Good company, great process, informative, and the technician (Adam) was very professional. A notification is sent 15 mins prior letting us know the technician will arrive shortly. Adam then took care of our mini-split inverter unit that wasnt working and now its blowing cool air. My hot wife is now cool and happy.
Jessica has always been very professional, friendly, & goes above and beyond for her customers. We needed a new A/C company to come out & handle what a previous A/C company did poorly, & Adam came through. He is very knowledgeable & got us up & cooling down in no time. Anytime anyone asks who we recommend for A/C, we always say Air Tech.
This company is a joke! They give undeliverable time frames (suggestion....call customer and update dont wait for customer to call you). They send out unqualified technicians. In my case cant fix ac, the thermostat, nor dx a simple low coolant level. They charge full price for services they say they have performed which they had not. I requested call from owner and have heard nothing back. Lastly technician told us specific work was needed and found out that it was not needed at all. Save your money and time and go with someone else!
I tried to get a quote from this company for a whole house generator. I never got the point where I had them do work for me because their office staff was SO unprofessional I felt any trust I would place with the company would be a mistake.There are LOTS of choices, we choose to deal with people we see as competent.
Tried using this company to clean out my dryer vent, scheduled an appointment which was confirmed via phone and email days prior. Left work to be home for the 10-12 appointment time. At 10:03 I receive a text that my technician is en route. After over an hour of no one showing up I called only to be told that the technician did not have the necessary equipment on his van and my appointment would have to be rescheduled. Would have been fine if I would have been notified at 1000am not a hour and a half after my appointment and by me calling them!
Had new ac unit and air handler installed. Very smooth process from estimate to install to final inspection. Nick and crew were all professional, and did a good job. We are very happy.
Today Air Tech sent one of their Technicians, Max, to my home to perform the initial maintenance on my new maintenance contract with them. Max arrived in a timely manner, he was very personable, knowledgeable, thorough. He explained each step of the procedure prior to performing the procedure in detail. I was very satisfied with the work performed and look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you Air Tech!
Went on the ladder and he could see lots of water in the Air Handler pan with evidence that it was leaking everywhere. We called Air Tech Inc that morning, who installed the unit in the first place. License # CAC1816406 & EC13006654. A few hours later Chris from Air tech came out, this was the afternoon of Sunday, July 1, 2018. He found the pump which pumps out condensation and extra water from the handler pan both switches were burnt out. He replaced the pump switch and the switch that turns the unit off if there’s too much water. Also, we noticed that the wires were submerged in the pan full of water (See photos air tech wires in water 1 & 2). My husband suggested that they shorted it out. Chris removed excess water from the area, then moved the wires outside the water pan area (See photos wires out of the water 1 & 2), and replaced both switches. Once he did this, he told John my husband that he had to have George come out tomorrow. Chris, then, left in a hurry and never bothered to fill out the work order as to what he did that day. He was there for 2.5 hours, but left no receipt. At this time the pump worked perfect on air handler and was discharging water out the drain just like it should have been doing. Wasn’t sure why someone else would need to come out.(Note: photo 3 air handler repair receipt). This receipt is dated July 1st, but signed by George on the following day, July 2nd. George basically said it was our fault due to lack of maintenance and he states that he (George) cleared the drain pipe. But it was already working fine since Chris came over the day before. After George came, I spoke with Jessica in the office and stated that it was a faulty install and Chris knew it and fixed it by taking wires out of the water and changing the two switches, but nowhere on their receipt did it say these things were done (see copy of repair receipt). I asked Jessica for a copy of the July 1st invoice, when Chris did the work and she said would try to get it to us, but she never bothered. She stated at that time it was our fault and that they will not cover the damages. We texted Chris as we had his cell phone number and asked him for a receipt and never received either from him, the company, or Jessica (No invoice from July 1 work). Also, when speaking with her I asked for the owner Arthur Gagnon, she stated he was out of town, and that she made the decision to not cover the damages that were caused by the failing switches.Air tech did a disservice and made a mistake upon putting in this handler, and in doing so caused much damage, but refused to take responsibility for their actions. We would like the state contractor’s board to know and see if you can help us collect what is due because of their negligence and poor installation. Also, if you look at the photo ( 2 air handler install of unit receipt), we believe, it has Chris name as the installer in the first place. We believe that he realized it was wrong and fixed it correctly, but didnt want the company to have to pay for the damage. Why wouldn’t they have given us an invoice on the first day of the repairs done by Chris? Also, even after asking for the receipt, they still wouldnt give one. They never put that he did the repairs at all because they knew they were at fault or would have put the repairs on the receipt. Also, the pump worked fine after Chris left on Sunday. George did no repairs, although he said he fixed the drain in a better way, but that was it, and he claimed the drain was clogged, yet there was no evidence outside the drain that anything had plugged it up and was already working fine when he got there. The thing is Chris never touched the drain pipe, he only changed the switches and the wires, but none of that is on the invoice.They are lying and deceiving customers
They installed our AC 2 years ago and have done a great job of customer satisfaction. No issues with the AC or the install but we had some defective parts issues with our add on equipment. Jack was quick to get it remedied and had his guys there when he said he would. We even had a 2 year old UV bulb go out and he had his team install a new uv Set up at no charge. Thanks guys. PS. Highly recommend their main tenancy plan. 90 per month to maintain your system and no service charge if they come out for repairs

