Worst haircut Ive ever gotten. I had to go to a different barbershop afterwards to get it fixed. Barbed named Chu Me should not be allowed to cut hair. She has no idea what the hell shes doing, shes not even worth 1 star.

Really, I know the :30 minute call in time. But two cutters one has to bounce back

Ive been using this shop for a number of years. Convenient location, with lots of talented haircutters, and good social distance and mask policies. Comp beverages and a friendly atmosphere make it a positive experience. Van cuts my hair (ask for her if you like), but all the operators are talented. Reasonable prices too.. Whats not to like.. 😊

I’ve been going here for about 4 years and almost everytime i loved the haircut i would get. but today i went in and got my haircut with someone i haven’t had my hair cut by before, but i still knew what i wanted. it was the terrible. my sides and back look good(only because the mistakes she made on it were pointed out) but now the top of my hair looks like it was butchered. too short, and not what i asked for. i’m never coming back and i truly hope something is done about the woman who cut my hair because until she actually learns what she’s doing she shouldn’t be there.

I just got a haircut here and, the sideburns were cut wayyy to high, but other than that, she didnt ask to many questions about what I wanted and didnt want, so I ended up unsatisfied, so if you really cant go anywhere else, then just make sure that your demanding about what you want and that you babysit them through it the whole time to make sure they dont mess anything up. Would not recommend.

This Barbershop is close to me and has convenient hours. But I never come out of there with the cut I want. This most recent visit I walked out looking like a senior Billy Idol. The cut was ridiculous. I went home and shaved the remaining hair to start over. Ill be looking for a new barber in three months when my hair grows back.

Im from out of town, but travel to the Portland area frequently for business.. Needed a last minute haircut and decided to try out the Barbers on a recommendation from a business associate. My Barber was Rachel. She instantly made me feel welcomed. With little direction, she nailed my cut. Will definitely be back whenever Im in the area and will be back to see Rachel. Definitely recommend

I’ve been very loyal to my good barbers/hairstylist, however, they often either move or something happens that they just seem like they don’t care. I have been here several times and have always received a great haircut! Their staff really makes you feel like you arent just another number on a list. Melissa really stands out as a friendly, professional, and skilled stylist. Dont hesitate to stop by, the wait is never long either.

I was coming here every few weeks because it was on my way home and I need my undercut shaved pretty regularly.The last time I was in, the lady I had never had before kept asking me if I had been in before. I told her twice that I had.She shaved my head with a 1 without asking me what I wanted- fine whatever, I didnt care.Im always charged $6 and I leave a $2 tip. I figure that $8 is MORE than fair to shave an inch and a half of my head.... when I got home I took my hair down and A LOT OF IT fell out.... she shaved off some of my LONG hair because she was casually shaving and did not hold down the long hair that was in a pony tail so she could SEE where she was shaving.Now... I have an uneven line on the back of my head and Ill have to lose more hair in order to straighten it out.I could tell she was irritated that I was coming in JUST to have that done, I should have just waited for someone else who had done my hair before.... Its really frustrating to need something very simple done and leave with a problem....like an uneven LINE in the back of your head.

Mary cut my hair and I was so impressed. We didnt talk much which is how I prefer it. I gave her such little direction. I said short on the sides and a little length on the top. By the time I had left I had the best haircut I have ever had. I am generally easy to please but honestly this haircut is something else. I am so happy with it and her. She is very focust, on point, friendly and really listens to what you want before just jumping into the hair cut without knowing any info. first. By the time we left, my sons hair looked amazing and he had a little more pep in his step. Im so thankful we found her!

The wait was super long I was the 3rd person on the list. It took 45 minutes with 5 stylists. A few of them took a super long time with one customer. Talking way too much. My sons hair turned out cute, so we were both happy about that!

Honestly, I just moved to OR and struggled to find a barber since my last guy of 20+ years back in AZ. Then I found Heather @ The Barbers on Scholls Ferry Rd. From the first cut, she took full attention to detail and cut my hair just as I asked and it was perfect. It took me a while to find Heather but if your reading my review I promise, you can’t go wrong with her. I used to live right down the street and now I’m 35+ miles and over an hour away in the Country and I still make sure to get to Heather for EVERY CUT. The Barbers have an absolute Gold Mine in Heather and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. To summarize, the Cut is perfect ever time, the shop is clean but most of all Heather is the reason I come back each month no matter the drive.

This has been my go-to barber shop since it opened 8+ yrs ago. Generally the customer experience has been very good. Ive gone to my current barber (Van) for about 2yrs now; She does a great job!

Just moved down from Seattle and picked this place based on location, availability, rating and reviews.I wasnt disappointed. Got excited what I asked for and Angie was very personable.With a straight razor neck shave, brief massage and a tip it was well worth the $25.Call ahead and the wait is reasonable as well.

