In the last week my Air Conditioner blew up. I was in need of a whole new unit. 4 Seasons Air really went above and beyond to get my home comfortable. Their team is pure perfection, they were professional, kind, respectful and a down right joy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. If you find yourself in a position where you need a AC repair or a whole new unit then this is the company you should call.

This company (4 Seasons) was listed as the maintenance on the AC System when I bought the house a year ago. So far, theyve been great! I had a few companies come out and look at the system to get an idea of what maintenance was needed and the folks at 4 Seasons were the only repair people that didnt try to sell me a new system. Sure they said, it will need to be replaced in the next few years, but they assured me they could service it without any trouble. And they have. Perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend 4 Seasons to all homeowners. Honest, competent, what more can I say?

Great service a little pricey

Tyler showed up right on time and explained that he was going to inspect the AC install and complete the newly fabricated shroud that connects and seals the outside unit to the home. It usually takes him about 20 minutes to complete the connection. Well, after reviewing the side of the house where it had been dented in by a neighbors golf cart hitting the previous AC unit, Tyler figured out a way to repair the dent and refabricate the shroud to complete a secure and sealed connection of the AC unit. He was there for over an hour and it was well worth the wait. Kudos to Tyler for being such a great problem solver!

4 Seasons is a great company to work with. We’re lucky to have found them since we’re fairly new to Florida. We highly recommend them!

Three year old Carrier heat pump EVAP coil freezing up. Got a quote from the company that originally installed the unit. Parts covered under warranty but labor was quoted at $2,150.00. I asked why so high and was told company policy prevented them from speaking about their labor rate with customers. Seriously ?? Called 4 Seasons and explained the issue. Short hold and Alexis was on the phone. She asked me what I thought the charge should be. I said, two guys half a day and recharge system, at worst about $1250. Alexis said no, it will be less than that. In the end it was fixed with one guy in three hours and total charge for two visits $890. Pays to shop folks.

We are extremely grateful to Val and all the folks at 4 Seasons. Whenever there has been the slightest problem, they come so quickly. The repairmen have been professional and always left the property and work area as they found it. I have recommended 4 Seasons to friends and they are as happy with the exceptional service as we are. They follow covid protocol and social distancing. You will not be disappointed with 4 Seasons.

My wife and I have had an annual contract for service with Four Seasons for 3 years. Over that time we have had two problems with the AC. Both times Four Seasons were accommodating in getting to me for the repair. The work was professional and complete. Their service people have always been friendly and willing to answer questions. One of the worst and strangest experiences of my consumer “career”. Called to get my new AC fixed (new AC was installed 4 months ago by a different vendor). The new AC kept leaking, we finally discovered by ourselves that the issue was a cracked fiberglass plate. Previous vendor has not been answering my calls, so after doing some research (Google reviews looked good) I called 4 Seasons. Boy, was I in for a Friday “surprise”. 4 Seasons politely took my information and told me that a customer care specialist will call me as soon as possible. A few minutes later Alexis from 4 Seasons called me back, and immediately proceeded to notify me that my AC issues are between me and the previous vendor, that they are not going to get in between us and that ..... I need to learn how to keep windows in my house closed! Alexis was rude and even raised her voice. I tried to intercede and to explain that all the windows in my house are indeed always closed and that the AC is leaking because the fiberglass plate under coils has a huge crack and that my AC is leaking all over the floor (for a few months by now) and that I need to have the cracked plate replaced. I told her that I do not care to go back to my previous vendor and I would happily pay for 4 Season’s services, I just want the issue to be fixed (it has been a few months of back and forth with previous vendor while AC kept leaking). Alexis proceeded to yell at me telling me that these plates do not crack and it is not true that AC is leaking and that I need to keep my windows closed and that I am free to go to my previous vendor. At that point it was obvious to me that 4 Seasons are clearly not interested in fixing people’s ACs or acquiring new customers so I hung up. I finally was able to make my old vendor replace the cracked plate (had to call him from another line, so that he would not recognize my number and actually answer my call). Now will need to find a new company to maintain my AC in 6 months once it is due for service. I’m not going to write any review from my previous AC vendor - going to give him a benefit of the doubt (after all, he was good to me for quite a few years until this debacle), so will just walk away. But 4 Seasons.... seriously? What was that all about? Hope you read this and address your customer service shortcomings. And please do not advise customers with leaking and broken ACs to keep their windows closed. Common! There is absolutely no need to be mean and disrespectful to people.

