Unfriendly after-hours staff who answer the phones. Maybe I’m just too used to Midwesterner nice, but jeez. It says on google they are open until 9pm. If you call after 4pm you must be sent to an answering service? I had a simple question, it’s 5:30pm… and was met with “call back during normal business hours, I have no idea.” then the line clicked.

I was in Florida from Colorado visiting my mother. When her AC went out. We called Jamie Simpson came out inspected. Found out we needed a whole new unit. He walked us though the Why? How? And the end. We got a new unit installed and it was the best choice. They dont just sell to you they find the best soultions and help you though it. With easy options if you dont have the money. All an all they did a great job. 👍

Our air went out around 10pm Wednesday night, we had another company come out and confirm that our system needed to be replaced. That night we were quoted $10,000-11,000, this scared us as we have 4 children and no where near that in our bank accounts. The next morning I started looking for a second opinions when i found Dales in my Google search. I called early morning and spoke to Waylon, he listened to my concerns and was at my home within an hour or two. After looking over my system he was extremely shocked at the quote I was given and then gave us his price of a little over $5,000. This was still impossible cash wise as this was unexpected. However Waylon got me into the direction of a financing company as well as helped me with what I needed to get approved QUICKLY. Then scheduled me for the very next morning which is today Friday. The guys were on time and ready to go. It was a LONG day but they were able to get 99% of the job completed and WE HAD AIR AGAIN. Understandably they rescheduled a add on for another day as they didnt leave until around 7pm. With 4 children this was a blessing after 2 days of no ac. The guys answered any questions I asked and were friendly. I couldnt be happier and have already recommended their company to others and will continue to do so.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 10 stars!!

My old unit had gone out on a Friday night and I woke up to a warm house on Saturday. I called them and asked to schedule a replacement, my unit was way past due and I had been planning on replacing it with a high efficiency one, I was just hoping to make it to winter. They came out within half an hour, he got it running again for free because he didnt want me to be without AC all weekend and scheduled my replacement for the following Monday. Just FYI, it was the starting capacitor that had gone bad and he gave me a new one to keep my 25 year old unit working. Since my situation was kind of an emergency, I didnt shop around instead I had gone with a referral from my parents who had been in a similar situation the year before and had gotten a referral for Dales from a friend who had done the legwork to find the best deal. Considering not just the extremely fair price but also the insanely quick response and the free service call on my old unit, Id say that they were the best experience that I could have hoped for.

On a Friday afternoon-of course-our air conditioning went out. When we called for service, Waylon offered to add us on that night or first thing the following morning. We opted for the morning but really appreciated the offer. He came out on Saturday and, within a couple of hours, had the house cooling down again with a temporary repair that held us over comfortably until our new unit was installed on Tuesday. The technicians who did the installation were great and we couldn’t be happier with everything! Dale’s has been our go-to for our AC needs and although I hope we don’t need anything anytime soon, they will be who we call! Thanks again!

Waylan serviced my system on 12/8/2020. He was on time, which is important, courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Hired Dales because my air conditioner was not running efficiently. It would sometimes go up to 87 degrees and the humidity up to 75 % in the house. The technician came over and took a couple of temperatures on the indoor unit and the outside unit and hosed down the coils, then told me my unit was too old to repair and I needed a new unit. I asked how old he though it was and he said about 10 years old. I told him I couldnt afford a new unit so he charged me $60 for servicing the unit and left. Today, I call Temperature Patrol and when Jeremy came out he checked the unit and told me it was only 3 years old and even showed me on the unit how to find how old the unit was. He also said I had a clogged drain and the other technician should have at least found that and fixed it. Also, my unit only needed to be charged. He recharged the unit which had a sealer and dye in it and only charged me $385 for everything. He also said he would come out again if my unit was still leaking and find the leak, since the dye would show if there was any more that didnt seal, for no charge.Since this review, the owner called to ask me about my experience. He listened to what I had to say offered to come by. He checked my unit and verified it was only 3 years old instead of the 10 years his technician told me and he gave me my money back. John was a very nice man and very sympathetic. I will not hold anything against Dales Air Conditioning and Heating. John did the right thing by following up on my previous complaint. Very happy.

Today I called Dales air conditioning and heating service because my AC stopped working. I was able to set up an appointment the same day and have my unit repaired in the afternoon. The crew was amazing and had the unit up and running in no time. I am so glad that I called Dales and well use them for all of my AC and heating needs.

