I went in for a pedicure and removal of gel polish the sir assumed I wanted the removal free and kept telling me its not free you know! seemed irritated to provide a service I was willingly paying for. smells awful to boot!!! stay away no I am not on drugs I asked for two services one a pedicure and two removal of gel polish on my hands. not that complicated and I certainly didnt want charity but your lack of English or people skills or both were evident and I will never go back.

First time getting my nail done here..

The people who work here are very nice but will just stand up and do something else when there in the middle of doing your nails, and the results of the nail were alright, but the nail polish is very bumpy and they didn’t file it right because i had just asked for simple full set and i asked them for coffin, and they didn’t even look good like they should have just took there time because i was the only one there at the time

Paris spa is a very nice comfort place to go and relax while having your nails or pedicure done . Will be returning.

After my first time coming here, I decided to come back to get my nails trimmed, not because these people are special or anything, but out of desperation because my nails got too long and I needed them painted again. So, my second time coming here, despite the fact that they were rough on my hands and cut the skin around my nails, the lady was rude and obnoxious. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on my nails (just simple art) and she obnoxiously repeated no and refused to do that design because she -according to her- didnt want to do it. Horrible overpriced place to get your nails or eyebrows done. Why go here when there are other nail salons in the area? Im never coming back here nor will I ever recommend these people to anyone. I guess its just so hard to be kind and gentle to the people who bring service to you. So embarrassing.

Bad customer service got my nails done 💅 not How i wanted them I want them glitter tips they do them so different n they charge so much my 1st time ever getting them done here ever again! N it looks like if a 5 year old did my nails

Horrible freaking place ! I went for a full set, the man who did mine was so rude to me, I asked for a French top and got a clear/glittery set. He also was so rough with my hands and slapped it down cause he couldnt get a nail to stay glued. Never going again. Sadly went home and cried to my husband ! I dont think it deserves any stars but in order to post I have to add at least one ..

TERRIBLE.Went there the lady told me they were closing to go tomorrow and I didI walked in and told herYou told me to come today (mind you she was doing someone else’s nails) she tells her husband or whatever he is from her to get me started you can tell in the tone of voice he said no . So she tells me you need to book and appointment we don’t do walk ins like what????
