Your search is over!I had a great experience with Huntwood in the Spring of 2020, and was fortunate enough to work with Vicki Caraccioli, who I came to realize, was a knock out super-star in the business.Two words: Cabinet Whisperer.First about Huntwood: I liked that their inventory is on line so you can really get a good idea of your options. Too many to choose? This is where the team steps up. I visited the showroom and found them all very personable and engaged. The product itself is well made, good quality and based on my research, l would peg them in the mid-price range. I chose cherry but no super fancy finishes and came in within budget. I also chose my own pulls—Huntwood was totally flexible. Drawers were well made and door hardware was solid.Vicki and her team effortlessly folded in with my General Contractor and she worked diligently to ensure delivery and installation were on done in a timely fashion. Nothing came damaged or in poor/sub par condition, and the installation went very smoothly; about one full day + about 3 hours. Follow up finishing work was done by Tony Kellar – a perfectionist who was completely invested in ensuring everything was just like I wanted it to be.Vicki - who in addition to having an extraordinary depth of knowledge was equally impressive with her breadth of industry acumen. She was available, responsive to my needs and (wait for it….) passionate! Find someone with passion for what they do and you have truly scored a winner, because *these people don’t work for just anyone* – they must believe in their product.I definitely scored with Vicky and Huntwood!

We had / are having a terrible experience with Huntwood. first of all, the finished product they install is nothing like their showroom. They advertise themselves as a custom cabinet maker, but the reality is they are semi-custom at best. their sub-contractor installer did a terrible job and it took over a month to get basic things like everything being straight and level so we could get our countertops installed. The sales rep / designer, Tony Little was very attentive prior to the sale but ultimately he misled us about several elements of what we would be getting. He has refused to take responsibility for the issues he created and refused to give us the contact information for his supervisor. weve tried calling their customer support, and were told someone would be in contact with us but that was over 3 weeks ago and we still dont have a resolution for the outstanding issueswe paid over 25,000 for custom cabinets and what weve ended up with is on par with the IKEA cabinets that we put in our rentals only Huntwoods cabinets cost double what we normally pay and our IKEA installation looks betterWe are devastated at the lack of quality and customer service from Huntwood. They required payment in full before the cabinets were even delivered and now are basically ignoring us. We are posting hoping someone is paying attention and we will finally get straight answers and our cabinets finishedI would recommend you go anywhere else if you need cabinets

We had the opportunity to work with Jeff and Clem at Huntwood and we were really pleased at the overall experience. Despite major technical issues that could have completely derailed our order, they were able to navigate it well and keep our project on track. Construction for commercial spaces is difficult (to say the least) to keep on budget and on timeline. Thankfully, these guys did their part to make it a great experience.Thank you, gentlemen. We had checked out the website and loved the cabinets but when we went into this showroom, we met Tony. He was rude, spoke to us like we were stupid and went with another company.

Vicki is a breath of fresh air. She brings a high level of professionalism along with amazing customer service to every job. She is an excellent listener, and my client’s pick up on that right away. During the installation process, there is another quality check with a “cabinet inspector”, (Tony) who does a fantastic job at making sure everything is just as it should be. I wish I would have known about Huntwood sooner, and you can be sure I will be calling Vicki for future projects!

We had a library / office installed. Met Vicki at the Home Show. She was fun to work with. She found a way to make our design fit out budget. She listened and understood everything we wanted. Tony did a very professional job of installing it. It looks great!

Its been a great experience working with Vicki, designing my new remodeled kitchen and baths. She is so willing to listen and hear what I want and show me how to accomplish all this in the small space I have in my condo. Her upbeat attitude also makes it a real pleasure to work with her. I’m a Kitchen + Bath Designer/Remodeler and have interviewed over 10 different cabinet companies, and worked with over 5, and “11” seems to be the “charm” Huntwood is by far the best. I guess it pays to “keep looking” Their showroom is gorgeous, and so easy to make selections. Our Sales Rep. Vicki is amazing – so knowledgeable, and her CAD drawings are top notch – BEST, I’ve seen EVER!!!! This makes the process so much easier - then along with fabulous installers Stan and Jason – and Tony – “Finishing Touch” Service Tech – they are such an awesome team! Thank You!

Clem guided us through the design and installation process for our custom cabinets in our custom built home. We really appreciated his personal attention to our project and making sure everything was perfect! This was our first experience building and we have been waiting a long time to build our forever home. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our Huntwood Cabinets. Our kitchen is the centerpiece of our home, and our cabinets look amazing! Thank you Clem for your attention to detail throughout the entire process!

Clem was patient and knowledgable and helpful. We had a very specific desire for our cabin and he helped us put together the most useful combination of cabinets and drawers for our small space. It turned out beautifully!

Literally the worst customer service. Took 4 visits over FOUR MONTHS to repair cabinetry including making us wait 2 months for a drawer they told our builder was on order only to finally show up and not have STILL. Missed work each time. Guy was here all day every time he was here and never completed all the work to this day. Very disappointing.EDITED FOR REPLY FROM COMPANYThanks for reply and happy to go back and get timeline, and builder has primary responsibility and has received its own rebuke from us. Still doesn’t explain how your tech shows up clueless yesterday about even needing to replace the drawer, goes back to warehouse to get it only to return at 7:30 pm to say it wasn’t there. This was also his 3rd time out to make repairs because they either weren’t all completed previously or weren’t done well, the 2nd time he came with someone else. Some of the work is done well, some is not.

Cabinets are always good quality, The sales staff in Portland are very helpful and spent as much time as we needed for us to feel comfortable with our selections. Thanks to Terri for all the help