Everyone at Dales A/C are such great folks to deal with. They are family owned and operated and always deliver what they promise! They have taken care of our a/c needs for several years now and I would not go anywhere else! Waylon and his team are pros at what they do. I could not be any happier with the service they have given me.

Asked them to check AC - was charged for things that I did not give the OK for - therefore, was unable to get a second opinion due to the fact that so much money was already put into the AC

When we moved to this area 7 yrs ago our AC went out within the first several months. Being new to the area we didnt know who to call. After reading reviews we picked Dales. It was the best decision ever! They are personal and very professional. 3 weeks ago I suffered the tragic loss of my husband. Of course 3 days later I had AC problems with 12 family members coming in. Travis was so sympathetic and responsive to my situation. They had a wonderful tech, Walyn here the next day. He had been here before and knew my husband and the system. He had me up and running the next day. I had know idea the system was under warranty. Not only did he fix the broken compressor but checked EVERYTHING and found some soon to be issues. He took care of everything! Now I know its in excellent condition and will have no worries for a long time. The price was so unexpectedly low. When our 30-year-old HVAC couldnt keep up, we called Dales (as usual) for service. Because of its age and because we were adding on, we decided to replace it with a new and larger unit. Dales not only came within days and did the installation in one day, but they came back and ran the ductwork for the new rooms. I definitely recommend them and their work.

Over the years I have had to deal with many contractors, but dont recall working with any as accommodating as Dales.I picked Dales after receiving quotes from other recommended AC contractors in the area who I know work to very high standards butDales came in slightly under what I had budgeted for so I chose them.What none of us knew is that we would run into unforeseen problems from a previous installation and electrical issues. Dales had to relocate the AC unit, completely rework the ductwork, rework and tailor fit the already completed shroud, which included several trips back and forth to the shop to have additional metal components fabricated.Though what turned out to be a very challenging installation over several days they stuck to their quote and didnt leave until I was completely satisfied with the installation. I had Dales Air conditioning for my Air not only are they the Best yesterday I called them my Air was not working his son in law came out checked everything only to tell me I was not getting 220 in to my house called FPL they came out later on the way out this young man told me no charge call us any time I will be out to help you i cant tell you how wonderful it was for a company to treat you like Thank you your company is the best

Had a sales guy come out to give me an estimate to clean my ducts. I thought I had a mold issue and was told someone would have to take a look. I did have to reschedule the appointment but did call in so no one made a wasted trip.Two guys show up at our house and did climb up the in the garage and take off the side panel of the air handler.They said yup you have the worst, black mold and your coils are black. They proceed to tell my wife to take a picture of the flyer below for prices but they could not leave a quote because they had no more tickets to write up. They were there at most ten minutes.So the purpose of the call was for them to come and count how many ducts and returns we had to figure out a price. The below sheet does not look customized at all and seems to be a set price for any size home.So I called another company out to get a second estimate. He spent and hour and went through the entire system and then called me to go through what he found.He said honestly your ducts are in no need of cleaning and you have no evidence of mold. He said he could not believe how clean the coils were for a ten year old system. He made a few recommendations and told us to not waste our money at this time.I am leaving a positive review on the other AC companies page now as they have MANY.Watch out for Dales....not very honest practices.

Just witnessed a company van intentionally run over a turtle, the driver swerved out of their way specifically to strike the animal while it was crossing the road. What kind of sick weirdo does something like that? Not one I’d trust in my house or around my kids, that’s for sure!Update- The owner called and claimed that the van I saw was in the repair shop, and must have been driven by one of their guys. I called the repair shop and they stated that the vehicle in question can not be driven at all. Somebody’s lying through their teeth...

Horrible customer service from the techs that showed up, not only were they late. They gave me an extremely inflated price and gave no short term solutions, while I have a 2 year old just gave me a 3200 dollar fix or 5800 dollar replacement. I called another company who came out and lo and behold it needed a new switch and capacitor and ran fine. They only want to sell new units from my experience

We are currently renting a condo in Lake Suzy and the air conditioner suddenly broke. We contacted Dales Conditioning and Heating and they came over that same day, accessed the situation and then returned the next day and installed a entire new system. The technicians were polite, professional and very efficient. The new system was up and running in no time and they left the condo spotless. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