Terrible communication. Our unit stopped working and my husband clearly told the gentleman on the phone what was going on. The gentleman told him that there wouldnt be a charge as the unit is barely 6 months old and someone from their company was just out to service it the month prior. The service tech who came for the service was very rude and argumentative when the amount due was presented to us and then questioned as we were told there would be no charge. Not professional. Our home is new construction and less than a year old and we have had to call them out on several occasions now with issues. I do not recommend.
Whenever I call them they are pleasant and accommodating. The Techs that come over have always been professional courteous and knowledgeable. They explained things to my wife and I so we could understand without talking down to us. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them at all.
Top notch company!!! Great with communication, quality work and reasonable with pricing. I have always had AC issues and this is the first time I felt confident that I was not being taken advantage of. Chris was the model of professionalism and really knew his stuff. This company cares and people like Chris who take the time to explain the problem and provide a solution is proof.

Air Tech installed a new air handler for us about 2 years ago, have had no issues and was very pleased with the prompt diagnosis and service. Their electrical department will be installing some new outlets for us this week. Always have and always will recommend Air Tech!!!

We called for service in the morning. Our A/C unit was not cooling down the house. They were here within the hour. He was unable to find the leak. He recharged the unit and said he will return in a week to check it again. If it still is loosing oil they will replace the whole unit. Our Tech was very helpful and informative. I was very pleased with the service and highly recomend them.

They inspected my a/c unit and intake when I purchased my home. Were very honest and reasonable and actually ended up charging me less than their initial quote for some minor repairs to my aging air handler unit (15 years old). Fast forward six months later and I have a leak for an unrelated problem. It was getting warm and my wife is pregnant, which I explained over the phone, and in about 30 minutes I had Chris, who initially inspected my house six months ago, arrive at my front door. I called at 10 pm on Friday night so them getting to me so quickly was well above and beyond what I expected. Really fantastic customer service and not only did he fix my issue but he lugged his shop vac up and down the attic stairs multiple times draining excess water and making sure everything was at it should be. So thank you Chris and your company from me, my wife and our coming soon son/daughter.
Received a phone call from Air Technicians with the offer to do a free maintenance inspection of our system being that our first year anniversary in our new home was about to be reached.Called our builder to legitimize the call who said that it was SOP. Quite surprised at that as I didn’t recall that being ever being mentioned to us, but hey ! that’s a good thing.A few days passed and I received a text with a confirmation of the maintenance date, time and techs name.About a half hour prior to the scheduled appointment I receive another text with the message that said the tech was in route.Kevin shows up on time as scheduled, does his thing which appeared to be very thorough, explained the nature of his maintenance routine and made mention of the benefits of routine maintenance and the services AirTechnicians offers...with no hard sell whatsoever.Received follow up calls from their office to confirm our satisfaction.I would highly recommend AirTechnicians based on the professionalism exhibited for this visit.I will enter into a service agreement with them and will expect more of the same.Thanks AirTechnicians.Thanks Kevin.

I had used a few previous air conditioning companies before I was fortunate to use Air Tech They are the best, knowledgeable, personable, on time and most of all fair. I cannot recommend them highly enough...you will be so glad if you choose to use them over any other company.
Air technicians replaced my air conditioner and relocated it to the other side of the house. The technicians were very professional, explained the system to me and answered all my questions. When they were done they cleaned up and asked me it everything was to my approval. November 8th I am updating my review because I am very frustrated with air tech. In July I called the office for a quote on a new system and new venting. I was told because of the weather and heat i if I could wait until October or November for the venting that would be the best option financially. I agreed I certainly did not want those men working in a hot attic. So I have continually called to set up my appointment for the venting and even had Dennis over to see what was needed. I was told he would get back to me well that was a month ago. I called on Monday I was told Dennis was off but he would return my call. Yup its Friday and no call. I am a little concerned if I have aproblem with my system how long and how many phone calls will it take before they come. I never had this issue with Tri Country.
They replaced our AC recently and did a great job. We would highly recommend them.
