Cliff is great, very personable, does exactly what you request for the cut. His shop is also very nice with leather chairs, large flat panel TVs, great atmosphere. Probably the best barber shop in Portland.

Greg at Cliffs Barber Shop does a superb job. I personally hate getting haircuts, mostly because it always reminds me of the ever increasing amount of hair that is thinning on the top of my head. I told Greg what I was looking for along with my concerns and he made some recommendations on what I should have done. Im glad I took his advice, my hair looks great, blended everything well, the cut was beyond my expectations. I will certainly be coming back to Greg at Cliffs Barber Shop for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended!

Great haircuts, but dont seem to have a reliable system for booking appointments. This isnt hard- get online booking. Im having an easier time getting a COVID vaccine.

Great barber shop that actually listens to you when you tell them what you want. Unlike other places which listen and then do what they think you want these guys get to know you and they do a great job.

Cliff is the man. He gives great cuts, is more than accommodating and his shop is super chill and has good beer. Cliff did all the groomsmen cuts for our wedding and everyone was super happy and had a great time. He fit in a bunch of cuts and beard trims into a tight schedule too! We would highly recommend Cliff to anyone who wants a solid cut from a great barber ( and don’t bother trying the other Portland shops as they just don’t compare).

My partner has been going to Cliffs for a while. He went in for a trim and came back with the top long and the back very short. I understand with Covid they are trying to get people in, but the haircut was very poor for the price and seemed rushed. Going to another stylist to have it shaped at least until he can grow it back. Very disappointed.

Ive been looking for a good barber since Ive moved to Portland and Cliffs is it. Its a really cool spot. Old school barber with an edge. Dillon was great. Got my fade crispy. Will be going back.

So since I have moved from Texas I have had a hard time finding some one who can cut my hair the way I like. In steps Greg Mulllaney and I will no longer be looking for a new shop or barber. He knew exactly how to cut and shape my beard and its looks phenomenal the hair cut is one of the best I have gotten and the atmosphere at Cliffs is great. Greg was even attentive to my kids helping them find something on TV. In other words after finding this place you will look no further or wonder no more, thank you Greg and Cliffs!

These guys know their haircuts. The place was really nice and my barber was a really friendly dude. I would definitely recommend. Side note that it is on the pricier side for a barber shop. 25 for hair plus 5 for trimming the beard. This place is also cash only, though they do have an atm in the shop.

I am in Portland for a wedding and needed to get tightened up. I did not have an appointment, but they took care of me this morning. Cliffs is great full service barber shop. My only negative comment is that they are too far from my home. I wish they were located in MA closer to me.
