restocking fee was absolutely wrong in this situation. He apologized profusely and reassured me that my parents would receive a 100% refund. He then gave me his personal cell number and told me to give him a call if there were anymore problems. He was calm, polite, knowledgeable and really turned the whole situation into an experience where now my parents feel like VIPs! I expressed how difficult it is to see your elderly parents in a situation that appears as if theyre being taken advantage of. He agreed and expressed the same concerns for his parents. He was just a great guy and a pleasure to work with.

The folks who did the installation were pleasant, efficient and the work was well done. When they finished they cleaned up everything.

While the installation of my new shower was near perfect, I am only95% satisfied with the projects out come. The shower itself is beautiful but I am dealing with an access issue.

Brent and Dan were outstanding (5 stars). sure they were competent yet the most important qualities they demonstrated every day over the 5 days on the project were respectfulness in time, demeanor and our house; conscientiousness to quality and they asked us questions to involve us. The lower rating pertains to Pacific Baths a) lack of choice and b) project management approach when it comes to the glass portion. In a bathtub you only have 1-2 choices and as it turns out the only choice that worked for us is a model that is ultimately too skinny. A 32 tub would be fine except for the Archer model that has step downs that make the tub at the bottom too skinny. Just a bad design. And we really didnt have a choice nor realized the Archer model did this until after installation. As for project management: the refusal by Pacific Bath to bring the glass supplier in at all until the project is completely done is ridiculous. Waiting to make final measurements is perfectly valid. But to not have the glass supplier in before construction begins to discuss material options and most importantly supplier availability is just 100% wrong. As it turns out, the thickness we NEED and the style we REALLY WANT isnt available by Pacific Baths supplier. That leaves us as the customer (who paid a fortune by the way which is par for the course on bathroom remodel stuff) ultimately frustrated and at least a bit dissatisfied. Now we have to go out of our way to spend more time away from work looking at samples that are available with the hope we like something. And ultimately just delay the project completion.

Brent and Daniel, the installers, did their work with extreme care and precision. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess at all. The electrician and plumber also did their parts with great expertise and cleanliness. The end product looks great in our bathroom.The only complaint I have is that the appointment with the electrical inspector did not take place as I was told to expect. It seems that the permit was not done in a timely manner or that the city lost it. They could not find the permit when I called to inquire why the inspector never showed up. A word of advice: before the work begins at your home, make sure the necessary permits are accounted for. That will save you some grief and anxiety later on.Other than that one item, we are thrilled about the new walk-in tub.

Great experience all around - from the initial home visit to discuss options and develop the price quote, to scheduling and completing the actual installation (which was three weeks ahead of schedule!) we were totally satisfied with Pacific Bath. I wish I could tell you I love your tub but it’s been two weeks since the install and we still haven’t been able to use the tub. The door leaks water and the new part hasn’t been put in. Ask me how I like the tub after I’ve tried it.On a positive note, the installers did a good job. It wasn’t their fault the tub was defective.I have notice a problem with communication between the three area’s of salesman, scheduling, and installers.In a perfect world the salesman describes how smoothly everything will work. My mom had a walkiin tub installed by Pacific Bath Company. We were told by the salesman that after installation the bathroom would look like it did before. It did not. They had to take the door frame off and when they put it back, it wasnt lined up right Now we have to caulk and paint. The corner seams on the wall panels look bad. It doesnt look like it was done correctly. Very disappointed. The tub itself is great. Not a quality job for the amount of money she paid. The installers were very nice and professional. The finished product was not how the salesman painted it.

My experience with Pacific Bath/Kohler was excellent. I spoke with the salesman and signed the contract on December 3, 2019. The were back to do the work on December the 13th. They were courteous and considerate of my home, taking care not to harm the wood floors. When they discovered the original contractor had failed to put insulation in the outside wall behind the tub, they went to purchase some and installed it. The only additional cost to me was for the insulation. Similarly, it was discovered that the original contractor had shimmed the wall at the end of the tub because the room had been framed too wide for the tub. They took the time to correct that, straightening out a curve in the wall. He additionally sanded and textured that wall making it ready to repaint, all without additional cost to me. They were finished with the job in a timely manner as they stated they would be, leaving my home clean and improved with a beautiful new shower.

What we liked about Pacific Bath is the time involved. We have had remodels go on for months. Derek and Levi we professional and did a great job. We love our new bigger shower and new regular tub.

Pacific Bath installed our Kohler walk in shower much sooner than expected. The installers (Alex and his partner) showed up at 8am and didnt stop working until the shower install was finished, shortly after 7pm. They did an outstanding job. These guys are great.

Our demo and shower install was completed with no hitches. Joey and team were very competent and professional. We love our new shower. The whole project cost us $11,300 yet we never heard from our salesperson Jason. A bit disappointed that there was no follow up on his part. I guess I am old school. The construction team were fantastic and they really earned our respect. Jason did a great job of setting it all up along with Cindy at the office. Just would have liked a phone call or personal text to ask us how we are doing.

I’m leaving a review simply for a free consultation. I saw the ad in the paper for the new Koehler stone shower with $1 bar/organizer. When I called to arrange for a consult I asked if they could estimate cost before having anyone come out. They could not. The presentation was sloppy and confusing, although I was happy the guy came after work. It was hard to understand cost and he only left a pamphlet, no cost estimate other than his scribbled notes giving us an estimate of $14,000. This was for a 36x48 shower pan with door and plain white walls.For that kind of money I would expect it to be more professional.

December 2019We remodeled our tub/shower to a Kohler LuxStone Shower.We have theVeincut Dune & white combination. It is such a natural, calming color. We added a 9 inch shower locker in the side wall for shampoo..The shelves are adjustable and dishwasher safe. We also added the 24 “ barre shelf with the teak soap dish. The look is amazing. The crew was on time. Removed the old tub/ shower. The crew covered the wood floor and carpeting in the access area to prevent any dirt or dust from contacting it. Cleaned up the job site. It only took 2 days! The service was very professional.👍

I got a new walk in shower. It turned out so beautiful. It was a bit of a challenge as it is a manufactured home, so some things I ordered couldnt be put in either due to space & not strong enough to hold the teak bath bench. I am a very happy customer.

Scott Spooned was our installer along with another guy. They did a out standing job. They were very professional and our shower looks beautiful. They had clean drop cloths to put over my carpet to keep it clean. Scott really knew how we wanted our shower to function.

Had a shower installed and the work crew was very good and managed to stay on their timeline. Unfortunately, the salesman and administrative office needs improvement. We had to go over the sales contract at least a couple times due to his errors before we agreed to the contract. Additionally, after pointing out we were in Washington, he still gave us Oregon notices. (But I digress here).When we finally put a down payment, did the install and then made the final payment the next day (this time going over the contract on the phone with another worker to make sure we were good) we thought we were done. Well, yesterday, we got another new invoice emailed with incorrect information saying we owe more now. We called because it seemed the invoice emailed to us seemed suspicious/spam. When we called they now say they think we owe money but they now have to have an internal audit to see what happened since their numbers didnt correlate with our payments and contract amount we agreed to. Here we are 5 weeks later. We thought this was resolved and they are now coming back for more money? Buyer beware of the business practices. Glad I waited to review the product and business. Its unfortunate because the workers were actually quite good.