I’ve had 4Seasons do maintenance on my A/C unit for many years. When it came time to replace, I reached out to them for estimates. They were extremely professional and provided many options to choose from. Installation day came and I could not have been more pleased. My installers, Van and Shi, were friendly, knowledgeable and had the new unit installed in a short period of time. They explained all to me, cleaned up after themselves and I was thrilled with the success of the installation. 4Seasons is an awesome company providing excellent service with knowledgeable employees.

They wouldn’t look at my ac unit because my husbands company truck was in the driveway and it says plumbing, heating and cooling on it. My husband is a plumber not a ac guy. I tried to flag the service tech down but he whipped out of my driveway and peeled out! So crazy!! I then called the office and the lady that answered was the rudest, nastiest individual I have ever spoke too! She was so unprofessional I can’t believe I was treated in this manner. Zero stars from us. I’m livid!! She needs to take a course on customer service skills.

My husband and I have had service from 4 Seasons Air Conditioning since we moved to FL. in 2018. We have always requested Brandon since our first service call request. He is very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable.Our service includes their annual maintenance plan which is very reasonable including their quick response to our A/C problems. Which were many.As of yesterday 7/6/20, we had a new A/C unit installed due to many problems with our 11 year old unit. Shy and Van were on time as promised by the pleasant, accommodating office staff at 4 Seasons Air Conditioning. Shy and Van were friendly and pleasant upon arrival reassuring my husband and I would be completely satisfied upon completion of the install. (We are!) They explained in detail their procedures. They were extremely pleasant, professional, thorough and knowledgeable in their performance. Shy and Van explained in detail the thermostat operation as well and reassured us that someone would follow up with a 48 hour post appointment making sure we were happy with the install and if we had any further questions. Today, we received that very phone call and a supervisor is scheduled to come out in two days.We also want to thank JD. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating as he was also a major player in our new install setup. When I purchased our home in 2014 I asked the Home Inspector if he would recommend some contractors. He said that of all the trades he could only recommend one company, Four Seasons Air Conditioning, Inc. We had them inspect and service our system then and have had a service contract with them ever since. All of the service tech staff members I have met are true professionals and know what they are doing. They are not “part changers” guys who change parts until the problem is fixed giving you a big bill. They find the problem and only fix what is not working. A great company with not only professional service techs, but professional and helpful office staff as well.

I am so impressed by the knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind employees at this company. Becky was so patient and caring. As apposed to other companies I contacted who didnt take the time to listen just tried to sell me a new unit. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honestly. Been with Four Seasons for about five years. Service is ok but lately feeling underwhelmed by office staff and technicians. Todays interaction with both prompted this review. I wont take a lot of space trashing them because they dont deserve that, but I was going to ask about adding AC to my garage during todays visit, but chose not to, and will likely get quotes elsewhere. Kind of a shame after all these years.EDIT: Received a call back from Four Seasons to discuss the issue. I am satisfied with our resolution and Tyler will be coming out to scope out additional work I would like done. Upgraded review to 4 stars because of their responsiveness and understanding.

Shout out to 4 Seasons Air ! Our A/C died Saturday and they had a tech to me by 11am on Sunday. Unfortunately, we needed a whole new unit ( well, two!) The entire staff from the receptionist, to Nate, their sales coordinator, to them bringing us a loaner unit getting us through to today for our new installation. The installers are professional, personable and neat. Four Seasons made an necessary evil not so evil! Special kudos to Valerie McLean for stopping by this morning! Good work should be recognized!

During a home inspection it was revealed there was a imbalance of cool air flow. The prospective buyers hired a AC co to inspect and detected a leak.We purchased a 10 extended warranty (parts and labor) with new unit that was in stalled in 2017.4 Seasons came to inspect two days later and discovered unit was 5# low on refrigerant.Technician was told to charge us because they could not rule out damage done to unit during inspection?????Will call to speak in more detail with 4 Seasons management to resolve billing.

Had a sales guy out to check our ducts for mold. He was honest as the day is long and informed us we did not have mold and made recommendations to help with our air quality. He also came in after another local company here in town told us we had black mold and needed a full cleaning and a whole list of other stuff. 4 seasons is an honest company with integrity and did not charge a penny. I highly recommend them

I called yesterday. The Tech arrived at the appointed time in less than 24 hours. Fixed the problem with our air handler in a professional and timely manner. We are happy with this company.