Very friendly and Melissa is very attentive and does not rush through the H/C so you leave with exactly what you wanted and loving it.

A prompt and friendly greeting upon arrival. My stylist was extremely meticulous and did a great job taking her time to ensure that my haircut was perfect. The massage was an added bonus. I will definitely be going back to this establishment when I need another cut!

There is a hair person there who says no to everything you ask. I am sure its cause she is limited in what she can actually do. Everything I asked she said No, nope cant do that nope not that either. I was going to ask can you do anything at all. Bad customer service she never smiles she doesnt talk at all during the cut she is a robot!! Go somewhere else if you value your hair.

Melissa is awesome! We followed her here from a childrens salon a year or so ago. Even though she was hired here because she does great mens cuts, Melissa is also great with kids! Shes so amazing with my 3 year old son and 5 year old daughter that we drive to Schools Ferry from Tualatin.

Hands down wonderful place! They went above and beyond keeping my bouncy 5 year old boy distracted and happy (he dreads getting his hair cut). Speedy service with a nice clean cut & exactly what I asked for. Recommended for all and kids!

Great place to come! I always go to a different barbers but I was in the area for here and immediately I was greeted, everyone has a smile and they treat you so well. My haircut was perfect the way I asked and the wait wasn’t very long.

The haircut was great. Kristy the barber was personable and did a fine job on the haircut. Sports were on and the place was decked out in sports paraphernalia! The shampoo was decent and the neck shave was actually a welcomed addition. Overall great experience!

Twice Ive come here since they opened up, and twice Ive received an ok haircut. Not bad, but not really great. The staff is always friendly though, and the services with cut are awesome, but the haircuts are just a smidge above great clips. Perhaps its my hair, but I really think that a barber should have no problems with any kind of hair.

Great place to get a haircut. The person who cut my hair was Josh and he did a good job of following through on my requests. Nice that they have free sodas and popcorn while waiting and there are several TVs too.

I assumed it was going to be a run-of-the-mill place like Great Clips or Supercuts. Been away for the most part it is but they do cater to the needs of males. They offer you something to drink theres a flat screen TV with something to watch. But the reason I would rate this place so high is I found one hair stylist that does an exceptionally good job. When I go there theres often many people waiting for her. Her name is Amy.

Best cut in town

Decent place for a haircut, but the wait times can be horrendous here. Was told 30-40 min wait time when I called ahead and put my name on the list. I showed up about 20-25 min later and proceeded to wait another 90 minutes before getting a haircut. Do love the haircut it is 5 stars and I will be back, but I have to ding 1 star for the average wait times and another for the poor time estimate that cost me over an hour.

I came in without an appointment, and luckily they were able to get me seated. Chu took my limited notes and gave me exactly what I wanted, plus some tips on how to style my hair as to hide my receding hairline better Haha. The free sodas in the fridge was a nice addition after my haircut and massage from Chu. Overall, awesome environment and great quality cut. I will definitely recommend.

No appt necessary, I like to just drop in and within a few minutes they are ready to do a fantastic job cutting my hair. Van is the lady who I like to have give me a hair cut...always followed up by a neck and shoulder massage, a nice added touch!

It feels like sport clips without lockers and sports in the TV. Cut was ok, but the barber shop vibe isnt really there.

Very slow place to go to. I go to a barber for the experience of a barber. This is not a barber shop it is a hair salon. It is a joke calling themselves a barber shop. They spend to much time visiting with the customer and each other less time cutting hair. Will not be back to this place again very disappointed.

I hate getting my haircut. Im sort of an introvert, especially around the types of people who cut hair/live in the world of fashion. So being in a chair for ~10 minutes, with a complete stranger doctoring my scalp while judging my dandruff (because I dont shower until after the haircut) and trying to converse with me (usually in broken English, because I go to the cheap places), it can be excruciating. And I feel obliged to help out the fellow introverted tech-savvy people who check a place out on Google before going there by writing a review myself.This place is a welcoming step below the trendiness of Bishops, and a step above the experience youd get from Supercuts or Great Clips. Theres TVs above every station (usually playing sports), sinks at every station, and windows all around the facility, so theres plenty to help your eyes wander. My barber was nice, knowledgeable, and walked the hard line of being social without feeling too chatty. She also didnt pressure any sale on me, which is GREAT. I cant stress how many times Ive been to Bishops, had a fine social experience, only to have it all retroactively soured by the barber bluntly pushing a product to sell to me. There was none of that here.All in all, I really liked this place. Its exactly what I was looking for from a barber. Price-wise, it was about $5 more than what youd get at Supercuts or Great Clips, which I am willing to cough up to avoid the experience at either of those places.

I hate this time of the month, when you have to have a haircut, but at least these guys will make it easier. They are professionals and deserve the 5*.
