Wong’s did an amazing job on our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They laser measured everything for us since we went with the 3cm (can’t be cut on sight). We only had 1 seam in our kitchen, and you can’t tell! Experience was great from start to end!

I got cabinets from these guys and had them come and install them and first of all I had a plug in my island and they didn’t ever cut a hole for it and also for the microwave they didn’t cut the hole for the microwave vent and they also didn’t build a box for the pipe for the microwave. I would not recommend them because I called them and when I ask why they didn’t get cut out all they said was that is extra charger that’s not in the bid.

Exact same experience as another reviewer. Went in to get a single piece, just needed it cut.Oh, Im sorry! I just dont have anyone that can cut?But you have someone who can cut AND then install?Well...yeah.Ridiculous.

We purchased granite kitchen counter tops and had Wongs install them. The customer service and the installation was absolutely excellent, AND AT A FRACTION OF THE COST OF ALL OTHERS!We will do more business with Wongs Building Supply in the future. Thanks Wongs!!!

Good prices and wonderful customer service. Purchased kitchen cabinetry and we were very happy with the quality of the cabinets and the EXCELLENT installation. They went the extra mile to cut and fit the pantry cabinets around the furnace duct chase at the kitchen wall which made such an huge improvement to the look of the kitchen. There were only 3 styles to choose from, but very worth the $$$.

I drive down McLoughlin Blvd. all the time, and I have always looked at the new Wongs Building Supply location and wanted to check it out. Well this summer my parents in Lake Oswego were interested in remodeling their kitchen, so I suggested they look at Wongs because of the huge yard of marble, granite, and quartz that they have. Well it turned out that Wongs had just what they were looking for (Snow White Quartz) and at an excellent price, they even cut it and installed it for a great price, and my parents were super happy with the work. This summer my parents also bought a bunch of oak flooring that we were going to install ourselves, but I thought that maybe we should call Wongs and see if they could do it, because they did such a good job on the kitchen counters (master craftsmanship), and it turns out they could and for a great price again. So as Wongs instructed, we opened the boxes and aired out the oak strips for a few days, then the guys from Wongs showed up and again did a fantastic job, doing detail work in the closets and replacing all the floor trim so well you couldnt see any holes or gaps where the boards connected, these guys are master craftsmen, plus there was almost zero waste and they did it in the time they said they would 2.25 days. My parents and I highly recommend Wongs Building Supply for the great work they did on our Snow White Quartz kitchen counter-tops and oak flooring installation this past Summer 2013.

We had them do a HUGE kitchen for us on the Southern Oregon Coast . We picked and marked every slab we wanted to purchase a couple weeks in advance so that there would be no surprises when the installers showed up at the house. Everything was EXACTLY as we had hoped. The installers did an absolutely amazing job. The seams are perfect, the hand rounded edges look great and the best part is they were literally HALF of our local granite place even with paying an axtra 1k for then to drive so far from PDX. Couldnt be happier with the while experience.

Just tried to buy a small piece of granite for a project and was turned away. They didnt want my business. They said they were too busy to cut it for us. Guess when Im ready to do my kitchen and 3 bathrooms Ill take my money elsewhere. I cant believe they turned away a customer. Weve always been treated well here. This experience has soured me on this place. Ill never go back or refer friends.

Great customer service and really like the product, but the installers made a few really amature mistakes that really screwed things up with my cabinet doors. I was able able to plan around the bad install, but it set me back a couple days, a couple bucks, and now i cant help from frequently staring at the messed up install.If I ever decided to use them again, i would be looking over their shoulder throughout the install.

This is the Wong place to buy if you want a professional job.I had to have them come back three times! First, a very poor installation. It took me calling and sending pictures, and waiting on hold, and being told they would call back, finally having to physically go to their location to get a response. They did finally correct the very poor install (thanks to my contractor telling them how to correct it). Bad corner seams, Chipped edges, backsplash had big gaps at the seams, and because the wall was not square, one part of the backsplash stuck out almost 1/2 inch from the wall, and then filled in with caulking! Really?......A fifth grader could have done a better job! If the install is not going to look good, PLEASE inform me so that I may address it.....Instead, they install, and expect you to be okay with it?Shortly after, It is discovered that they did not caulk it properly, and after they came back to fix that I find that they did not seal it, and when I called to have them come back out, they tried to convince me it had been sealed, and that light granite sometimes turns dark when wiped with a wet cloth. OMG!All three times they did come out to address the problem, but it took me hounding them. I will never do business with this company again. My time and sanity is worth more than their discount prices!

Very poor installation. Seams did not match. Bottom of back splash doesnt sit on counter top, the gaps are filled with caulk. We called about the seams and the same installer came and ground down the differences in hight but left huge ugly dull spots on the seams. We called about this and got the same guys who proceeded to spray lacquer on the seams trying to get a shine. Called again and keep being told that who we need to talk to is on the phone with a customer. Who do they think we are???? They dont even rate one star.Update: Wongs said they will fix it to our satisfaction. New crew came today and totally installed a new countertop. They did very tight seams-you can hardly see them. They installed a new backsplash with cutouts around the Windows - beautiful work Im now happy. Wish I didnt have the first problem, but at least Wongs was willing to make it right.

You wont beat their prices and they do good work but you must be very patient as far as communicating with them, phone does not always get answered, voice box always full, no response to email and such, hang in there and itll be worth it.