We bought our 1st home about 2 years ago. About a year ago, the a.c. went out. And a family friend recommended 4 Seasons Air. They did a free inspection and diagnostic check. They told us exactly what was wrong. The technician even showed us the points and parts that were replaced over the years and what had failed. He said he could fix it, but it may only last a year. Mind you this a.c. system and air handler was 28 years old! We chose the option of purchasing an entirely brand new system. Which was very cost effective. Duct work also needed to be done. The technicians and supervisor listened to our concerns and accommodated our requests. The quality of service from this company well exceeded our expectations. And they are VERY cost effective. I will be recommending this company to anyone I know in need of AC needs. Keep up the good work 4 Seasons!

4 Seasons Air Conditioning in Port Charlotte did an excellent job installing a totally new air-conditioning system and all new ductwork recently throughout our house in Deep Creek. The service was excellent from start to finish. The salesman was not pushy and we feel we purchased what we truly needed, which was suffice for our size house without breaking the bank. We would highly recommend them to anyone. We had estimates from two other local companies that wanted to push much higher priced units on us that were both completely unnecessary for the size of our home. The 4 Seasons representative also noticed several important things in the attic that the others missed, which really impressed us. 4 Seasons gets 5 Stars from this family. Great job!

I have used a lot of HVAC services over the years..even worked for largest commercial AC company in USA. Ive used 4 Seasons to install completely new units in 4 houses. Always courteous, always on time, always within quoted price. And prices have been comparable or lower than competitors. Do your own comparisons and you will prove my statements--4 Seasons is best by far.

We had an issue with our ac unit over the winter and Four Seasons came out within 24 hours and had it fixed. During this time we set up a service contract with them. Today was their first visit and I could not be more happy with the service provided. Their tech (I wish I could remember his name) was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and took the time to show me some tips and tricks to help keep our ac running better. I was hesitant to get this service thinking they would only try to upsale me, now I am very happy I did. Thank you Four Seasons!

Great service and installation. Extremely professional. Installed my unit and have maintained it for years.

Called because AC was not working properly. I was told the Humistat should be turned off when the house is occupied. I did this and the problem persisted. The tech who then came told me the setting should be ON . He did so and the AC began to work. Of course, I was charged a service call fee in spite of the misinformation previously mentioned.

I paid $102 for a service charge on Friday, after which they said we only needed a motor, which was over $1000. Bummer, but okay. On Monday they came out to replace the motor only to determine that the compressor was bad too. This was something that should have been diagnosed on the first visit. So the unit is shot and I need a new one. They took back the motor, so they didnt charge me for it, but I still spend another $181 for labor, which I would not have received if they had told me the compressor was bad on Friday. Now I am down almost 300 dollars and nothing was fixed. I am going with another company for my AC system, same brand and size, way better price.

Incredibly unreliable, especially with customer service. Our AC stopped working, and they came out for a service call that costed well over $100, even though we have a service deal with them. Nothing changed after the service either. They said it would cost upwards of $10,000 to fix the entire thing. Went asked a different company. They did it much cheaper and actually installed an entire new unit in 3 days!

Ive had a half dozen service calls in the past year which were not their fault, just a crappy AC system which was installed by another company. Their technicians always showed up when promised, even for emergency night or weekend problems. Prices seem fair, I expected to pay a reasonable premium when I called them late on a Saturday night. When the warranty is up on my existing system I will have 4 Seasons install a new one.

Called on a Sunday for an air conditioner problem. Im new in the area and a friend suggested I call 4 Seasons. Received a call back and TJ walked me through, fixing it. Im ever so grateful.

In the beginning, 4 Seasons seemed to try to resolv e the many issues we had when we bought a Mini split A/C from them.We had issue after issue but eventually the problems seemed resolved.Murphys Law, if its going to be a problem, sure as heck it will happen after the warranty is up.Now any service calls which they now call a diagnostics now runs 0ver $100 just to look at the system I purchased from them.If I was someone reading this feedback, I would move on and look for a better customer based A/C company.I certainly would NOT buy a mini split from 4 Seasons unless you looking for continuous problems.

Allright!,they came fast, they got the unit going again....but!!...BUT!!....HERE IS THE DEAL:FIRST: you pay them to get you going and then you has to pay again to finish the jobthe guy ran a wire from the air handler to the outside pump thru the garage side door!!!..can you believe it!!! and told me that the wire needed it to be run by another department and they will quote you a price to do it....???...yes...another $250.00...basically, it is just like going to a restaurant and paying for a soup.....AND then they tell you that is extra for the spoon.....one thing is for sure.....i will never call this people ever again..... good luck!!

Terrible liars. Prices jumped from $130 as an emergency (the night before) to $ 210 as regular visit, the morning after. To the question of why, the response was the owner said so. Well,what a person suppose to do? Unexeptable. Would never recommend to anyone.
