First time coming here. The salon has a comfortable atmosphere. And Emily done a great job on my nails. I had tried other salons but this place has done the best of my nails. Good job guys!!

Worst place I ve ever been to. From the time I walk in, the staff looked me up & down, mind you I am Hispanic.Told me it would be 2 hour wait, if I wanted to stay. I told her I wanted an acrylic/ gel fill & my toes done. She then proceeded to help another customer get a pedi. Mind you I had read the posted reviews & wanted to give them a chance since I drove from Exeter, NEVER AGAIN..WORST PLACE

Went in for a fill and was told the wait would be 30 minutes. I waited 45 and a customer who came after me went before me. My wait was an 1 & 15. After patiently waiting the woman who was there when I walked in looked at my nails and said I needed to soak them off which would add another hr to the service. I couldn’t stay because of work. I was upset the communication was so bad! The people who run it are educated, they didn’t seem like they cared or wanted the business. I will never go back as long as they are the owners.

I went to nt, the girl up front said it would take 30 minutes, and it ended up being over a hour wait, my pedicure was ok but the gel nails look horrible.

I love coming here. Good staff! Service is slow due to covid requirements but they try their hardest to get you in right away.

Nails always come out great! Only issue is having to be told “can you come by in an hour or 2” or “Can you come back tomorrow” which is kind of annoying because I’m a mother so it’s hard to find a sitter while I head out to their salon to try to get my nails done. Other then that they do a great job on my nails.

Waited a while but expected because of covid19, they did a beautiful job, my favorite place to get my mani and pedi done 🥰

Very nice with there customers and very clean place very satisfied.

They are okay. Sometimes it gets too busy and it can take over an hour to be seated but once they start on you they are pretty fast and nails come out looking good. Ive notice that they never require you to wash your hands and some of their sanitation procedures dont get followed.

Went in for a fill and trim. Nope! My nails looked worse coming out than when I went in. They wanted 40 to soak off their nail tech mistake and fix it. Bull! And while we arw on the buisness lets talk cleanliness. A squshed roach on the floor? Really classy

This time I was very satisfiedFast, clean service .the guy that did my nails took his time and did my nails exactly the way u wanted, as to last time I paid total of 55 for nails that popped off within a week had to go back then more popped off the next week .They didnt even offer me a discount for the inconvenience of having to come back and nails not staying onBut other than that service was good .Ive been going to NT nails for over 8yrs

Its always a good place to get a manicureTook my babygirl shes 10 prices are ridiculous for kids they should have a discount for a certain age and maybe more mothers would go..and didnt like getting my nails done the way I wanted I showed them a picture too thier just so busy trying to rush not cool at all..

My sister and I always come here when we need our nails done! She passed out in the store once and both of our nail ladies followed us to the car to make sure she got better, really genuine and nice people!

This place looked nice, however my grandmother and my nails chiped off the next day and all we did was dishes. I am very disappointed and will not be going back.

Iwas told it would be a 45min wait I waited well over 2 hours, was not impressed with the nail job, but I didnt hate it neither I will not be going back

First time at NT Nails and boy was I impressed. Everyone was busy catering to their clients but acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the door. Fabulous massage chairs, good job on gel manicure and pedicure. Will definitely be back 👍👍👍

The lady who did my nails didnt do a good job . Her name was Jackie . Only a few people do good nails. When I asked her to fix she had two other people come look at my nails ! Why couldnt she just fix them why make a big deal about it ? 🙄 Also I was there drying my nails for an hour and the would not dry because she put so much nail polish . (I even had one of my nails smudged because they said it was ok to leave they where dry enough ). And my nails where not evenly filed Down so they are clumpy . If you go here make sure you know who does good nail other wise they will send you to just anyone and they may not may not do a good job

I wasnt really impressed with this salon. It is set up nicely and theyre open on Sunday, which is why we went. But theres a long wait, although they have an impressive amount of nail and pedicure stations.

They do good nails but they lag big time. They will tell you 30 minutes but you will wait 2 hours! Also the nails break super easy

I chipped a nail and Nick was able to get me in and out of the salon in less than 20 minutes! And since Im a regular customer it was on the house! So awesome! I appreciate all your services!!

Went in for a pedi and mani hubby and I for our 25th anniversary. Walked out with a $147 bill and not happy with cheap clear coat

Like coming here with my kids. Its very relaxing, & most staff is nice. Didnt give a 5* cause some of the staff makes you feel like you like they are rushing you out the door, some staff doesnt even talk to you, then some of them get upset when you ask for another coat of polish, completely cover your nail, shorten nails, etc. Plus the young lady that assigns seating seems very overwhelmed & tends to tell me I need to pull cash out of the atm to pay...

Pretty good. Some of the nails are kind of uneven and they’re kind of flat but other than that they look nice. The person that did my nails was careful and made sure they knew what I wanted.

Many visits to NT Nails over the last five to eight years, mostly pedicure and manicures. In the past, I had gotten sets of acrylic nails, but since I have had Gel Nails, then thats what I choose. Most of the time, the nail service was excellent, and maybe only 2-3 times the technique and quality was poor. Usually, hardly any wait time. I try to go in the morning, before they get very busy. Only one time I was told I had a 15 minute wait, then 20-25 minutes later, I was told I had 15-20 wait AGAIN. I left only to come back another day, in the morning. Based on what I stated about the numerous services, then maybe I should say five stars. Therefore, I changed up from four stars. By the way, everyone working there has always be nice!

I’ve been a patron of NT Nails for about a year now. I changed over to them because I was allergic to the acrylic product used by my last nail salon..I thought it was their product I was allergic to come to find out I am allergic to all acrylic products. The employees that would work on my hands suggested I try their dipping powder with gel... OMGOODNESS what a difference that made...my hands do not hurt any more my fingers do not blister up either nor are they bright red and they do not look like I burnt them. I love that I do not have to have tips and acrylic any more I have my own nails and the dipping powder and gel makes my own nails stronger.

I am here at the salon getting polish on my fingernails and toe nails. My tech is doing an excellent job and is very attentive, but that’s not why I am writing this review. I witnessed a disabled patron come into this salon and the staff was amazing. 3 staff members paused what they were doing to help this patron to their seat. They were all very attentative and seemed to make the patron feel happy and comfortable. Way to go!! I’ll come back for sure.

This place is so very clean and very fast service. I have been going to them for 2 months now and they do an amazing job everytime. My daughter gets her nails painted when i go and they always make her feel special and imporant. I wont go anywhere else!

I just got gel polish with a manicure a couple of my nails cracked the next day and overall the whole end product is awful it looks like my 7 year old did it . Not worth te $29 plus tip i paid. By the third day they were peeling off

Best pedicure ever!

The receptionist was super kind and welcoming! It was so busy I was about to walk out and go back another day, but she greeted me and welcomed me in. She told me to sit right away and I was there for no more than 45 minutes. Got gel polish, was very happy with the outcome. The only bad part was that the nail tech that was doing my nails kept taking deep breaths like he was frustrated, looking around at everyone walking in, and he just looked super miserable. It made me feel unwelcome, and uncomfortable. Over all it was a okay/good experience.

I’m debating weather or not to get a new set here. I’ve never gone here and the mixed reviews make it complicated. Especially because some say they are sloppy and charge for gel with just regular polish. I have a 30$ budget. And I don’t expect a lot. Just want a short set with regular polish. What should I do?

Got a pedi and full set for $86! NOT WORTH IT!!!! The lady I got was rude AF, was sloppy with my nails!! Every time I pointed something out with my nails, she kept telling me there’s nothing wrong with my nails. Which is dumb AF, if I’m spending my money here I want good service!! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!! Spreading the word!! NOT WORTH IT

If I could I would give 0 reviews. I went in for GEL nails on my NATURAL nails and somehow came out with an infection that required medical attention. Ladies please go somewhere else & save yourself the pain.

I got the old man, and he is a nice man. But his work on my nails was horrible. He tried charging me for gel nails when I only got regular nail polish. He mad me bleed twice and continued to work. And he did not shape then as I wanted, I wanted stiletto nails (I even showed him a picture as an example). But he made them almond shaped. I will not be giving them my business again.

Got us taken care of right away, and did an ok job, but when did the prices go up? Geez. Went to another salon in Visalia (on my lunch) and I was charged $25 less for the same package. 😒

I have been there 3 times, the first time they did a great job on my fill, second time it was terrible I got them redone a week later. The third time I went I was hoping to have a great experience like the first time, I ended up getting the same guy I got the second time. He rushed everything, my nails were so bumpy and crooked. I was so disappointed. Im never going back.
